Hey, you can take pyrogenium 200/ 2 doses, empty stomach. And if in case you fever persists then take ferrum phos 6x- 4 tabs at 2 hour interval for 2 days and revert me after 2 days.

Yes it could be a psychological feeling or a withdrawal from your long term habit. You can try using nicotex gum instead. And slowly you can stop the gum also.

Hi add more protein in your diet like soyabean ,sattu with milk ,sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products, eggs. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. Do some basic workout every day. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take small and frequent meals. You can consult me privately online on Lybrate I will give you diet chart.

Dengu may present with fever with chills, retro orbital pain., headache, bodyache , vomitings , may be associated with rashes ( if hemorrhagic, other symptoms may be there)

Umbilical hernia diet

An umbilical or belly button hernia occurs when a part of the intestines or the abdominal lining protrudes through an opening in the abdominal muscles. The protruding intestines may get squeezed or strangulated resulting in the blood supply getting cut off. Surgery may be required in serious cases of umbilical hernia. Doctors often suggest a special diet for umbilical hernia patients as this helps to prevent further complications.

Foods to avoid

Certain foods are not recommended for people with an umbilical hernia and should be avoided.

These include:

White refined flour foods made from white refined flour have a low fiber content. Eating these foods may cause constipation and should therefore be avoided. This is because constipation causes straining of the abdominal muscles during bowel movements and may cause further protrusion of the intestines through the abdominal muscles in the region of the belly button.

Low fiber fruits and vegetables the low fiber content in these foods can also lead to constipation. Examples of fruits and vegetables with low fiber content include skinless raw fruits, cooked fruits, and canned or cooked vegetables without seeds, hulls or skin.

Fatty foods foods with a high fat content should be avoided. This is because obesity results in greater pressure on the abdominal muscles and can increase the risk of umbilical hernia. Examples of foods with a high fat content include fatty meat such as pork, whole milk, butter, cream, margarine and fried foods.

Sugar limit your calorie intake by cutting down on foods such as pastries, cakes, chocolates and soda pop. Limiting your sugar intake will also help you to lose some weight, taking pressure off your abdominal region.

Foods to include

A special diet is required after umbilical hernia surgery. This will help you to minimize your convalescence time. The special dietary requirements include:

Fruits fresh fruits that have high fiber content and are rich in antioxidants should form a part of every meal. The high fiber content will ensure that you do not get constipated and the antioxidants will help protect your body and boost your immune system. Try to eat different types of fruits so as to get adequate amounts of different vitamins. Citrus fruits, berries, and apples are some examples of fruits with a high fiber and vitamin content.

Vegetables these too have a high fiber content that will guard against the dangers of constipation after an umbilical hernia surgery. They also have high levels of vitamins and minerals and should also be included with every meal.

Lean meat meat is a source of protein, which is essential to the repair of damaged tissue. Lean meat like poultry and fish is an excellent source of low fat protein. Have one good source of low fat protein with every meal.

Low fat dairy products these are a good source of protein and can be alternated with lean meats to provide your body with sufficient protein.
High fiber breakfast foods will aid digestion and so your breakfast should consist of foods made from whole wheat flour, wheat germ, oatmeal, or bran.

Sir.I have stress/anxiety disorders for last many years. And now it seems like growing and interfering with my day to day life. When i am doing routine things (brainless works). Its ok. .But. I when i try to think/plan conciously or try to sit in peace. Anxiety shoots back. And . It seems as my whole feelings/imagination is lost. You are not a guy with a lack of feelings and imagination. Actually you have too much feeling and imagination, but of the negative kind. You are definitely looking for some kind of security, regarding something important to you. That is causing the constant anxiety and making you dysfunctional. Get rid of any negative thoughts about some experiences you had in the past. And stop looking for a certainty in everything you do. Things may have different outcomes but you cant stop trying. The fear of things not happening your way causes anxiety, so give your 100 percent to what you do and be ready for the outcome. Stop looking for certainty in everything, nobody can guarantee it. I can understand your concern. It appears that due to some triggering factors you have developed prominent anxiety symptoms. Your condition seems to be like panic disorder and agoraphobia.

I would suggest you to first consult a psychologist. Regular counselling therapy will help you better manage your emotions. You will also be able to learn to respond in a more mature and positive way to situations which currently triggering anger and sadness. If your psychologist feels that you need to go on medication then she will send you to psychiatrist. Even if you need to start medicine continue your sessions with psychologist. This will help you reduce and eventually stop medicines. Hope this helps wishing you very best.

Healthy and glossy hair depends on a healthy and wholesome diet. Hair is made up of protein so a protein rich diet helps grow hair strong and healthy. Minerals are also important for lustrous hair. A recommended protein diet includes wheatgerm, pulses, legumes, and most importantly, soybean. Soybean is not only an excellent source of protein but it also acts as a DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) inhibitor reducing DHT levels in the body. Along with protein, Vitamin A and B rich foods like mangoes, dark green leafy vegetables, carrots, dried apricots, wholegrain cereals and peas will help prevent hair loss.

I have severe pain in my two side neck whenever turn suddenly it hurts what should I do?

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Consult me for further advice

In painful condition of back don't try to self stretch your muscles. It can be harmful for your back, as you told due to heavy lifting this problem arises so muscles are already in spasm or back strain. Heavy weight lifting with incorrect position of spine puts lots of pressure on back, muscles unable to cope with this increased load and protect themselves from major injury, they got tight or stiff. Firstly you relax your back and pain relief by taking physiotherapy treatment for one week after that back stretching exercises with advice of qualified physio.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.
