Hi, If her periods are regular with a cycle of 28 to 30 days then or is relatively safe. But remember that or can not be 100% safe. So it is better to use some kind of protection like condoms. These not only prevent pregnancy but also other sexually transmitted diseases as well. It is better to be safe than regret later.

Hello- Breast pain during the teenage is due to hormonal disturbances associated with the body physiology. These tips can help you to balance your hormones and reduce you pair- 1.Eat a healthy Indian diet, avoid fast food and junk diet. 2.Maintain a proper sleep schedule. 3.Use Shatavari powder with milk daily in the morning. Shatavari is the best known Indian herb for females which cures hormonal disturbances. 4.Practice some yoga exercises in the morning. (esp. paschimottanasana and bhujangasana will benefit you) 5.Massage the painful area daily with luke warm castor oil.

For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or ,syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor. .• Practice Yogasana like Chakrasana & Pawanmuktasana daily under the guidance of yoga expert. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4 , TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular. You are probably having what is called a dysfunctional uterine bleeding. In order to help you I need to know all you reports including blood test results.

Hello dear user, travelling is definately allowed so many days after abortion but you might have slight pain if there are big bumps and jerks during travelling. Take care. It will not affect your health.

Hello, this is commonly seen after marriage when the lady take s to intercourse and there occurs hormonal readjustment, so as long as you are having a 23-35 days cycle its fine.

R you having child? if yes than iucd devicesn withlatest advancement should b your 1st choice. Other= oc pills containing low oestrogen r more safe. For improving your sexuallife 1st of all you need to loose weight. Your wt can cause future menstrual problems//pcod// increased chance of high bp and diabetes.
