Your problem is called computer vision syndrome and eyestrain is one of the most common headache triggers in high-frequency computer and mobile users. For you best option is if you are working for more than 50 minutes, get up and take a 10-15 minute break. Use that time to do activities that don't require focusing on a monitor like going for a walk, looking out of a window or looking down a long hallway.

My age is 53. After testing my sugar is 117 mg. Can I took medicine or restricted my diet for stable the sugar label.
Diabetes is both a dietary disease and lifestyle disease which requires a lifestyle solution and not medicines, Cut down carbs Eat high fibre diet Eat healthy fats Exercise daily Do not eat chappathi from the current new generation wheat which is a gluten which will keep you diabetic for ever you have to take natural food supplements which will reduce your sugar without side effects Please do not completely believe your drs advice as well as advertisements on TV, Internet,Magazines etc. You have to get educated otherwise drs, hospitals and pharma companies will misguide you to the path of creating new illness. Take your health into your hands after getting educated about your disease. Where are the other blood results like CBC with dc, lipid profile, thyroid function test, Kidney function test, urine complete examination results ECG and xray chest You should have a baseline for future comparison Take a consult for specific advice on what are the right tests to do, what supplements to use to reduce sugar naturally which have no side effects and how to monitor your disease and what yearly tests are mandatory in a diabetic to prevent complications Get educated and not Medicated Remember you cannot fix your health without fixing your diet.

Dipendra ji, details that you describe about your problem indicates that there may be ulcer in your stomach. Because as you said when you pass stool there is discharge of black coloured blood which means there is bleeding somewhere from upper gastic lining that is stomach or small intestine. You should follow there remedies: 1. Make a mixture by adding mulethi powder and dhaniya powder 100gm each and mishri 200gm , take 1 tsp of this powder twice daily empty stomach. 2.Start taking amlapittmishram of dhootpapeshwar company ,take 2 tsp of it 3 times a day before meal . 3.Avoid junk food, deep fried food, spicy food, tea ,coffee.

Cell Phone In Pocket & Male Infertility - Is There A Connection?

FFIM, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S)
Sexologist, Hyderabad

Can you imagine your life without your cell phone? Difficult isn’t it, but did you know that these devices could be harming your sexual health? Most people keep their cell phones in their jeans or trouser pockets or clipped to a belt on their waist. While this does make the phone easily accessible, it also affects male fertility.

There are two main aspects to male fertility; the motility and viability of sperm cells. Motility refers to the sperm cell’s ability to swim through body fluids and fertilise the egg. Viability refers to the number of living vs non-living sperm cells and sperm cell abnormalities.

Cell phones are constantly working even when we’re not talking into them. They constantly send out and receive electromagnetic frequency radiation to keep your social media accounts updated. Given the close proximity of the cell phone and your body, this energy may be absorbed by your genitals. As a result, the sperm cells may change shape and lose their ability to attach themselves to an egg. The structural abnormality may impede the sperm’s ability to swim and thus reduce motility. Semen exposed to this type of radiation also has a high level of free radicals.

In order to produce sperm, the testicles maintain a specific temperature that is ideal for sperm health. Smartphones typically also have a higher temperature than that of the room you are in. Thus, when you keep your cell phone in your pant pockets, they increase your skin temperature in the groin by approximately 2 degrees as well as the temperature within your testicles. This slows down the production of sperm cells and can even kill them thus, reducing sperm cell viability.

In the ideal world, a cell phone should only be carried in a bag, but almost all men may cringe at the thought of carrying a bag. Hence, take your phone out of your pocket whenever possible, for example while driving, at a restaurant etc. The use of Ayurvedic aphrodisiacs can also lower the harmful effects of cell phones. The dried roots of asparagus or safed musli can help increase sperm count and rejuvenate a man’s libido. Ashwagandha, shilajit and kawach are also very effective Ayurvedic herbs to treat male infertility. Increasing your intake of food rich in vitamin C and E can also help deal with the stress in sperm caused by phone radiation. The use of these herbs has negligible side effects and hence can be safely used by men of all ages.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hello, I have low BP problem and weakness in body. I could stand long time this face last two month. So please advise me where should I go check-up cardiology and medicine doctor.

MBBS, D.Card(PGDCC)
Cardiologist, Greater Noida
Dear Surender First of all.in most of the pt who are considerd themselve as of low BP are actually do not have especially in young age without any risk factor for heart disesse. Either they feel low or vague generalise weakness or they just measure their BP as below 120/80 & they attribute it bcz of low bp which is not true. Considering a low BP means less then 100/ 60 along with weakness. Even this number is arbitrary as many person may have bp lower than it & still feels normal. So my suggestion to go a cardiologist to seek whether this bp is really low or you just feel like it.
