I have started taking Glutathione 1000 mg with Vitc 1500 mg. My main objective was to get fairer skin as have heard that it is master antioxidant and is very good for skin in all sense. I have taken medicine for 15 days. For initial five days my skin felt very nice. However as days passed, it has started become very dry, and dark complexioned and areas like chin t zones and side skin of face has become too much dry and dark. This is working opposite. Can someone pls help.

Only glutathione does not help much. Its possible to achieve your basic color back by taking a skin lightening treatment regimen for 6-8 months, consisting of sunscreens, skin lightening creams, antioxidants and multivitamins and external treatments like peels. After this you will have to maintain the results by application of sunscreen and moisturisers daily. A combination of all these treatments with Q-switch laser can help you achieve lightening of the pigment. Stick to the treatment for 8-10 months and take optimum sessions of the laser. If you are committed on getting skin lightening, go for a combination approach by consulting a dermatologist/cosmetologist instead of wasting your money on only glutathion tablets.

Dont taken any stress first of all because third trimesters we cant do any dental procedures just u can take acelofenac with paracetamol tablet. And do salt water gargling in luke warm water.

Animal proteins provide you with an easily absorbed form of iron called heme iron. According to the Office of Dietary Supplements, liver, beef, turkey, chicken and pork supply you with heme iron. Women under the age of 50 need at least 18 milligrams of iron daily, while all other adults need at least 8 milligrams of iron per day. Eating more of these iron-rich proteins may help boost your iron levels. Vegetables and Beans If you prefer not to eat meat, some vegetarian proteins contain a form of iron, called non-heme iron. Absorption of non-heme iron is enhanced when it's consumed with vitamin C or a source of heme iron, according to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention. Including more soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, lima beans, navy beans, black beans and pinto beans in your diet helps you get more non-heme iron. Eating leafy greens, such as spinach and kale, boosts your iron intake as well. Seafood Vitamin D is found naturally in very few foods. The best dietary sources of the vitamin are fatty fish, including cod liver oil, swordfish, salmon, tuna fish and sardines. Oysters, tuna fish, crab, shrimp and halibut supply you with iron as well. Adults under 70 years old need at least 600 international units of vitamin D daily to maintain health. If you're over 70 years old, you'll need an additional 200 international units of vitamin D per day. Including seafood regularly in your diet can help you boost vitamin D levels. Fortified Foods In addition to the naturally occurring sources of iron and vitamin D, certain foods are fortified with the nutrients. According to the U. S. Food and Drug Administration, this means the nutrients are added in standard amounts during food processing to improve the nutritional quality of the food. Including more iron-fortified breakfast cereals, oatmeal and bread helps you meet your need for iron, while orange juice, milk, yogurt, cheese and some breakfast cereals contain added vitamin D. Check the food label to see if vitamin D or iron were added. Vitamin B-12, or Cobalamin, is the largest and most complex vitamin currently known to man. A slight deficiency of vitamin B-12 can lead to anemia, fatigue, mania, and depression, while a long term deficiency can cause permanent damage to the brain and central nervous system. Vitamin B12 can only be manufactured by bacteria and can only be found naturally in animal products, however, synthetic forms are widely available and added to many foods like cereals. Vitamin B12 can be consumed in large doses because excess is excreted by the body or stored in the liver for use when supplies are scarce. Stores of B12 can last for up to a year. Change food habites add in your food calcium vitamins minirales proteins milk end milk products dry fruites fruites and green vegitabales salad. •Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

First we have to know the cause.. as dandruff, or some stress, hormonal problem.. etc.. after that we can give proper treatment.. Still as a general measures.. you can do the following. Take a multivitamin rich in Biotin and Vitamin E.. Use homoeopathic shampoo and oil by B&T Schwabe... Also do some yoga and pranayama...

Hello lybrate-user. Lets first I advice you to show mri reports of both knees. Treatment plan will develop further, well you have to option surigcal and non surgical treatment of knees if non surgical fail the surigcal treatment is the only option. So watch non surgical treatment of physiothrapy till 6 months then go with surgery otherwise not. Some exercise for knees are quadriceps stretch hamstring stretch kick back exercise bridging exercise one leg stance calf raised exercise wall squats quadriceps with roll knee straightening stretch knee bending stretch ankle pump and circles heel slides legs slides lying kicks straight leg raises some electrotherapy modalities are also works us therapy swd therapy iontophorosis process for more information contact personally.

I was going through depression because of some personal issues in my life n I become a regular user in consuming cocaine. Now I stopped consuming just because I got married recently and I wanted to be a changed person. But the effect of leaving this drug snapping me inside and out. My nose is constantly leaking n coughing hard at nights. Feeling little restless n my mind is going back to take the drug. But I can't and I don't want to.
