I am 26 years old male and I am suffering from internal piles at 2nd stage. I do not interest to go for operation. Please suggest me for how to clear this issue without taking english medicine. What should I do now?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months. If it’s better, then continue or else will have to go for other options such as rubber band ligation, surgery, cauterization, etc. Management: Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at most drugstores. If you are constipated, use a laxative. Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn't necessary and may aggravate the problem. Avoid alcohol based or perfumed wipes. Gently dry the area with a hair dryer after bathing. Don't use dry toilet paper. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol. Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. Walking is the best exercise for your whole body as well as the piles as it increases the blood circulation to every part of body. Avoid sitting for long hours together. Include more fibrous food in your diet like fruits, green vegetables, salads. YOGA FOR PILES Pavanmuktasana: Keep your hands by the side of your body in a supine position. While inhaling, raise both your legs to 90 and bend them at the knees. Make a finger-lock with both your hands around them, a little below the knees. While exhaling, bring your thighs close to the chest by contracting the abdominal muscles. Maintain this posture for a few seconds. Then return to the original posture in the reverse order as Ardha Pavan Muktasana. Repeat the asana three to four times. Vajrasana: Keep the soles of the feet on both sides of the anus, i.e., place the thighs on the legs one over the other and the soles on the buttocks. The calves must touch the thighs. The part from the toe to the knee should touch the ground. The whole burden of the body is put on the knees and ankles. The beginning of practice you may feel a slight pain in the knee and ankle-joints but it passes off very quickly. After fixing the feet and the knees, put both the hands straight on the knees. Keep the knees quite close. Sit like this keeping the trunk, neck and head in one straight line.

Psychological and Medical Causes of Premature Ejaculation

ARCD in Critical Care, PG Dip in Emergency Medicine, MD - Community Medicine
Unani Specialist, Delhi
Psychological and Medical Causes of Premature Ejaculation

The uncontrolled discharge either before or shortly after physical penetration is a common that affect a number of men. It happens with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person wishes and is a major cause of unsatisfactory sex for both partners. This can increase the anxiety that may add to the problem. It is one of the most common forms of male sexual dysfunction. It has probably affected every man at some point in his life.

What causes premature ejaculation?

Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner. It may happen only in certain sexual situations or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation.

Psychological factors

Most cases of PE are not related to any disease and are instead due to psychological factors, including:

  • Sexual inexperience
  • Novelty of a relationship
  • Overexcitement or too much stimulation
  • Relationship stress
  • Anxiety
  • Guilty feelings
  • Depression
  • Issues related to control and intimacy

Medical causes of premature ejaculation

Biological causes of PE are much less common than psychological ones. In rare cases, the cause can be more serious, such as nervous system damage as a result of surgery or physical trauma.

  • Diabetes
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Prostate disease
  • High blood pressure (hypertension)
  • Thyroid problems
  • Illicit drug use
  • Excessive alcohol consumption

Symptoms of Premature Ejaculation-

The main symptom is an uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after intercourse begins. Ejaculation occurs before the person wishes it, with minimal sexual stimulation.

How is it treated?

  • In many cases, premature ejaculation gets better on its own over time. Treatment may not be needed. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. For some men, stopping or cutting down on the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs may improve how well they can control ejaculation.
  • Antidepressant medicines are sometimes used to treat premature ejaculation.
  • There are also creams, gels, and a spray that may be used to treat premature ejaculation by reducing sensation. These medicines are applied to the penis before sex. But some of these medicines can also affect a man's sex partner by reducing sensation for the partner.

In Allopathic Medicine, no satisfactory treatment is available till date. On the other hand Unani /Ayurvedic herbal medicine have an excellent role for the treatment of premature ejaculation. Such herbal medicine not only treat the premature ejaculation, but also increase the sex drive as well as patient sexual satisfaction. Always consult a practitioner before going for any treatment.

The medical term for when you can't retract your foreskin over the head of your penis? isn't the easiest thing to talk about. And it can have an extremely negative effect on both your life and, perhaps most importantly, your sex life. Most boys will have retractable foreskins by the age of 10 and 95% by the time they reach the age of 17" phimosis can cause swelling, redness and tenderness and thus make sex very painful" says bhatt. And it is, after all, difficult to enjoy sex when your bloodcurdling shrieks of pain drown out your partner's moans. What's more, it's possible that during sex you may cause paraphimosis. This is where the foreskin retracts and will not return to its original position. It's a medical emergency and is also, let's face it, no fun at all. The treatment treatment depends on the cause" if the problem is physiological (ie. You're born with it)? then personal hygiene and topical steroids can help" says bhatt. Betamethasone cream 0.05% should your first move, though, should be to try and stretch your foreskin yourself. Use lube or do it in the bath when your penis is flaccid. No luck? go to your doc and try topical steroids. More minor surgical procedures such as dorsal slits are also an option. Circumcision should be your last resort. For more treatment consult privately.

I will give you some information regarding the disorder. I am however unable to prescribe medications or give you specific advice regarding counseling or therapy in your situation as it would be considered confidential and private. In that case I recommend that you book an online appointment after you review my profile on this website. Several health and psychological conditions can cause or contribute to ED. These causes include: Partially- or fully-blocked blood vessels Nerve damage High cholesterol High blood pressure Heart disease Obesity Diabetes Low testosterone Metabolic syndrome Prostate cancer or enlarged prostate Damage to pelvic area Depression Lifestyle issues that can contribute to ED include: Prescription medications Illicit drugs Tobacco use Excessive alcohol consumption Sedentary lifestyle Stress, anxiety, and erectile dysfunction are closely connected. Stress and anxiety can cause ED. Plus, men facing increased stress or anxiety may also have increased blood pressure and cholesterol. Both of these conditions increase a man’s risk for ED. It’s important to understand that stress is the body’s response to life’s issues. Stress and anxiety can cause harm to your body. ED is just one of the many ways the damage manifests itself. Unfortunately, it’s a vicious cycle: ED can cause a man further stress and anxiety, which can cause additional ED issues. Each person stresses about different things. Financial concerns may keep you up at night, but relationship problems may worry a friend. All stress affects the body negatively. The following are different life stressors that may cause anxiety, which can lead to ED: Job problems, loss, or stress Relationship problems and conflicts Illness or loss of a loved one Fear of aging Changes in health Financial burdens Fears of experiencing ED may make you hesitant to engage in sexual activity, or they may discourage you from being intimate. This anxiety may eventually cause relationship problems with a loved one. You may find yourself becoming distant from your partner. You might feel less inclined to participate in sexual activity. You may also be hesitant to open up about your ED problems with your partner, which can cause additional stress and anxiety. Treatment can help end this cycle.
