You must have seen many people who are older than their age. Except for some exceptions, bad lifestyle is responsible for most people being older than they are. The way we live and live our lives, it is directly impact on our mental and physical health. This poor lifestyle is gaining prematurely. Age gradient is a normal process. It cannot be stopped. However, the problem occurs when a person of 30yrs starts to feel like 40yrs. That is bigger than your age. The key reason for aging is irregular lifestyle, wrong eating habits, insomnia, excessive intake of fast food and living lifestyle. 

Here is the list of things, which is directly responsible for the aging:

  • Wrong Food - The biggest hand in Aging is the wrong food. Fast food has replaced green vegetables and fruits. People prefer to eat outside instead of home. Actually, the balance between taste and health has gone wrong.

  • Lack of Exercise - Exercise helps in toning your muscles and increases blood circulation. Regular exercise shows a different brightness and energy on your skin, which helps to keep the effects of aging away.

  • Lack of Sleep – Do you know your skin gets repair in the night while sleeping? Not taking the ample amount of sleep will also enhances the problem of aging. In today's lifestyle, everyone is so busy, so that no one is able to take enough sleep and because of this, we all invite not even aging but other diseases too.

  • Excessive Alcohol Consumption – Alcohol makes our skin dry from inside. skin that's dry from the inside out not only wrinkles more quickly than nice, moist skin does, but it can take on a pale or grey cast -- a condition that is exacerbated by the fact that alcohol also robs the body of vitamin A -- an antioxidant that's critical for cell renewal and turnover. 

  • SmokingSmoking Cigarette is a fashion. If you smoke or spend time with smokers, then cigarette smoke increases the risk of aggravation, because smoking cigarette causes significant damage to the health, which clearly affects our skin. Simultaneously, cigarette smoke increases wrinkles and dryness on the skin.

  • Stress - It would not be wrong to call it the 'biggest' donation of a metropolitan lifestyle. Stress pulls the face muscles, the stereotypes of anxiety appear on your face.

  • Lack of water - Water not only prevents the problem of aging but also makes the skin healthy and glowing. But due to sedentary lifestyle, people forget to take care of their health, which includes the skin care as well. Now days everyone prefers cold beverages instead of water, which is acidic, which affects skin a lot.

By improving these habits and altering lifestyle, we can move away from the effects of aging.

Hi, I have been suffering from hair fall from around an year now. I first consulted a doctor but the medication gave no proper results. He had given me some medicines and hairforU solution. Later I consulted another doctor in my hometown and he advised me the medicines I have mentioned below. One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. • Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. • Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. • You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

Hello Dr, My case, history like whenever I travel in car or bus just after 30 minutes I do vomit and then every after 10 minutes cycle remain same until I do not sleep even I stopped my travelling so this reason I can't travel anywhere more than 30 minutes. I have tried many tablet to stop vomit but all those not worked to me. Please suggest effective medicine at least 4,5 hours I can travel anywhere. Thanks.

Best Ways To Treat Fungal Infections In Nails

If you are experiencing symptoms such as swelling, inflammation, thickening, yellowing and crumbling of your nails, toenail fungus or onychomycosis is indicated. This is a very common problem, which is usually painless, unless the infection gets spread. The fungus thrives under certain conditions like abnormal levels of pH in the skin, a weak immune system, poor hygiene, diabetes and a continuous exposure to moist or damp environment. If not treated properly, toenail fungus can lead to cracking, splitting or total loss of your toenail. There are various ways of treating fungal infections in the nails. Some of them are as follows:

  1. Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil contains antiseptic and antifungal properties, which help in treating toenail fungus. You need to mix some drops of tea tree oil with coconut oil and olive oil. Using a piece of cotton, apply the mixture on your affected nail, keep it for 10 minutes and scrub off the nail with a toothbrush. For ideal results, you must repeat this process more than twice regularly.

  2. Baking Soda: Baking soda is a commonly used remedy for fungal infections in your nails. It also helps in neutralizing foot odor. Add baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and Epsom salt in hot water, add vinegar to the mixture and soak your affected nail in the solution. After this, wash your feet with water. Repeat the procedure twice a day for several weeks.

  3. White Vinegar: This is an ideal ingredient for the treatment of toenail fungus. It helps in restoring the pH balance of the skin and fights against infections. Add one part of white vinegar to warm water and soak your affected toenail in it for about 10 minutes. After this, you must wash it off. Carry out the process twice a day for effective results.

  4. Oil of Pregano: Oil of oregano is considered effective because of its antibacterial, antiviral, analgesic and antiseptic properties. It is an ideal way for treating fungal infections in your nails. Mix oregano oil with olive oil, apply the solution on your nails and leave it for over 30 minutes. Repeat the process thrice a day for good results.

  5. Listerine Mouthwash: Listerine mouthwash is another important home remedy for treating fungal infections in the nails. This mouthwash contains certain compounds along with alcohol, which have very strong antiseptic properties and help in eliminating harmful fungi and bacteria from your nails. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
