Some handy tips for prevention of swine flu.

1. Have five duly washed leaves of tulsi (known as basil in english) everyday in the morning. Tulsi has a large number of therapeutic properties.
2. Those who can take garlic, must have two pods of raw garlic first thing in the morning. To be swallowed daily with lukewarm water. Garlic too strengthens immunity like the earlier measures mentioned.
3. Those not allergic to milk, must take a glass of hot or lukewarm milk every night with a small measure of haldi (turmeric).
4. Aloe vera (kuwarpatha) too is a commonly available plant. Its thick and long, cactus-like leaves have an odourless gel. A teaspoon gel taken with water daily can work wonders for not only your skin and joint pains, but also boost immunity
5. Take homeopathic medicine -inflenzium 200
6. Do pranayam daily (preferably under guidance if you are already not initiated into it) and go for morning jog/walk regularly to keep your throat and lungs in good condition and body in fine fettle. Even in small measures, it will work wonders for your body's resistance against all such diseases which attack the nose, throat and lungs, besides keeping you fit.
7. Have citrus fruits, particularly vitamin c rich amla (indian gooseberry) juice. Since fresh amla is not yet available in the market (not for another three to four months), it is not a bad idea to buy packaged amla juice which is commonly available nowadays.
8. Last but not the least, wash your hands frequently every day with soap and warm water for 15-20 seconds; especially before meals, or each time after touching a surface that you suspect could be contaminated with flu virus such as a door handle or a knob/handle, especially if you have returned from a public place or used public transport. Alcohol-based hand cleaners should by kept handy at all times and used until you can get soap and warm water.

Sir I am using brite cream mixing with monsters cream for face is it suggestible taken by skin doctor suggestion only, all are saying that, that creams are steroid's I can use it or can I stop, if stop means which cream is suitable for dry skin, pls suggest.

I would recommend you not to use brite cream for whitening of facial skin as it contains 4 percent hydroquinone which on long term use can lead to darkening of the skin as a side effect. Brite cream is used in case of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or melasma it is not recommended for changing complexion of the skin. I hope this information helps you.

Can tensions and thinking and depression and money problems may lead to lose weight and immunity of our body. 2 years back im so healthy but once I had typhoid fever after that lots of problems occur to my body hair lose, body become so thin, and I have lack of Sleep problem over thinking .present im facing allergies cold and tried of my body. Nd now it looks like sinus also. I use many antibiotic and also homeopathy also no proper result .and I had many blood tests also like hiv, hcv, hbv tridot test results are non reactive (negative) I dnt know what is the reason for this. As has been mentioned above, that one of the causes of headaches are due to dehydration/lack of fluids in the body. And we are certainly already know that water is an indispensable component of the intake by the body. Therefore, if you are stricken with headaches, immediately drink plain water. Then make it a habit to drink plain water 8-10 glasses per day so that you avoid the headache.
2. Overcome the headaches with eating potatoes
In addition to being caused by a shortage of liquid/dehydration, headaches can also be caused by the loss of electrolytes such as potassium. Well, for sure we have to handle it a lot to consume foods rich in potassium i.e. one potato. It’s best to eat potatoes, cooked to the way burned with the Peel, or boiled (not fried).
3. With Banana
Banana fruit has many benefits, to know what are the benefits of banana fruit please read the article “17 benefits of Bananas for our health”. In addition to potassium-rich bananas also turned out to be rich in magnesium that can help relieve migraines. Well, if the headache strikes, you can eat bananas to reduce head pain.
4.With Ice Cubes
Did you know, turns ice cubes can also be used to relieve pain in the head. It’s easy, we just need mengosok-polishing/mengkompreskan ice cubes are slowly on the area of your head which ached. Ice cubes will cause numbness on the head which ached, so that will ease the pain of the head.
5. Address the Headaches with the food/beverages that contain Mint
Now, if this way is more suitable if your headache is caused by the pain of ulcers due to skipping a meal so perutmenjadi nausea and headaches. The best way to treat it is to consume food/beverages that contain mint tea such as pappermint etc.
6. Avoid Stress
Often the headache is also caused by the muscles or nerves are strained, in one of the cause is due to too much mind which ultimately cause stress and headaches. So my advice, don’t be too busy with work. Take your time to do for fun.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day for medicine contact on private chat.

Dear lybrate user, the size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) height of the person:- every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) testosterone hormone:- less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) sexual diseases:- patients suffering from erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) fatty tummy:- with every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. The plan of action behind increasing the size of penis is to increase the amount of blood flow to those vascular muscles of penis. There is no specific medicine to increase the size of penis. To increase the size of your penis you can try the vacuum operated penis developer set available in market. You can buy it from local medical appliance store or you can order for it online. Use the penis developer set for at least 30 minutes daily. Use anti dandruff or neem shampoo, 2.Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Hello- 1.Aloe Vera gel is an excellent remedy for taking care of dark tans. It will lighten the skin in as little as a week, if applied everyday to the affected area. However, aloe has the property of making your skin photosynthetic and can darken it if you go out in the sun without sunscreen lotion. This makes it important to remember to use sunscreen every time you go out. 2.A cream with equal parts of milk powder, lemon juice, honey and almond oil can be applied and left on for 20 minutes. This will help lighten your tan. You can store this for about a week and use it thrice daily for best results.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and take tablet pan-d before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary.

You may be having viral infection or viral fever do warm saline gargle regularly have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. In the mean time you can have a tablet paracetamol or calpol.

Hello its not connected though weakness must b due to your dietary habits include more of greens, salads, juices in your deit n eat small but frequent meals like every 3 hrly once, n also take homoeopathic medicine acid phosphoricum 200 morning 6 am n evening 5 pm n caladium 200 afternoon 12: 30 pm n night 8 pm 4 pills 4 times 4 days with a gap of 1 week n again repeat such 4 courses n revert back.

Trichotillomania is an obsessive compulsive disorder characterized by the compulsive urge to pull out one's own hair, leading to hair loss and balding, distress, and social or functional impairment.--------------------Trichotillomania disorder is usually prevalent in age group 9 to 13. It may be triggered by depression or stress. This disorder is often unreported due to social indiscrimination and it is difficult to accurately predict its prevalence; the lifetime prevalence is estimated to be between 0.6% and 4.0% of the overall population.-------------------Common areas for hair to be pulled out are the scalp, eyelashes, eyebrows, legs, arms, hands, nose and the pubic areas.--------------Habit reversal training is the primary psychotherapy for trichotillomania. This type of therapy helps you learn how to recognize situations where you're likely to pull hair and how to substitute other behaviors instead. For example, you might clench your fists for a period to" freeze" the urge, or redirect your hand from your hair to your ear. Hi, obaesity - can be reduced, by opting - certain natural norms in life.
