Dear , you need to be thoroughly investigated to find the cause of your back pain. Taking painkillers is only a temporary solution. I would suggest that you get x-rays and mri scan of your back. If you have already visited an orthopedic surgeon, you can send me a photo of his prescription. Meanwhile use an l-s belt (available with most medicine shops). Take rest. Avoid forward bending and lifting heavy objects. Use a hot bag and pain relieving gel. How long are you having this pain?

I always suffer from dark sports on my cheeks and white sports in winter season only and my skin comes out in March April n may month from last 6-7 years every year. I have this to problems every year in my life last 6-7 year.

A quick and easy solution can be found in your kitchen or your nearest grocery store — lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 1. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 2. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

Regular alcohol intake in moderate quantity or occasionally usually does not damage kidneys so badly and rapidly leading to failure. There must be some other cause for kidney failure in your friend. Causes for kidney failure are long standing diabetes (20 plus yrs), not well controlled, high bp again of long standing, kidney infections or other diseases of kidney. Usual symptoms may be swelling of lower limbs, reduced urination, passing of albumin in urine etc.

My mom. Has been diagnosed with neuritis and she's undergoing treatment for the same. She is 83 years old. She initially did a bit of walking, but now due to imbalance and weakness, she cannot take even a few steps. I'm in devlali, Nashik and her present neurologist is in Gurgaon. Hello, I am 29 year old male I am recently married to my long time girlfriend last year and having all good self in personal and professional. But, I am feeling jinxed & unsatisfied and direction less most of the tine in office. It feels like I have lots of work but doing that doesn't exited me. Fir that reason I am failing to reach my timeline as I don't concentrate & feels motivated. All is felt OK and good but I feel unsatisfied and demotivated. This some time leads to confrontations with office colleagues and at home. I have searched this symptoms as" procrastination" but all the symptoms doest fits well with me. Just don't know what to do. Sometimes periods can be delayed by upto 6 weeks after an abortion. But to be on the safe side it is very important you use contraception to avoid any unwanted pregnancy. If your periods dont come by next week and a repeat pregnancy test is negative consider progesterone tablets to induce a bleed.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

YOu have to take medicine for hypothyroidism. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.
