I'm doing krto diet based on information available on internet. Following is my diet plan 1. Breakfast @8.30 am -curd 1bowl + broccoli, mushroom, paneer, spinach, salad -1bowl 2. Lunch @12. 30 pm - broccoli, mushroom, paneer, spinach, 1 cheeses slice salad - 2bowl 3. @4-5 pm - milk coffee without sugar and fruit 4.Dinner @10 pm - egg/ chicken with cheese slice, leafy vegetables / salad With this diet I lost almost 3. 5 kgs in 5 weeks. But sometimes I have feeling like I'm not loosing weight. So wanted to check whether I'm following right diet plan or need any modifications. My age is 36 yrs, height 5 ft, weight 62 kgs.

It depends upon what is the cycle duration of your periods if it is above 39 days then these dates are ok but if cycles are shorter than 40 days then you are late your over Latino occured almost two weeks before your coming cycle counting starting of the periods as day one

Stomach pain occurs during periods is due to contraction of muscles of uterus. For take relief follow these methods: * take i/3 rd piece of ginger boil it in one glass of water, when half glass water remain then take it with one teaspoon of ajwayin. * use warm water bottle put it on your stomach area with wrap in the towel. * take rest properly do not do hard work. *_do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes, under the guidance of yoga expert. Do not do running and jogging before 7 days from periods coming date. * do massage with mustard oil around area below stomach and back area.

Hello you may reduce your stomach fat by jogging and yoga as well as exercise. Reduce your fats intake and rich poteins diets. Hot water sipping one cup every half an hour for whole day. All these help you to reduce your belly fats.

You must meet with a counselor to deal with the regression you experience, especially when you are angry. This is an indication that there is a fixation with anger due to some unresolved childhood experience. When this is resolved you will experience a lot of relief even in areas that you do not know about as yet. All feelings must be expressed appropriately every time. The over thinking is a right brain function that you resort to when in distress.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

hello homeopathy is excellent for weight loss . if u want to take treatment consult me . Fat inside the belly area is also termed visceral fat, and it is seriously harmful. hello Small changes can lead to really great results 1. Drink tea. Research suggests that those who drink tea—black, green, or white, as long as it's from real tea versus herbal tea—have lower BMIs and less body fat than those who don't consume tea. 2. Eat more veggies. They fill you up, without providing many calories. Just avoid the high-calorie dressings. 3. Eat more fruit. No one ever gained weight from eating more fruit. And that includes the so-called "high sugar" fruits like bananas and melons. avoid juice . 4. Lift weights. Heavy weights. Build more muscle, burn more calories. 5. Eat protein more frequently. It's important to also time your intake so you're eating protein regularly throughout the day—not just in one lump sum, like most do at dinner. Every meal and snack should include some protein. 6. Do full body exercises. Think: squats, deadlifts, chin-ups, and pushups. You'll get more bang for your buck out of each workout. 7. Start your meals with a salad. Salad will provide some bulk to help fill you up – so that you eat less calories overall. 8. Don't forget the fiber. Think of fiber like a sponge; it absorbs water and makes you feel full. 9. Drink water. 2 cups of water before each meal resulted in greater weight loss after 12 weeks. 10 . Add beans to your salads. It's a nice way to add some additional fiber, protein, and healthy carbs. 11. Replace one meal a day with a large salad and lean protein. This is a simple way to instantly improve your diet. 12. Use the stairs. That's right: Skip the escalator and elevator. This won't make or break success, but every little bit helps. 13. Skip dessert. 14. Keep chips, dips, and other high fat junk foods out of the house. 15. Decrease your food intake by 100 calories per day. for good result consult me . take care .

For pores. You Shud maintain proper hygiene. Wash your face twice or thrice in a day .using aloevera gel can sometimes irritate your skin in sunlight so try avoiding it. Keep yourself really hydrated & use a sunscreen while going in sun & also cover up your face & take less sugar diet for the time being try this & look if it works.
