Hi, working out along with a proper diet will help you lose weight. Only workout or only diet will not give you the desired results. Do not over workout and strain your muscles. If your working out for long then take plant based protein supplements 1gm per kg body weight so that you don't lose your lean muscle mass and burn only fat muscles. Eat a well balanced diet. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and also take in plenty of fluids since you will be sweating out. Drink a protein shale before a workout and eat complex carbs after a workout. Take rest between your workout days for recovery.

Hye, thanks for the query. Weight gain is not going to happen with supplements alone. Your diet is very crucial for even supplementation to help. Without a good diet supplementation is a waste. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

I was feeling restless feeling in heart from few days. So today I do ECG test which is ok. Then I do kft test, lft, lipid profile in which triglycerides is 181mg/dl and LDL cholesterol is 111mg/dl and sodium is 135mEq/l. Otherwise all report is ok. Suggest me what should I do.

First of all start using triphala n cinnamon strain every night and morning and medohar guggul 2 bd. Triphala powder (coarsely groound) may be soaked in water 2 tsp powder in a glass of water. Keep for 7-8 hrs or, mash a bit, filter, drink. In this water add one stick of ceylone cinnamon also. (cinnamon stick to be used only one time either morning or at night)

•Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin. •Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. •Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. •Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)

Is there any white discharge or not. If yes then you hv to be taken treatment for this ailment. If not then check your calcium and vitamin d3 then after medication will be prescribed accordingly. For a time being you can apply voveron gel and hot n dry fomentation twice a day. Avoidance to forward bending, cross leg sitting, heavy weight lifting. Jerk movements etc.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.

hello mam. Kindly take shatavari kalpa of dhutpapeshwara pharma, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, empty stomach twice a day. Take dashmoolajeerakadhyarishta, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water after meals, twice a day. Apply ksheerabala oil over the abdomen twice a day, especially over the stretch marks. Stop cold water amd other cold eatables in your diet. Stop eating after 8 pm at night. Cut down the intake of sugar and salt in your diet. Stop rajmah, maah daal, in your diet. go for brisk walk in the morning for 30 mins atleast, start with 15 mins intially and gradually make it to 30 mins. Take water abundantly to make you hydrated (3 to 3.5 liters a day). Do stretches and pranayama as regularly as possible. Make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Avoid undue physical or mental stress. continue the regime for 2 months. stay in touch. Stop dashmoola jeerakadyarishta when periods start and restart it on cessation of period. good luck.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. We remain seated most of the time and stand for very short periods of time. Unfortunately walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight. Most importantly if you are overweight then losing weight is an important part of the whole treatment plan .Long term use of painkillers for low back pain is harmful Treatment for back pain:- Homeopathic medicines are very helpful. 4 Golden Rules for Healthy Skin

It is a dream of everyone to be the owner of healthy, glowing and radiant skin. While good skin is difficult to achieve, indeed; but it is nevertheless, not impossible.

Healthy diet as well as a little exercise regularly is really under rated when it comes to taking care of skin and so is a good skin care regimen.

There are four Golden Rules for healthy skin care regimen. If you follow this regimen religiously and regularly, you would see noticeable difference in your skin within a few months. There is after all, no shortcut to getting beautiful skin. The four Golden Rules are as follows:

Your First Golden Rule for getting radiant skin is,

1.  Cleansing

  • Keeping your skin squeaky clean would ensure that there are no impurities that can cause skin problems like premature aging, acne, blemishes as well as pimples.

  • It is also important to use the right kind of products for cleansing your skin.

  • Using soap with harsh alkalies would cause your skin to dry and aggravate the appearance of wrinkles.

  • Use mild facial cleansers depending on your particular skin type and be very gentle while cleansing your face.

  • Make sure you cleanse your skin at least once, at the day end and ideally twice a day.

The Second Golden Rule, after cleansing is,

2. Toning

  • Cleansing your skin opens the pores on your face which are then closed with the help of toning. Toning also helps in cleansing leftover dirt, if any.

  • Toning regularly with the right kind of product would minimize open pores and would also greatly reduce appearance of acne and pimples.

The Third Golden Rule and possibly the most Vital Rule for getting healthy skin is,

3. Moisturizing

Regardless of the type of skin you have, providing moisture to your skin is like feeding it. It is a mistake if you think that oily skin does not need moisture.

Oil and moisture are different and there are non greasy moisturizers that are ideal for oily skin types.

Moisturizing dry skin is even more necessary, if you want to delay the appearance of wrinkles.

The Fourth Golden Rule is,

4. Scrubbing

  • It is not a regular skin care routine but nevertheless equally important.

  • You should scrub your face at least twice a week to get rid of the dead cells.

  • Scrubbing is also essential for getting rid of the ugly blackheads and the whiteheads.

  • Just make sure you are gentle while scrubbing to avoid making your skin raw
