I have got loose motions since yesterday (19/06/2016) . Till now I was having normal food (including parathas) now I think I should avoid. Kindly suggest me the precautions I should take. Also what food I should eat during loose motions. Is any specific medicine required or should I only consume ORS solution?

Hi, yes, of course, you should take, easily digestible, simple, non-irritant, diet on time. Tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, to hydrate yourself and to regulate. Metabolism. Avoid, junk food, coffee, alcoholic intake, fried, spicy intake, pizzas, burgers, parathas, ensure, sound sleep for at least 7 hrs in d night. Tk, homoeo medicine: @ aloe sac 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ china 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Tk, care.

How to get rid of dark spots on face and rashes on back and shoulders? Please advise.
Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week. 4. Almonds 1. Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight. 2. Peel off the skin and grind the almonds in the morning. 3. Now, add one teaspoon sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon honey in it. 4. Mix them to make a fine paste. 5. Apply it on your face. 6. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash it off. 5. Sandalwood Sandalwood is another effective option. 1. Make a thick paste of sandalwood powder, glycerin and rose water. (If you don’t have rose water, you can use milk or honey.) 2. Apply the thick paste to the affected skin area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water. 3. Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely. 6. Potato Your vegetable drawer is another source of home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes can be applied in one of the two ways: • Slice up a potato and place one slice directly on the black spots; leave on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water. • You can also make a face mask by combining grated potato with honey. Apply TOPI SULPHUR OINTMENT ( Wilmar Schwabe India ) For rashes twice daily

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

It's a probitic have healthy bacteria like lactobacillus for food pipe. Your curd also gives you same on a daily basis a healthy dose through food, you cannot go on taking sachets. It's given along with antibiotics which tend to destroy the healthy bacteria of food pipe but given for 10 days, do consult your doctor about duration of your treatment with these sachet, or give it up on your own and eat lots of curds which is harmless if made with toned milk. Curd and bananas diet helps cure chronic diseases of food pipe besides helping in weight loss.

Dengue is caused by a virus it produces high fever rashes joint pains and a peculiar discomfort behind the eyes the diagnosis is confirmed by blood test subsequent attack may dangerously lower the platelets count. The treatments are symptomatic. Consult a doctor near your locality. Do not self medicate.

you can take only tab. dolo 650 mg thrice a day after meal. and do tests cbc, mp, widal,urine r/m, NS1, after test you can take antibiotic medicines. go for tests thyroid profile,cbc,mp,widal,urine r/m. to confirm why body temperature rise of your body. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever.

Prior to starting any treatment this realisation is very necessary that we cannot make a stark change in complexion. But certain medicines would definitely help in improving complexion, make skin even toned and glowing. For the same you may follow these suggestions Apply a sunscreen in morning with good uvb and uva protection like shadowz, ultraguard, ansolar etc Use melawash face wash daily two times in a day. Apply it over face for four to five minutes then wash off Apply a skin lightening cream like lumacip plus in night. Only a small amount had to be applied over face and do not rub the cream. Usually with in one to month desirable response is seen. i would also suggest you to take few sessions of skin lightening peels every two or three weeks. Usually four or five sessions are good enough.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Hello, your problem suggests that you might have pitta prakruti, try this ayurvedic treatment which will definitely help the cause. constipation is easily manageable through a prescribed diet. I will prescribe a high fiber diet customized to your case. Do avoid over-the-counter laxatives. Increasing exercise is also important if you lead a sedentary lifestyle. For stubborn constipation in I may recommend a non-digestible sugar called lactulose or specially formulated electrolyte solutions. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Mr. Lybrate-user, acid reflux is a functional disorder. Though many theories are there for its cause but still no cause has been established thoroughly. I would advise you for the following: 1. Do not stay empty stomach for long durations, have small meals at small intervals. 2. Exercise daily and take small amounts of protein foods/drinks. 3. Have lots of fruits and vegetables, provided fruits do not aggravate your problems. 4. Have meal two hours before the bed time and do not take drinks like tea or coffee before going to bed. 5. Do not over consume liquor, though you can have small amounts but not empty stomach. 6. Proper sleep is must. 7. Do not over stress yourself with work or family issues, feel confident that you can manage any situation and things are well in control. Planning is good but expectations before any task are bad because they give disappointments, just plan and act and do not believe in result until and unless you get it as desired. 8. Spicy fried and fat foods are not good for you. 9. Avoid much of bakery items and fast foods. 10. You should begin some stress buster activity like cycling, swimming, cooking, short vaccations on weekends, free time with friends and family. All these things will help you in tackling your problem, but you shall follow these advises for a few months, because it takes time to change habits. Hope for you a speedy recovery.

Dear lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due to anxiety & weakness - take a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein foods including eggs, milk & milk products, nonveg( if you take), nuts as these provide essential vitamins & minerals for the body - do regular exercise, yoga, meditation & deep breathing these will help in improving your health & fitness - if not much improvement then do blood hb%, sugar, ECG to rule out any problem.
