Use of stimulant decreases the symptoms to a much good effect and if we don't give stimulant medication there will be more of conduct disorder and progress in disease and for side effects we have to monitor the person and advice them accordingly and spine block injection is effective for six months.

Well it is possible to prevent diabetes if all precautions are taken before it makes appearance. But once it is diagnosed it becomes very tough to avoid medications. You have mentioned the blood sugar levels, if they are too high or less. You can give a trial of three months by extensive exercise, strict diet (meeting correct caloric need daily) avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, including green salads in diet. Check sugar regularly almost alternate day. Try it out.

I would rather suggest you go for Ayurveda medicines rather than Antibiotics like metrogyl. The symptoms described above are suggestive of a Digestive disturbance cause due to a chronic stomach infection. And targeting the root cause of all the above problems i.e targeting the stomach infection will lead to a complete cure Take the following medicines for 45 days and then follow up with me 1. Avipattikara churnam - 1 teaspoon mixed with 1 cup of warm water and taken twice daily before food 2. Sudarshana Vati -1 tablet twice daily after food These medicines are available in all leading ayurveda stores Diet wise - warm water is a simple yet effective way to ease your symptoms. Have about 3 to 4 cups of warm water everyday. Eat food at the right time daily and include one bowl each of fresh fruits and boiled vegetables in your daily diet Dryness in throat and bad odor are also a consequence of indigestion. Gargling will help you. Take 1 cup of warm water+ 1 teaspoon rock salt+ 1 teaspoon sesame oil + 1 drop of clove oil or mint oil and use this for gargling twice daily

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Well you might have dark circles, in case if you have any underlying conditions such as thyroid, anaemia - iron deficiency, and also, sleeplessness due to various conditions. In any case we have to rule out also the deep set eyes. You can have good sleep and relax your eyes if you are closely watching the monitor of your system.

It will be better if you go to the root cause of these pain. You are advise hb test. Your haemoglobin should be minimum 13gm. Take proper balance diet, don't skip meals, take lots of water and do relaxation exercises as periods are affected by life style.

I think you need to look at handling your grief and dealing with your mother's loss once and for all. This could put you into a sadness related depression but you will be able to come out of it if you express your grief in totality and effectively. The sooner you do it the better for your studies. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. The counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success.

Crunches: There is no better exercise that you can think of to reduce belly fat than crunches. It will help you to easily burn stomach fat and if this exercise is coupled with a proper diet intake, then you can see effective results in quick time. •Lie flat on your back on a mat. Bent your knees with your feet touching the ground. •Now place your hands just behind your head. •Take a deep breath and lift your upper body off the floor. You need to exhale when you are lifting your body. •When you bring your body back to its original position you need to inhale. Once you come up you need to exhale. •Do this for 10 times and then repeat for two or three more sets.

Workout should include 40 minutes only on Cardio ..like Treadmill at Speed 8+...Then cycling 20 mins at speed 30+. Your diet should not be Body Builders diet. Instead take natural Fruits + Veg + Salads based diet. Use Myfitnesspal app to reduce weight.

Dear user, wt gain is mainly becoz of low physical activity n faulty food habits. Increase your physical activity as urs is a desk job go for walk, take stairs instead of elevators, follow some exercise plan make changes in your diet by including more veggies n fruits, whole grains n dals. Avoid junk n fried foods.
