मूंग दाल का प्रयोग शरीर से शरीर के कई समस्याओं के उपचार में किया जाता है.. प्राचीन काल से ही मुंग दाल का प्रयोग हमारे देश में किया जाता रहा है. मुंग दाल हमारे यहाँ परम्परागत रूप से खाया जाता रहा है. हलांकि ये जरुर है. कि मुंग दाल उतना लोकप्रिय नहीं है. मुंग दाल में मैग्नीशियम, फाइबर, जस्ता, प्रोटीन, विटामिन बी, मैंगनीज, तांबा, एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स आदि पाए जाते हैं. इसे अन्य उद्देश्यों के लिए भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. आइए इससे होने वाले कुछ फायदे और नुकसान को जानें.

1. आँखों के लिए
मूंग की दाल आंखों को स्वस्थ रखने में काफी लाभदायक होती है. आंखों के लिए आवश्यक विटामिन सी ह में मूंग की दाल से मिल जाती है. इसके अलावा और मूंग की दाल में विटामिन-बी6 और विटामिन बी5 आदि भी पर्याप्त मात्रा में मौजूद होते हैं. विटामिन सी रेटिना को सही रखने के लिए उचित होता है. इस प्रकार मूंग का दाल आंखों की देखभाल के लिए एक बेहतर विकल्प है.
2. शुगर दूर करने में
मूंग की हरी दाल हमारे शरीर में मौजूद शुगर के स्तर को सामान्य रखने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. हरी मूंग की दाल खाने का एक और फायदा यह है कि इससे छीनी आसानी से पचने के लायक बन जाती है. इसलिए वह रक्त में घूमती नहीं है. मूंग की दाल खाने से शुगर का स्तर हमारे शरीर में सामान्य बना रहता है. जिससे शुगर की बीमारी को रोका जा सकता है.
3. रक्तचाप के नियंत्रण में
मूंग की दाल में मौजूद मैग्नीशियम नामक तत्व रक्तचाप को नियंत्रित रखने में सहायक सिद्ध होता है. यही नहीं मूंग की दाल रक्त में मैग्नीशियम का स्तर भी सामान्य बनाए रखती है. और हमारे संपूर्ण शरीर में मैग्नीशियम का संचार भी मैग्नीशियम हमारे शरीर में रक्त संचरण को बनाए रख कर उच्च रक्तचाप को नियंत्रित करता है. मूंग की दाल वसा को भी नियंत्रित रखने में सहायक होती है.
4. बदहजमी दूर करने में
मूंग की दाल हमारे शरीर में होने वाले बदहजमी और पेट में जलन की शिकायत को दूर करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं. दरअसल मुंग दाल में पाया जाने वाला फाइबर हमारे शरीर की पाचन क्रिया को दुरुस्त करने का काम करती है. इससे उपापचय की स्थिति में सुधार आता है. और पाचन क्रिया सही से संचालित होने पर हमारा पेट भी ठीक रहता है.
5. हड्डियों को मजबूत बनाने में
मूंग की दाल हमारे शरीर में हड्डियों को मजबूत रखने का काम करती है. या कैल्शियम की जरूरत पूरा करके हड्डियों को स्वस्थ रखने में सहायक सिद्ध होती है. मूंग की दाल से मिलने वाला कैल्शियम हड्डियों के निर्माण में आने वाली बाधाओं को रोकता है. इसके साथ ही यह तनाव भी कम करने में उपयोगी होता है.
6. गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए
गर्भवती महिलाओं को आमतौर पर कई परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है. इनमें से प्रमुख है, पाचन तंत्र का अनियमित रूप से काम करना. इस वजह से गैस और जलन जैसी समस्याएं आनी शुरू हो जाती हैं. इन सब से छुटकारा पाने के लिए नेता दाल खाना सबसे आसान और अच्छा तरीका है.
7. कोलेस्ट्राल के नियंत्रण में
अनियंत्रित कोलेस्ट्रॉल के कारण हमारे शरीर में कई तरह की अनियमितताएं होने लगती हैं. मुख्य रूप से हृदय से जुड़ी बीमारियां बीमारियों का कारण कोलेस्ट्राल का अनियंत्रण ही है. मूंग की दाल खाने से दिल की धमनियों और कोशिकाओं में जमा कोलेस्ट्राल में कमी आने लगती है. और रक्त संचार में भी आसानी होने लगती है. इसलिए यदि आप हृदय से संबंधित परेशानियों से दूर रहना चाहते हैं. तो अपने खाद्य पदार्थ में मूंग की दाल को शामिल करें
8. बालों के लिए
मूंग की दाल बालों को मजबूत बनाने और उसकी देखभाल करने में काफी फायदेमंद साबित होती है. मूंग की दाल में पाया जाने वाला कॉपर हमारे शरीर में लोहा कैल्शियम और मैग्नीशियम की मात्रा को पूरा करता है. यह हमारे दिमाग में ऑक्सीजन बिना किसी रूकावट के ठीक तरीके से पहुंचाने का भी काम करता है. जिससे कि हमारे सिर के बालो के जड़ो को मजबूती मिलती है. इसके अलावा इस से बाल घने लंबे और चमकदार भी बनते हैं.
9. त्वचा के लिए

Follow these best tips to get normal and natural pink lips :- 1. Moisturize your lips you must keep your lips moisturized if you want them to stay healthy and therefore pink. If you are going outside, try applying a bit of petroleum jelly or lip balm and if you are inside, use some Milk fat ( ghee). 2. Use Pomegranate Seeds and Milk. Another simple way to lighten dark, dull lips and create a beautiful pink color is using pomegranate seeds. Crush up the seeds and mix it with some milk cream. If you apply this home remedy to your lips regularly, you will start to see them becoming redder and fuller. 3. Apply Cucumber Juice Another great way to reduce any darkness on your lips is to apply a bit of cucumber juice. Simply slice a cucumber, rubbing it against your lips to allow the juices to soak on. If you do this for five minutes each day, you can lighten dark lips to a beautiful pink color. 4. Mix Rose Petals in Milk. Rose petals are another one of the great home remedies for pink lips. Simply soak some rose petals in milk for a little bit of time. Then use the petals to make a paste, adding a few drops of both glycerin and honey. Apply the paste on your lips and wait fifteen minutes before gently rubbing it off using milk. This remedy can produce amazing results. 5. Massage with Lemon Juice Another remedy only requires lemon and some sugar. Cut a thin slice from the lemon, sprinkling a bit of sugar on top and rub your lips with this combination each day. This works well because lemon works to naturally bleach your lips, returning them to their light, pink color while sugar works to exfoliate dead skin cells. 6. Mix Turmeric Powder with Milk mix raw turmeric powder and milk cream to achieve great results. You can also try mixing turmeric powder and gram’s flour to light your lips. Just keep in mind that gram’s flour dries out lips making it a poor option for those whose lips are already dry. 7. Mix Honey, Almond Oil and Sugar Another great remedy is to mix sugar, honey and a little bit of olive or almond oil. Apply this to your lips, massaging it in for ten minutes

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.

44-45 kg is perfectly a healthy weight. Weight will also increase naturally after marriage, when you become pregnant. There is nothing needed to be done as of now, to increase your weight.

at the age 27 you will not gain weight my friend, height is gained mostly upto 21, to gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar daily in morning and also do prithvi mudra for 20 minutes these 2 are wonder exercises to gain weight naturally. eat lots of paneer, curd, banana, almonds, seasonal fruits and vegetables to gain weight.

Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. You require: apple cider vinegar, distilled water how to use: to 1 part vinegar, add 3 parts water and mix thoroughly. Dip a cotton swab into it and apply it on pimples. As an excellent source of vitamin c, oranges are actually good in whitening and refreshing your skin. You require: oranges, rose water how to use: peel off outer skin of oranges. Dry them and grind into fine powder. Add rose water to make a paste. Apply it on blemishes and wash off after 20 minutes. Lemon juice: to heal scars and acne spots, lemon is the best remedy. You require: mint leaves, lemon juice how to use: take 2 cups of mint (peppermint) fresh leaves and grind them into fine paste. You can add few drops of lemon juice to it. Using a cotton swab, apply on pimples. After 30 minutes rinse off with cold water. Do not rub, gently pat with dry towel. Green tea: green tea is rich in epigallocatechin-3-gallate, an antioxidant. Research studies have revealed that epigallocatechin-3-gallate reduces sebum production, inflammation, and infection thus relieving from acne symptoms. You require: green tea leaves how to use: extract green tea from green tea leaves. Wash your face twice a day with green tea and dab with soft towel. It leaves you refreshing and relaxed. You can even daily intake one cup of green tea. Aloe: aloe has many medicinal unseen benefits. It soothes your skin and nourishes giving a vibrant look. You require: aloe, blender how to use: to attain a beautiful and glowing skin start using aloe as your routine. Extract gel from 2? 3 aloe fresh leaves or buy it from a health store. Apply to face and wash off after 20? 30 minutes. Repeat same procedure thrice in a week to get desired results. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate): sodium bicarbonate neutralizes skin ph. Hi, lybrate-user please add good quality lean protein foods like egg whites, toned milk & its products like paneer, curd, cheese, alongwith tofu, sprouts, dals, peas, beans help to improve muscle mass. Diet should be balanced too so that different food groups are included daily & excess of protein foods should not be consumed. Physical exercise with a combination of cardio, resistance or weights and stretching would help.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation. If you are feeling suicidal, consult a psychiatrist immediately.
