Both hypothyroidism and pcod causes menstrual problem. In consultation with the doctor cotrol your hypothyroid condition and simeltaneously treat your pcod problem. Sooner the better. You really need a private consultation with a gynaecologist to discuss in detail and have proper advice regarding necessary invetigations, treatment, diet and lifestyle change.

Is there any chance of getting pregnant if condom busted during sex but no sperm ejection from penis into vagina.

CCT (UK) General Psychiatry, MD-Psychiatry, MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
Psychiatrist, Delhi
Is there any chance of getting pregnant if condom busted during sex but no sperm ejection from penis into vagina.
Pregnancy happens when a man’s sperm fertilises a woman’s egg, which can happen even if you’ve not had sexual intercourse (penetration). During sex, semen is ejaculated from the man’s penis into the woman’s vagina. A man's semen (the liquid produced when he ejaculates or "comes") contains millions of sperm. One ejaculation can contain more than 300 million sperm. As soon as the penis is erect, before the man ejaculates, a liquid called pre-ejaculate is produced. This liquid can contain thousands of sperm. Men have no control over the production of this liquid. A woman's ovaries release one or more eggs (ovulation) 12-16 days before her next period. The man’s sperm enters the woman's body through her vagina, then travels through her cervix and womb to the fallopian tubes, where an egg is fertilised (conception). The egg can be fertilised by sperm contained in semen or pre-ejaculate. What if I didn’t have sex? It’s possible for you to get pregnant without having sexual intercourse if, for example: sperm get into your vagina – for example, if you or your partner have semen or pre-ejaculate on your fingers and touch your vagina your partner ejaculates near your vagina your partner’s erect penis comes into contact with your body near your vagina The risk of getting pregnant in this way is very low because sperm can only live for a short time outside of the body. However, if you’re not planning a pregnancy, it’s important to know that it’s possible to get pregnant in this way.

Pain in left breast while having food or drink Could be due to acid reflux, and passing blood from nose may be due to rupture of small capillaries which again happens due to intake of spice hot food or beverages taken frequently. Drink lots of water before meals and take an antacid, or cold milk without sugar, if it still continues go for routine blood tests and chest x-ray.

Dr. I got menstrual last 4th. .but still bleeding is der. I can't tolerate pain. Wat hpn to me?
Hello, this kind of menstrual bleeding is known as atyartav in ayurveda. This condition is really serious because of the blood loss involved in this. Try these ayurvedic tips to get rid of the condition. A) avoid spicy, salty, fried and junk food immediately. B) avoid late night sessions. C) avoid fish. D) use ashokarishta 2 tsp twice a day with water. E) tab chandraprabha vati 1 bd f) gulkanda with prawal pishti 1 tsp thrice a day. G) tab bolbadha ras 1 twice daily follow above schedule and after some time go for a pelvic ultrasound and share the reports from me.

I have had 8 fainting episodes this year. This is a new problem as I haven't fainted before November of last year. I'm convinced that these are not panic attacks and witnesses to these attacks have noted that I am remarkably calm beforehand. A couple of these attacks happened while I was lying down watching Netflix at home and one happened directly after a light jog in the which my pulse rose to a point that my friend a former combat medic was unable to count it and my Fitbit reported that it was around 210bpm. My friend also noted that my breathing seemed labored and that my skin was ashen. I have had countless ekgs, a stress test, tilt table test, echocardiogram, routine blood and urine analysis, a head MRI, a zio patch (no episodes), and an eeg which all came back normal. I'm really quiet terrified about all this and am wondering what people might think it is? And why they would or would not suspect a cardiac cause for the syncope episodes? What they would recommend as future steps and weather it would be wise to stop investigation. Also of similar note due to a cold I am becoming short of breath easily which accelerates my heart rate to 150bpm resting 180 walking to and from class, is this something to fret about?

Hello Usually, Cyncop causes due to underlying conditions: spondylitis, hypoglycemia, gastric disorder. Cardiac disorder, specially aortic stenosis, hypopressure. In so many condiction I have noticed cyncop in gastric disorder with resemblenice of cardiac disorder with arrhythmia. Since, all the vital test of yours ,related to cardiac function are normal, I am of the opinion that you are suffering from gastric disorder which might raise your BP with laboured breathing, even cold perspiration may appear with arrhythmia. You should go for meditation to reduce your stress in order to inhale plenty of oxygen in òrder to nourish brain to counter cyncop. To hydrate your body you should tk plenty of water to restore metabolic action ,preventing constipation. Your diet be simple, non irritant to avoid gastric disorder. Tk homoeopathic medicines @ Carbo veg 200-6 pills thrice. Report fortnightly, please. Your feed back is solicited for further follow-up, please. Tk. Care. In all the cases you should be punctual in life towards dietary regulationeeds avoiding stress, anxiety.

7 Ways to Awaken Your Consciousness

MBBS, M.D Psychiatry , Diploma in Psychological Medicine
Sexologist, Navi Mumbai
7 Ways to Awaken Your Consciousness

Keeping in touch with your consciousness can be a brilliant thing to do. One should know thy self before anyone else in the world. Consciousness qualifies as self awareness. It gives you clarity about what you want, who you really are and who you really want to be.

How to keep in touch with your consciousness?

  1. Walk out into the woods: Go on a nature hike. Take your dog and go for a run into the woods. Listen to your favourite music and do not forget to stop and breathe in the scenic beauty. It is bound to make you introspect.
  2. Go on a solo trip: Take a leave from work, get packing and head out to that trip to the Himalayas that you have been planning on for ages. Take your closest friends along if you would like to. And, if you are going on your own, do not forget to inform your friends or family about it.
  3. Meditate: Even if you have never tried to do it before, it is never late to start. Even if you are in the beginners’ level, it helps you attain inner peace and tranquillity. It is probably one of the best ways to get in touch with your inner self and harness energy from within. It will give you greater focus, more transparency and you will attain discipline in life.
  4. Befriend with like-minded people: When you are on a journey to become a person with great self awareness and a more conscious person, you are the most benefitted when you find people who share your belief and you can be your true self with them. This will make you true to yourself and the people around you. This is a sign of rising self consciousness.
  5. Pursue higher intelligence:  Every single person is intelligent in their own way. A person may be blessed with high I.Q., whereas other people can be emotionally or spiritually intelligent. While chasing consciousness, learn to grow as a person. Make yourself familiar to new things, different people and you will realise how vast is the world and the immense amount of things you are yet to take from her.
  6. Taking control of your decisions: Never let another person dictate terms to you. The moment you let another person make your decisions, you lose yourself a little bit. Taking conscious control over your decisions will immediately create a sense of understanding of your own self and you will attain more consciousness in the process.
  7. Let the skies speak to you: Go camping will your closest, true friends and star gaze with them. Lying down on the grass and watching millions of stars look right back you can be an overwhelming experience. You will truly learn and understand how vast this universe is and let it seep into you. You will feel more in touch with yourself than ever before. The path to self consciousness will get even more clear in your head. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a psychiatrist.
