For your back problem, may b pain is there bcos of improper posture and muscle weakness. So for that you have to b aware of proper posture of back and learn some back exercises. For this you have to see some good physiotherapist. For the swelling in your feet, may b bcos of improper blood circulation and plus lack of muscle ton. For this also you have to see a physiotherapist. Plus you can tell the physiotherapist about your foot fingers or you can consult a g. P for that. Thank you.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Inform after 10 days.

Your spine disk is compressed and pain radiate through nerve supply in your leg. Advice: use hot pack for pain relief on back for 10 min. Do pelvic floor muscle exercises 2 times in a day. Lumber muscle stretching exercise like lying supine and both knees touches to the chest by the help of hands do 10 repetition 2 times in a day. Manual lumber traction by lying supine both legs on chair below knees and chair height must be little higher then hip to knee height.

You need to consult a physiotherapist personally to get yourself examined and to see the extent of your problem. It might require few sessions of electrotherapy, exercises and manual therapy. Until you do that, you can do some basic exercises for relieving sciatica pain. These exercises you can read in my "Health Tips" on Lybrate.

Hello Lybrate user, yes, homeopathic treatment do have really good results in rheumatoid arthritis. It is a chronic condition, hence it take time to get complete results. Although Rs 8000 per month is too costly. As homeopathic treatment is known for being economically affordable and safe.

General tips- weight control/reduction avoid sitting for long hours.(take 2-3 min breaks from sitting at work every 40 min-1hr intervals) general exercises for back are called core strengthening exercises-pls do it after checking with a spine surgeon and then learn from a physiotherapist). Check your vitamins- d and b12 specifically by blood tests. If low you'll need supplementation under guidance.

Good evening, 19 years with acute backache is usually muscular in origin, if pain unstable take rest avoid bending foreword & take some muscle relaxents things will settle.

Back pain has become very common these days because of daily life style and day today activities. It can be due to various reasons any injury, muscle strain eg-sudden twist while lifting object, bad posture, overuse of muscle or any internal disease like spondylitis, infection etc. Many of the problem occurs for which we are not aware. Health problem usually occurs because of living style and bad / incorrect sitting/standing posture. After looking at your pain I am recommending you some precautions and treatment that will be very effective. Precautions: 1. Avoid forward bending, if required then bend your knees first and then bend forward. 2. Avoid weight lifting. 3. Sit in chairs or car seats with proper back support. 4. Try to sleep in a position that helps you maintain the curve in your back like sidelying. 5. Get enough vitamin d from sun as vitamin d keep bones strong including spine. 6. Drink plenty of water to enhance the inter vertebral disks 7. Avoid standing in the one position for a long time. 8. Try to sleep in a position that helps you maintain the curve in your back. 9. Avoid stress full activity. When pain is less or no pain make a habit of morning walk atleast for 20 minutes to get fresh air in body which is really beneficial to keep fit and healthy. Meditations is an extra advantage along with walk. Physio care: I would recommend you for i-care treatment that is especially for back or neck pain. Rest required but it doesn't mean a complete bed rest. Do not over exert your body. Work take rest and then work so that you do not feel tired and started paining. Treatment- 1. Apply ice or heat which ever suits you directly to the area of low back pain will decrease swelling and inflammation, and ease your discomfort. Apply it for 10 to 15 minutes only. 2. Relaxing for 5 minutes after ice or heat treatment. Massage - ask someone to massage your painful area using fingers or thumb. Massage using kneading technique. Slightly press the thumb and start rotating as it helps to induce relaxation, relieve pain, and reduce levels of stress chemicals, such as cortisol and noradrenaline. It will give you pain relief for time being. 3. After massage again relax for 5 min and apply any pain relieving ointment eg - volini or oraflame gel etc. Make sure not to do massage with the gel, it should not penetrate the body. Just a topical application of gel should be done. 4. Again relax your body for 5 minutes and perform some normal back extension and hamstring stretching exercises to get relief from your pain. While performing exercises if pain occurs then would recommend you to stop doing exercise. Massage or slightly rub the painful area and consult your near by physio to diagnose the actual cause of the pain.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

For knee pain you can start physiotherapy treatment which include strengthening of knee muscles. Avoid high heels.

I am soo weak I can ate as proper diet and much as possible but after before I am weak and pain in muscles and bones give me a treatment for this.

Dear you can do Joints pain k liyyye………………. Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Creating gentle compression with a soft foam roller helps rehydrate your fascia by stimulating its cells and helping fluid move back into that tissue, says Hitzmann. While research shows that foam rolling before or after your workout can minimize discomfort, Hitzmann says that even doing it three times a week can reduce joint pain by about half. Get started with these 4 foam rolling exercises. 3. Shake things up. If you want to avoid overuse injuries—not to mention burnout and boredom—you know it’s not a great idea to do the same routine every single day. But mixing up your workouts is even more important if you have achy joints or arthritis, says Kruse. Muscles are involved in the control and function of joints; when they’re weak from overuse, your joint is forced to take on more impact. (So if you’re pushing through a run with overworked quads, for instance, you’re likely to feel it in your knees.) Instead, mix up high-impact activities, like running, with something a little more gentle—think swimming, biking, yoga, or Pilates—once or twice a week.
