Saving a fallen tooth can be useful. Try to keep it in place while you seek immediate medical attention. If that is not the case, try wrapping the tooth in a piece of plastic or soaking it into milk and call for immediate dental service.

Proper examination is required, as your wisdom tooth might be erupting and causing this problem. Some medication will have to be given after examining.

2 main reasons for bad breath unhealthy gums and gastric irritation. Even after brushing well there is a possibility of deposites which need to be cleaned at a dental clinic once in 6 months. For gastric irritation consult your family physician.

Clear Aligner Treatment: Modern Approach For Teeth Alignment Without Braces

Clear Aligner Treatment: Modern Approach For Teeth Alignment Without Braces

In contrast to traditional braces, which typically involve the use of a network of connected brackets and wires in order to enhance tooth mobility, clear or invisible aligners is a relatively new approach when it comes to aligning teeth and involves the use of a number of custom-made tight-fitting retainers, which can slip over your teeth easily.

Clear orthodontic aligners are generally used for patients who either have minor spacing issues or have mildly crowded teeth. Moreover, since clear aligners are custom made for a tighter fit, they are more suited for adults and late teenagers and not for young children who are still growing and developing their teeth.

Treatment
Initially, your doctor will try to correct your bite after, which he or she can proceed with fitting you several versions of aligners, which help make slight adjustments to move your teeth during the course of the treatment. Usually made of a clear acrylic or plastic material, clear aligners fit tightly over your teeth, but are removable for eating purposes or for brushing and flossing. Every few weeks, you will probably get a new aligner in order to help move your teeth into the desired location.

Duration
Depending upon how much your teeth need to be moved, treatment will generally take around ten to twenty four months to complete. However, if your teeth have but shifted just slightly, then treatment can be completed in just a matter of ten weeks.

Advantages
Advantages of using clear orthodontic aligners over traditional braces include:

  1. You won't be having a "metal mouth" as with metal braces
  2. Can be easily removed before brushing or flossing
  3. Maintains good long-term oral health
  4. Helps give a better and brighter smile

Munching foods like apples, pears, carrots or celery after brushing can help in preventing discoloration as they trigger tooth-bathing saliva which helps in keeping the teeth whiter.

BDS

When the pulp of the tooth becomes inflamed, septic or lifeless, one needs to go through the root canal treatment.

I got a pain on my teeth I saw a dentist he told me that I got a hole and I have to repair it cost upto 5000 but I don't want to do that so please consult me a best medicine I request I just got a pain.

BDS
Dentist, Delhi
If the cavity is superficial, that is, only on the upper layers of the tooth, it can surely be filled with a tooth colored material. However, if it is a deep one, it you may have to undergo an RCT, followed by cap, which is a slightly longer procedure than a usual filling. I suggest that you consult me privately on lybrate so that you attach the pictures of your cavity and I can be in a better position to solve your query, and send across an appropriate prescription. Take care

Capping is the best option after root canal to prevent damage. Also you can brush twice daily and do warm saline rinses after meals.

There are gaps between my teeth which makes my face look so bad and ugly. please suggest me some ways to overcome this problem and look good.

BDS
Dentist, Gurgaon
Dear lybrate user, the gaps between teeth need to be clinically checked but be rest assured that there are a variety of treatment options available for you like fillings with tooth-colored materials, laminates, veneers etc. The treatment plan would depend on the amount of space present between teeth so consult your dentist and get a checkup done.
