Should dairy products like milk. Paneer. Butter be avoided during piles? Also wt bout rice and bread?

Excessive use of milk and cheese should be avoided where as curd and buttermilk is good for stomach similarly unpolished and whole grains are better than polished grains as these things have a tendency to constipate you.

My mom age is 54, now a days her body swelling spl in joint pain and face also. May I know the exact reason of swelling. Dr suggested ecg, 2d echo, ct-scan(contrast) and some blood test. But all reports are normal but still she have swelling. Please advice me.

This can be due to hypothyroidism. Also mention her ongoing treatment as some medicines do have swelling as side effect.

Try the following remedy it will surely help you Natural home remedy using almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: Saffron is a mild aphrodisiac 1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Add a pinch of cardamom powder 7. Add a pinch of saffron 8. Mix well 9. Drink this every morning if it dosent work then you must consult ayurveda doctor, They will surely help you.

How to get rid of snoring while sleeping? I even almost left the smoking and alcohol. But still the snoring.

You have to reduce at least 20 kgs more. Try to get a sleep study done. Consult an ent surgeon to know the level of obstruction in your airway that is causing snoring. Try to sleep to your side rather than on your back.

reduce your wt. at least upto 60 kg. go for a walk for 1 hr daily, avoid oily and fast food, reduce your diet, it will help. thanks

I am suffering from some stomach problems from 2 years. I have lost my weight, now I became very lean but my stomach always remain bloated, after having meals it gets too much bloated. Less motion movements and weakness. I have done some tests, endoscopy, sonography, blood test and thyroid test, but every test found normal. I want to know that what may be the possible problems. Hi, you should take a diet which contains 1. High in fibre such as wheat, oats 2. Include more butter milk, curd, idley, dosa ect as it contains lactobasillus. 3 take fruit juices, plenty of water at least 8 glasses 4. Be sure that you get a good appetite before every meal. 5. Take 1 glass normal water soon after you wake up from bed. 6. Avoid all kinds of spicy, fried items, milk for at least 2 months 7. Avoid foods which are hard to digest. 8. Take proper sleep and be stress free. If the symptoms persist revert back. Then I will tell you the ayurvedic medicines needed

Avoid tea, coffee in late evening and after. Avoid day time sleep. Take proper diet. Avoid stress. Do yoga and meditation. It will help you.
