Hi, I have been detected with Ovarian Cancer stage IV in November 2014. I have been treated for the same with Chemotherapy and then surgery and then chemotherapy again. I was discharged fine in June 2015. Now disease has relapsed and chemotherapy is being given again, so wish to take another opinion -1. How can we prevent it to reoccur and how to live, 2. How to increase immunity of the of my body and other methods to prolong the re-occurrence.. I can send reports if required by the concerned specialist.

Hi lybrate-user, stage 4 carcinoma is treated by chemotherapy only. If there is recurrence after chemo your doctor is needed to change the protocol. Though many agents are claimed to be immune builders but none is proved to the satisfaction. Even for the sake of giving immunostimulants I would suggest to take turmeric capsules and alovera juice along with chemotherapy.

Pain and swelling in testis is an emergency. Do not delay. Consult a urosurgeon, get examined personally and investigated to rule our infected hydrocele, hernia, torsion or other serious possibilities.

For pain take tablet paracetamol and avoid spicy food in your diet and take cp veloz d once before breakfast and take tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and vitamin d3 60000iu once a week for six months.

Do kegel exercises and vaccum devise exercises. Tab. Kutub 30 X one hour prior to sexual activity. Check blood testosterone total.

No you are not diabetic but it is in the upper limit of normal. Go for regular exercise,reduce your weight if you are obese,control your diet by avoiding sweets and carbohydrate. Monitor your blood sugar three monthly and if it is raised consult doctor

The reason is infection.. The food has no role in it... You may take healthy food.. And doing masturbation is not safe in any condition..

Chickenpox recovers in 7-10 days. Stay at home and take rest till recoveryit is highly contagious. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. Diet during Ramadan fasting / ramzan should be well balanced, consisting of all the food groups before dawn (sehri or suhur). This will help in avoiding, fatigue, restlessness, and vomiting sensations due to hunger at bay. Meal Timings Food/ Menu Supplements Meal One (Saheri) On rising (within 10 mins) Before Fajar Banana or any fresh fruit OR handful of dry fruits Omelet + toast OR Bhakri/ roti + sabzi OR Roti + milk OR Paratha + curd OR Fruit yogurt (homemade) + poha/ dosa /upma/ khakra any homemade breaakfast Vit C & Vit B Meal Two Iftaar Dates + Fresh fruit OR homemade fruit yogurt + Glass of nimbu pani or chaas or kokam (fruit from kokan) serbet or bel ka (popular in north india) sherbet (all homemade pls) Meal Three Post Magrib Homemade Poha/Seviyan/Dalia / roti + sabzi + dal / rice + dal + sabzi/ rice + fish/ chicken + sabzi/ veg pualo + raita/ rice with rajma/ chole + dahi / paratha + dahi / khakra + moong / appam/ dosai with veggies Antioxidants (vit E, selenium, zinc, chromium) Meal Four Post the big namaaz / late evening Lassi OR Khichdi OR Prot shake OR glass of milk OR paneer with veggies Bedtime Calcium citrate 1000 mg Water Atleast 3-3.5litres between iftaar & fajar Add electrolytes if dehyd Post wo Fruit + prot shake Vit C, Vit E – To avoid feeling hungry during the long hours of fast, one must include a lot of complex carbohydrates along with good fibre. This will help you get all the needed fibre and vitamins. – Keeping the body hydrate is another big challenge during this fast.
