Recommend - Homeopathic treatment for permanent cure Home remedies - for temprary relief Apple cider vinegar . Apple cider vinegar is an effective antiseptic, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agent that relieves itching, especially itching associated with dry skin (for example: sunburns and dandruff). How to use it: Just put a few drops of it onto a cotton ball or washcloth and dab it on to the affected area. Use raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the “mother,” a strand-like sediment floating at the bottom of the bottle that contains raw enzymes and beneficial bacteria. Clay + Apple Cider Vinegar Combine the anti-itch properties of both of these skin soothers at the same time! How to use it: Follow the instructions for using clay topically or as a clay pack, just substitute apple cider vinegar instead of water when making your clay. It will fizz up a bit, so just add a tiny amount of vinegar at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Peppermint Leaves Peppermint is great for bug bites and itching, as it provides a cooling sensation that’ll give you welcome relief. How to use it: The quickest, easiest way is to crush up the leaves and rub the peppermint directly onto the skin. You could even freeze the crushed peppermint leaves into ice cubes for a cooling double-whammy, as the cold of the ice cubes also helps to numb the affected area and bring down swelling and inflammation. Always use clean, filtered water. Fresh Basil Leaves Basil leaves contains anti-itch compounds called camphor and thymol. This is my personal go-to trick for bug bites, as it’s so quick and easy. Plus, rubbing the leaf onto the skin satisfies the compulsive urge to scratch. How to use it: Crush up the leaves and rub directly onto the skin. Aloe Vera We love aloe vera for just about every kind of skin irritation. Aloe is probably best-known for its ability to heal sunburns, but it’s extremely versatile as it soothes the skin and relieves swelling and irritation. How to use it: Break off a leaf from the plant, and cut it open lengthwise from top to bottom with a knife. Scoop out the gooey gel inside, and rub it directly onto irritated skin. If you have extra left over, you can keep it refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week. Oatmeal Oatmeal contains compounds called avenanthramides that reduce inflammation. It’s also commonly used for poison ivy and eczema. You can add oatmeal to your bath, or make a poultice. How to use it: To make an oatmeal poultice, add a bit of water to a cup or bowl of plain, organic, uncooked oatmeal (ground or steel-cut work best for this), then let it sit for a few minutes until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Apply the paste to the itchy area as needed.

Symptoms and causes of Vitamin D3 deficiency

Hi, this is Dr.Umesh Alegaonkar from Thane, Sampada hospital and I am discussing the Current epidemics of D3 deficiency in the Indian Society. Huge epidemics and a huge number of patients are currently being diagnosed with vitamin D3 deficiency. First of all, Vitamin D3 deficiency is not so widely accepted by the practicing consultant. And more or fewer patients having the same symptom coming to the consulting are very less. But as we are diagnosing more and number of vitamin D3 cases we know the burden of vitamin D3 deficiency which the society is having. Patients usually come with weak bone pains, myalgia; there are usually complaints of morning stiffness, they experience huge pain in both their feet as they touch the ground early in the morning.

We also find irritability and changes in behavior, brittleness of skin, loss of hair, decreased appetite and apathy. All these are related sometimes, which by and large may be related to other illnesses also, systemic illnesses, I am talking about. But yes they only remain peculiar to the vitamin D3 deficiency. The main cause is dietary deficiency and even though the patient supplements himself with sufficient amount of vitamin D3 deficiency they don’t have adequate exposure to the sunlight in the morning hours, because the morning hours the skin really absorbs the sunrise and it helps the vitamin D3 to get converted into the liver and that’s how the calcium is absorbed from the intestine being actually utilized by the bone and it becomes stronger. Unavailability of the sun or under-exposure to the sunlight in the daytime is really a cause of concern we are currently facing because of the sedentary lifestyle of the patient, car to car type of a lifestyle with no exposure to the sun at all. This is a major cause I really think because of which there is an epidemic of vitamin D3 deficiency.

A simple measure is to expose yourself to the sunlight early in the morning, a good supplement of vitamin D3 diet is the actual issue where we can treat the vitamin D3 deficiency. Long term complications are usually seen. The patients have weak bone pain; they usually suffer from lumbar spinal arthritis and cervical spinal arthritis. They come with unusual fractures of the hips and the bone. The bones are usually osteopenic and osteoporotic and these symptoms are further aggravated in the case of a woman who is in a post-menopausal state. So currently I would……
Vitamin D3 deficiency is a highly, highly under-diagnosed issue in the medical fraternity.

Frequent burping may indicate that you are swallowing too much air, or it may indicate the presence of a more serious problem such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, gastroparesis or gastritis, or H Pylori infection. You need to see the food what you are taking. Do exercise daily, avoid spicy, heavy and junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking (if you do) eat salads and sprouts, papaya to reduce gastric problem. Don't be empty stomach, because it will cause acidity which leads to burping. We have good homeopathic medicines, both for reducing burping and acidity, but for that we need to take whole case taking, so that appropriate treatment gets started.
