Hello, As per your height and weight you should nor weigh more than 54 to 56 KGS. Body surely Demands a good 20 KGS of weight loss. The following tips might help you. ⚁ * Have small and frequent meals 5-6 meals per day. * Have at least 2-3 different fruits a day. * Any physical activity for at least 35-40 mins 5 times/week is very important. * Eat smart not less. * Drink at least 14-16 glasses of water everyday. *Avoid excess sugar and salt. *prefer eating fresh, home cooked food. *manage your stress *Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

I am having a cold problem & back pain since long time. so, please suggest what to do?

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I had an accident on 15th dec 2015. As per my ortho surgeon, I have acl tear in my left leg due to which left leg is not stable. He is suggesting for arthroscopic surgery. But I am not ready for this as I have already had left elbow surgery with implants and I do not want any more surgery. I am able to walk properly as of now. But no running, no sports. Is there any other way out for this? Pls advise.

If complete tear then surgery must and partial tear then laser therapy and strength exercise is best it depend on your tear. You don't want any other surgery and you uv no problem to walk then start strength exercise but be care full start very gradually process.

What should I do?
These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

It could be due to tension abt exams. If you sleep early&wake up @3am, then change timings. Try to gp to bed a bit late. So that the particular timngs also will b postponed. Infact studying in early hrs is good to concentrate&remember. But if r going to bed ver late&still you r waking up @3am, then, its not good. To maintain sufficient&quality sleep, you try to practice pranyam methods&do not take spicy foos. Take bland diet, fruits, juices&more water intake. Dronk a cup of warm milk bfore to sleep. If still problem exists, I vl advise homeo remedy.

There is no special diet for hypothyroidism, but certain foods should be avoided or taken sparingly. Soya beans and soya containing products are to be avoided along with vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mustard and coffee. Other vegetables can be taken, plus whole grain flours and breads made out of that are good. Iodinated salt should be used. Since you also have high bp salt intake also should be less. Soya does not cause the condition but it can aggravate it. Plus prescribed medication must be taken without a break.

Exercise whenever you can. Anything that aids in general fitness should boost your circulation. When you work out, try both. Cardiovascular training. Swimming, biking, running, playing sports, etc. Aerobic activity will improve heart and blood vessel function. Strength training. Strength training (lifting weights) will help you build muscle, which in turn increases the effectiveness of cardiovascular and lymph circulation. Every hour, get up and try 3 to 5 minutes' worth of stretching or small exercise. This is especially handy if you're at a desk all day and barely get a chance to walk around. Try doing little arm circles, touching your hands to your toes, kicking out your feet, or performing small, slow jumping jacks (enough to get you heart rate up).

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking guidance. As far as I understand, not all dyes will potentially cause cancer. But some, dyes especially the semi-permanent and permanent ones, may have certain chemicals that are carcinogenic. One needs to consciously reduce exposure to such dyes to be on a safer side. You may as well choose a suitable natural hair dye instead. I declare no conflict of interest while I state the above-mentioned. Hope this clarifies. Do take care.

A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.
