He should avoid bad fats and take only good fats in little amounts , he can have green seasonal vegetables and fruits as much as he wants , lemon and oranges and bananas are good sources of potassium , which is good for heart patients . eat little but more frequently . Bad fats are all tras fats present in biscuits , namkeens , cakes , street food etc. do not reheat the oil at home also , use any heart friendly oil and my personal choice is musturd oil for our style of cooking and soy oil for frying occassionally. Good fats are desi ghee and butter- 5 grams per day + a katori of dry fruits like soaked , peeled almonds , cashews , wallnuts- 5 to 6 pieces each and peanuts , one can make modifications depending on availability , otherwise peanuts are as good as others. fresh lemon juice taken with a spoon of honey with warm water taken on empty stomach in morning helps to purify blood.

Hi lybrate user, don't worry about sonography report. Please continue all the medications as per your obstetrician advice I st trimester sonography is showing risk for iugr and pre-eclampsia but to decide these factors ideally 15-16wk scan is best.

Hello sir, based on the short description it would be difficult for me to help you determine whether the cause of the pain is cardiac or not. Considering the history of bypass surgery, it's best to rule cardiac cause of pain. It's always better to find the cause and than treat the same. No particular precaution to be taken, except continuation of medicine prescribed and an active lifestyle with healthy diet. For finding the cause: if you are physically active, a treadmill stress test would be the best choice. If not a stress echocardiography should be a reasonable alternative. The above test should be particularly done if the chest pain occurs when you exert (being tense is a mental exertion) climb stairs and if there is associated breathlessness. Try jumping n running early morning ....practice yoga....... eat proteinious diet diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg....have 1 ltr of milk daily....take ashwganndha tablet 1 tab in morning daily after meals with milk....follow up after 1 weekk.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Ok, please try for the laser therapy 6 to 10 session may do some change for your back pain please don't discontinue your spinal extension exercises planks, core strengthening exercises, hamstring stretching, standing balance on stability disc or you may try for seragem for one month.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

DEAR………. Shoulder pain Physiotherapy uses a number of different physical methods to promote healing. Bed wetting in small children not only required medicines but a proper management is also required from your side.In order to control bed wetting problem of your child you must have proper knowledge of the exact reason of this problem. Actually normally a normal human being can retain urine in his bladder even for hours even if bladder is full because our mind controls the opening of Bladder valve.But sometimes this control breaks due to some reasons in elderly like old age,Uterine prolapse or displacement in females,Diabetes to name a few.But in small school going children it is a common problem and in majority of cases in children while sleeping the contact between their mind and bladder is broken and this is the reason why children cant feel their bedwetting problem even after urinating and continue with their sleep.There are a number of factors which leads to this problem but the main being Worms ,Excessive cold,Weak nervous system due to which whenever bladder fill slightly with urine,it exerts pressure on the valvular opening and while sleeping their mind-bladder control is not working,slight pressure on valve make it open and urine passes out without knowledge of the child.In some children this can happen while they are awake also. So our main aim while treating is to 1.set up a control betweem Mind and bladder 2.Try to remove all the causative factors 3.Try to make pass the urine of the child before hand time to time during the day so that there is no urine left in bladder so that no pressure is exerted on U.bladder valve. 4.Start giving medicines which will set up a contact between Mind and Bladder valve. 5.To start Pelvic Floor Muscles Stregthening exercises called KEGELS EXERCISE in teenage children and Mature people as small children cant do these exercises. Your report says your baby is ok and your date for delivery is 6-9-16 which can be plus or minus a few days but actually speaking these are the calculated dates from your periods in fact actual date of delivery nobody can predict.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Dear lybrate-user, you are not overweight, you are normal. Seems like you have abdominal obesity, which means lot of fat depositions around the waist and stomach region. You need to concentrate on the body fat, especially reducing your belly fat. Some most famous fat burners. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Hi .it is always best to consult a cosmetic dermatologist to help clear your skin. In the mean time try this home remedy. Tomato for erasing dark spots Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. Kegel exercise in homoeopathy, there are many fruitful remedies to keep penis long and strong. The average girth for an erect penis length from 4.5 to 7 inches are enough to perform a successful sexual intercourse. Hi lybrate-user this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.
