Dear Dr, I feel hitching/ burning on my foot when I go to sleep and this is continue for some time and then NO problem. However can feel mild pain when walking. My BP is 140/85 and No sugar.I am 50 and have a job of sitting 6-8 hrs a day.

Dear lybrate-user age not mentioned take following medicines yogaraj guggulu 2tabs morning and evening vatha gajankusham 2 tab morning and evening with hot water. Avipathikara churnam 5gms before bed with hot water. Don't take spicy food and junk food. Take meals timely. Review after one month

I have a back pain. Hi, it's mean that your legs and back muscles are week so please do stretching and strengthing exercise of back and leg muscles, learn from sport physiotherapist or gym trainer, hope it will help you.

Here are some tips you can do that may help reduce your disc problem: -Place yourself on movement restrictions for at least a few months: no heavy lifting, no jumping, no prolonged sitting, no frequent bending at the waist. - Eat a healthy diet consisting of plants and animals only; i. E. Minimize processed food including grain foods. Flood your body with the necessary vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants to give it a boost as it attempts to repair your bulging disc. -Stretch your back frequently. Lie on your back, knees bent with feet on the floor. Take a deep breath in and gently and slowly arch your lower back as your stomach rises; exhale and flatten your back against the floor; repeat 10 times 4x/day. -As your pain decreases, it usually means that the bulge is decreasing in size. At this point, you can do light back extensions: stand with feet 6” apart. Place both palms behind your hips, and gently arch your back. Hold for ten seconds; repeat five times, several times a day. Remember to do these exercises slowly with good form and control; remember to breathe. Best wishes.

Easiest and sure way of getting vitamin D is sitting in Soft sunlight for 1/2 to 1 hour for five days a week. Otherwise she can take vitamin D 3 tablets or sache after checking green mark on them.

Yes it can be cured .The triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) is a cartilage structure located on the small finger side of the wrist that, cushions and supports the small carpal bones in the wrist. Hello Lybrate user. It seems that you hav done the related diagnosis. As you mentioned above ther r possibility you have developed early osteoarthritis in both knee. Increase intake of natural sources of calcium n protein. Reduce all activity which r pain aggravating. Apply cold packs or icing for 20 min 2 time a day .do quadriceps static n slr exercises. Put towel roll under your inme ,press roll down using knee ,it's surrounding muscles. Hold it for 1 5 sec for 10 repetition for thrice a day n do hamstring stretches. Try few things for temporary relief of your back pain: -avoid activities that require bending forward at the waist or stooping. -try to avoid lifting objects if at all possible. -sit as little as possible, and only for short periods of time (10 to 15 minutes). -sit with a back support (such as a rolled-up towel) at the curve of your back. -keep your hips and knees at a right angle. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary.) your legs should not be crossed and your feet should be flat on the floor. -Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. “Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful -Strengthen your core. Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. -Apply heating pads to comfort tender trunks. Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Please get help from a physiotherapist for further assessment and management of your back pain.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn Cervical exercises. 3. Correct your posture. 4. Don't use Pillow. 5. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

You can return to sport after acl reconstruction. You need to do undergo vigorous physiotherapy rehabilitation program if you are a professional sportsmen. Its better to avoid contact sports for 1years.

spine extension with against pressure. but do gradually in prone position on the bed bridging exercise, do thrice a day with 20 movement cycling, (start 10 to 15 minutes daily) quadriceps exercise 20 times twice a day. with 1 kg weight cuff

Hello sir. I am 19 years old. I am suffering from low back pain since two months it was started when my friend sat on my spine back suddenly and sat for 7 min after this I had severe pain in backside and my stomach pressed and became tight in lower abdomen unable to free it gradually my happenings: 1. At next day my total body is vibrates and unable to wake up feels so tired if eating wamthing sensation and sitting means severe acidity and sounds coming and no motion free. 2. For next 10 days seviour back pain unable to sleep if sleeping in comfortness feeling no sleep for 12 days and became so weak unable to eat, brush, walk, listen, write, speak, any thing felt un comfort daylong acidity water coming up if sit then becoming more pain in abdomen 3. next pain in hands seviour bones also if touching hands also pain it continued for 7 days next pain in upper thighs like tied with rope feeling in thighs and weighted feeling unable walk one feet also 4. Legs pain and if moving in sleep in body parts fracture like feeling and penis unable to control it is unable to lift if penis enlarging pain in it and surroundings 5. At present I am unable to whether there is connection between penis and my body stomach pain and back pain is not going day by day increasing pain but not curing where should I consult I already had-- scan in abdomen. X-ray in spine, blood test but all are normal then what is problem give me the solution Dr. Please.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
