You may underwent any injury or forceful blow on that tooth may be on your childhood.Or due to any other reason that tooth may became might developed abscess inside the root which is invisible outside.It can be diagnosed and confirmed only after an X-Ray.If so,you may need a root canal treatment and capping of that tooth.

Height is determined by a combination of genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors upto a certain age. Height is regulated by somatotropin horomone which gradually subside after adolescence. For males growth usually stops after puberty which is around 20yrs of age and for females it is 18 yrs, dont get decieved by false advertisements which claim to increase height post puberty, instead you can concentrate on looking tall by reducing weight giving yourself a lean or muscular appearance. Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

Hello you need not worry, you are not overweight. You need to understand that for a diabetic patient medicine works excellent when you do exercise regularly like brisk walk or cycling or any sport you love or stretching and yoga for 40-45 minutes for 5 days a week along with healthy food options at right time. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Don't skip breakfast. Avoid mango, banana, cheeku, zimikand and arbi. Also avoid raw and cooked broccoli, cauliflower and soya and soya products. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Also prepare a powder by grinding the following almonds - 50 neem leaves dried - 50 whole black pepper - 50 green elaichi - 50 bhunne channe - 125g take 1 tsp after breakfast and 1 tsp before dinner. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8.
