hello Hair has a programmed life cycle: a growth phase, rest phase and shedding phase. “When you have a really stressful event, it can shock the hair cycle, (pushing) more hair into the shedding phase, Overdoing vitamin If you don't get enough protein in your diet, your body may ration protein by shutting down hair growthA-containing supplements or medications can trigger hair loss, 1. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo .. 2. vitamin E betters blood circulation in the scalp to help hair 3. Scalp Massage and Hot Oil Treatment. Massaging your scalp helps improve circulation and hence stimulates hair growth, and you only need to do it for about five minutes daily to see results. 4. Protein is the building block of the tissues in your body, including your hair. Make sure you are consuming enough proteins in your diet. The best sources of protein are milk, egg whites and fish. 5. hormone imbalance, there are also several other conditions that can lead to hair loss, like stress, thyroid disease, anemia, and taking certain medications for heart disease. Talk to your doctor to make sure it’s not one of these other issues. 6. bad habit to break is not drinking enough water! Staying hydrated is crucial in tissue growth and health. The hair shaft itself is largely made up of water. Set a goal to drink AT LEAST 64 ounces each day. 7. Regular exercise allows sweat to clean out and unclog your hair pores. The exercise will also make you healthier overall which will help you grow longer, stronger locks. 8. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth. What is Delayed Puberty?

MBBS, Diploma In Child Health
Pediatrician, Hyderabad
What is Delayed Puberty?

What is Delayed Puberty?

Delayed puberty is a condition where the sexual development starts later than usual, typically later than 14 years of age. Medical conditions, including diabetescystic fibrosis or kidney disease, can cause delayed puberty, but sometimes no cause can be identified. Disorders of the thyroid or pituitary glands may cause delayed puberty. Malnutrition can also delay puberty.

Symptoms

  • No breast development in girls by age 13

  • No menstruation for five or more years after the first appearance of breast tissue

  • No testicles development by age 14 in boys

  • Incompletely developed male organs by five years after the first start to develop

Diagnosis

  • Complete physical exam and medical history

  • Blood tests to determine hormone levels

  • X-rays of the hand to determine bone age

When to Call for Help

If your child exhibits no signs or few signs of sexual development by age 13 for girls, or by age 14 for boys, see a doctor.

Treatment

Treatment depends on the individual case and the specific cause. For example, if insufficient hormones are the cause, delayed puberty can be treated by the use of supplemental hormones.

Dear user we can very well understand your concern. It is advisable that for a healthy and fit life you should exercise on regular basis for 30-45 minutes a day and have a balanced diet. Fever usually happens due to infections and it is impossible in today's world to avoid them, just keep your immunity strong and you will be fine. Hope this solves your query.

BHMS

Evidence suggests that the DHA found in omega-3 fatty acids may help prevent Alzheimer's disease and dementia by reducing beta-amyloid plaques. Food sources include cold-water fish such as salmon, tuna, trout, mackerel, and sardines. Here are few foods you should add into your diet that can help improve your mind:- Green leafy vegetables, Cruciferous vegetables like Broccoli, cauliflower,Beans and legumes.Whole grains, Berries and cherries,Pumpkin, squash, asparagus, tomatoes, carrots and beets.Omega 3s. Haii As far as I knw skinlite cream is not a sunscreen. It contains hydroquinone, steroid and al. And it is not advised to use in the morning and not safe to use for long time. So better consult a dermatologist in person.

Not serious. This indicates UTI and needs proper treatment. Do 1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely. 2.Wipe from front to back after toilet 3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine 4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products 5.Try to take shower rather than bath 6.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria 7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans for medicine contact on private chat.
