I was born in june 1997 and m 19 years old. My height is 162 cm but I want to grow taller. My mom and dad both are tall and even my siblings. When I was small I did used to skip meals (even now I do the same) n thats the reason people says my height didn't grew up. So if I eat regularly now and do some exercise, is there any chances that my growth cell will again become active ? I'm sure if I would have taken care of my health at my early ages then I would have easily been more than 5.5. Is there any chances that my height will grow? please suggest few supplements.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Hello, Using expired petroleum jelly wouldn't do much harm to your lips, but it's something connected within your Gastrointestinal tract. Lips can become chapped or dry when they are exposed to the sun, wind, and cold or dry air. Consider these tips: Protect your lips. Before going out in cold, dry weather, apply a lubricating lip cream or balm that contains sunscreen — and then cover your lips with a scarf. Reapply often while outdoors. Avoid licking your lips. Saliva evaporates quickly, leaving lips drier than before you licked them. If you tend to lick your lips, avoid flavored lip balm — which may tempt you to lick your lips even more. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids, and moisten the air in your home with a humidifier. Avoid allergens. Avoid contact with irritants or allergens, such as fragrances or dyes, in cosmetics or skin care products. Breathe through your nose. Breathing through your mouth can cause your lips to dry out. If chapping is severe and doesn't respond to treatment at home, consult your doctor. Rarely, persistent chapped lips may indicate an underlying problem. A lip balm containing petroleum or beeswax will provide a barrier and help seal in moisture. Use Bakson’s Lip Balm. Medication: Take Bryonia 30/ thrice daily for 1 week and get back to me.

Pimples may erupt at various ages, although it is most commonly seen during puberty for both young boys and girls. This is a reddish eruption which may or may not produce any kind of discharge. The pimples when formed in a cluster with black heads and white heads are commonly called acne. This kind of an eruption can be quite painful if it becomes too severe. Various kinds of factors like dirt and hormonal changes can also produce pimples and acne. It is imperative to keep the skin clean with cleansing every morning and evening so that all the micro particles and grime as well as dead tissue may be routinely cleaned away from the skin, failing which they can also manifest as pimples due to clogged pores. Also, one can use medicated skin creams prescribed by the dermatologist so that the pimples can be soothed away. Further, one will have to drink plenty of water and get lots of nutrition rich food so that the skin is in good health.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. When you workout you expend energy. Your nutrition needs also increase. If you suddenly and totally stop exercise you cut down energy expenditure drastically. Also your intake now becomes much more than your output. This will not only cause weight or fat gain but you might also observe change in energy levels and reduced flexibility and you may lose out on toning of muscles So, avoid total stoppage of workout. Try to continue at least some workout, maybe, thrice a week. It could be any sport or other activity you like and can manage. Running, jogging or walking also will be fine.

u have to take proper and symptomatic homoaopathic treatment, some medicine such as lycopodium 200, apis mell 30 has good result in such cases. Eat green leafy vegetable with chapati, and take rich liquid diet

I am physically fit from body but I feel Lot's of weakness, my stamina is vary low. What I have to do.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

My nose gets wet most of time and I have to clean it frequently, I also suffers cough and cold very frequently and it takes 15 to 20 days to overcome it, please suggest.

Hi I' m suffering from macular amyloidosis since more than 2 yrs. My arms have dark pigmentation. As per ayurvedic doctor I should take 4 or 5 leaves (new delicate ones) with 2 or 3 kali mirch. Is there any side effects of it as I heard it causes cataracts in eyes. Please suggest.

YOu have to do 2 hour tread mill and must do dieting as well. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume a day from your diet, if you burn 3000 calories, you’ll lose a pound a week. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. naturally after the operation blood supply of the other ovary reduce but still some fiction remains because one ovary is removed she is having menopausal symptoms. she has to drink lot of fluids and keep herself cool these may take few months to subside
