Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation twice a day - avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee milk, soup - have a teaspoon of honey in a warm glass of lime water on rising in the morning - take tablet levocetrizine, 5 mg once daily in the evening - take syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - avoid exposure to cold weather, dust & smoke.

Need some Investigation like USG, KFT CBC, Urine Routine if you allready done please attache advise tips First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner. Consult me in private.

Hi Lybrate user, drink two glasses of water in the morning regularly. This helps to maintain the level of acids in the stomach chew mint leaves with boiled water Ginger juice, mixed with roasted cumin seeds and rock salt drink Coconut water During the Pitta period, i.e. Between 10 a.m. And 2 p.m. The digestive fire burns the strongest and digestive enzymes are most activated. This is the best time to eat your main meal, as the body is better able to digest and assimilate nutrition from the food drink a glass of lukewarm water every day before going to sleep Do not drink water during or immediately after a meal though, as it can lead to improper digestion that can contribute to acidity. Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water. Bring it to a boil and then allow it to steep for a few minutes. Drink this cinnamon tea two to three times a day Eat on time and avoid skipping meals Fresh pomegranate juice helps balance pitta Regular practice of meditation alongside yoga will bring about a sense of balance in Pitta for smoother, more effective digestion.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading avoid exertion take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc get cbc checked and review with reports

You have early ejaculation problem during sex. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Do start and stop technique during sex and sqeezing method to delay ejaculation. Follow this and give feedback.
