Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Have hot and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each followed by shoulder mobilisation exercises.

Hello lybrate user, - correct your food habits and lifestyle to come out of your issues. - avoid sour foods, always have freshly prepared food - have a glass of warm water after dinner - take decoction of ginger and jeera twice a day before food - you need some physical exercise or adopt yogasanas - as you have dry cough that might be causing back pain. - have 5-6 tulsi leaves daily twice before food - apply some medicated oils like ksheerabala taila to get strength to the back. Hi. You can also start doing simple muscle exercises in the morning after you get up. Observe pattern of your anxiety more closely like is anxiety linked to some speific situation, events or some thoughts. Write them down. This will help you understanding your anxiety. Learn some breathing exercises. They help you control the body's response to anxiety and will make you calmer.

I am 26 years old male and been suffering from lower back ache, whenever I get up in the morning I am not able to bend down and my lower back start to pain. That's not it this is happening since 3-4 months and the pain does stay till the time I am in bed. I cannot sit for a longer time on a normal chair too. Not able to bend down in the forward direction as the pain just hits me badly an nor can I sleep well. Please help me I am very much in pain and have consulted doctors I mean orthopedic but they just give me med and some exercise which indeed is not helping me much. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Hi lybrate-user. Backpain mostly occurs due to improper posture while standing sitting sleeping or walking. As you are telling that you are studying long time without any support, that is the main cause of your back pain. Sit on a study chair or use a study table while studying. Sit straight. Do stretches in between. Take rest.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Chronic/ persisting Back pain with leg pain occurs due to various reasons. As per your age is concerned Some possible common causes are Facet joint pain syndrome, Piriformis muscle tightness, Hamstring tightness, etc. Correct your posture during sitting as well as working. Or studying. Do some frequent stretches to Back & Leg muscles. Apply warm fomentation for couple of days. If still doesn't subside visit to near by Physiotherapist for clinical examination & get checked. Reduce your weight upto 10 kg.

it could be due to injury inside the joint or even a fracture of the tibial plateau. If you have swelling in the knee and pain despite ice then you should atleast have a xray and ortho examination. If the ligaments are damaged then you may require a MRI

Hi lybrate-usertips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Posture correction must do strength exercise in gradually process. In pain condition do hot fermentation and rest ya physiotherapy treatment. Avoid long sitting toward bending lifting heavyweight.

4 tips to minimize long-term knee damage and heal faster

- Correct muscular imbalance: Most overuse injuries of the knee develop gradually due to muscular imbalances and poor movement patterns. Your physiotherapist can show you corrective exercises to address the muscle imbalances and improve the way you move.
- Strengthen your hips: Strengthening your hips and improving core muscle strength will reduce the risk of adversely loading your knee joints. Stretching the muscles that attach into your hips/knees/ankles will also minimize compression of these joints. Your physiotherapist can show you how.

During that pain, just take 1 dose of homoeopathic lactic acid 200 and watch for half hour. If pain does not subside in half hour, tak 2nd dose of it. It will be definitely relieved with 45-50 mins. And use hard quill to sleep. Soft quill will damage your spine curvature which will lead to more pain.

For kidney stone start drinking at least 3-4 liters of water every day so that kidneys maintain proper flushing. Also have fresh juices / fruits. Coconnut water is best foru – have plenty of it. Strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if you r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. Try to keep your bowel clear. Avoid – tomatoes, beet root, leafy vegetables, cauliflower, beans, milk and other dairy products, yellow of egg. Have more of these – lemon / lime / Pineapple and its juice / Water melon, kulathhi ki daal. For pain you can have hot water bag fomentation over abdomen. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.
