When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Mr Waseem, T1 diabetes can only be treated with Insulin injections only. There is no other drug. Plus good diet control and exercise can help. There are no other drugs for T1 diabetes.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hello Premsagar Ji.. If i have to comment on B12 then it is nothing but a falsly crealed thing by doctors.. and mostly the phramaceuticals in most of the cases to increase their business.. as B12 alone cannot do that.. If you want to take then take a multivitamin tablet..which all the nutrients... As far as your tremor is concerned it need to be treated by proper homoeopathic medicine.. by taking detailed case study.... So better consult..

WOMEN'S HEALTH- TAKE CARE

The woman is at risk if:
Her father or brother below age 55 or her mother or sister below age 65 have had a heart attack, stroke, angioplasty or bypass surgery.

She is over 55 years old. (After age 65, the death rate increases sharply for women)
She smokes or is exposed to second-hand smoke every day.

Her blood pressure is over 135/85 mm Hg. Optimal blood pressure is 120/80 mm Hg. Drug therapy is indicated when blood pressure is >140/90 mm Hg, or an even lower blood pressure in the setting of chronic kidney disease or diabetes (> 130/90 mm Hg).

She does not exercise for at least 30 minutes that includes moderate?intensity physical activity, like taking a brisk walk, on most days. For weight control, women need to exercise for 60?90 minutes with moderate?intensity activity on most days.

She has diabetes. After age 45, diabetes affects many more women than men. If diabetic, aim to achieve glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level less than 7%.
Her HDL (High Density Lipoprotein or "good" cholesterol) is less than 50mg/dL.
LDL goals are dependent upon risk. The following levels of lipids and lipoproteins in women should be encouraged through lifestyle approaches: LDL?C <100mg/dL; HDL?C >50mg/dL; triglycerides <150mg/dL and non?HDL?C (total cholesterol minus HDL cholesterol) <130 mg/dL. If a woman is at high risk or has hypercholesterolemia, intake of saturated fat should be <7% and cholesterol intake <200 mg/d. For diabetic women, LDL should be <100. For vascular disease and very high risk women, LDL should be<70. HDL of 60 mg/dL is considered cardioprotective. One can raise HDL by taking in 2?3 tbsps of olive oil daily, quitting smoking, getting regular aerobic exercise and maintaining a healthy weight.
She is overweight by 20 pounds or more (More than one?third of women are more than 20 pounds overweight.)

Either natural or through surgery, early menopause, before the age of 40 is associated with increased risk for cardiovascular disease.
Taking birth control pills greatly increases risk of heart attack and stroke, especially after age 35.

She has a high demand/low control job with sustained high levels of stress. Stress is a normal part of life.

A healthy diet consists of eating fruits, vegetables and whole grain high?fiber foods (aim for 5 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of whole fruit daily); eating fish, especially oily fish, at least twice a week; limiting saturated fat to < 10% of energy, and if possible to <7%, cholesterol to <300 mg/dL. Limiting alcohol intake to no more than 1 drink per day; limiting sodium intake to <2.3 g/d (approximately 1 tsp salt) and avoiding all trans?fatty acids

Pregnant and lactating women should avoid eating fish potentially high in methylmercury.
Having at least three of a cluster of symptoms that are listed below put her at risk:
High blood sugar >100 mg/dL after fasting
High triglycerides, at least 150 mg/dL
Low HDL (<50 mg/dL in women)

Blood pressure of 130/85 or higher

Waist >35 inches (Waist measurement of 35 inches or more or waist?to?hip ratio greater than 0.80 is a predictor of high triglycerides and low HDL levels).

नीम स्वाद में कड़वा होता है पर यह औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर होता है. औषधीय उपयोग में नीम के सभी हिस्से का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. औषधीय इस्तेमाल के अलावा नीम का प्रयोग सौन्दर्य प्रसाधनों के निर्माण में भी किया जाता है. नीम में ओलिक और लिनोलिक एसिड जैसे फैटी एसिड पाए जाते हैं जो हमारे त्वचा के लिए फायदेमंद होते हैं. नीम के तेल के फायदे और नुकसान आगे दिये जा रहे हैं.
1. बालों के लिए
नीम का उपयोग बालों को स्वस्थ और सुन्दर बनाने में भी किया जाता है. नीम के तेल का इस्तेमाल बालों में लगाने के लिए किया जा सकता है. इसके लिए इसमें बादाम या नारियल के तेल मिलाकर उपयोग किया जा सकता है.
2. सफाई के लिए
नीम का तेल जीवाणुरोधी होता है जिस कारण कपड़ों, गद्दों, और कालीनों की सफाई के लिए भी इसका उपयोग किया जाता है. जीवाणुओं की सफाई करने के लिए इसे धोने वाले डिटर्जेंट में मिलाकर साफ करना चाहिए.
3. एंटीएजिंग के रूप में
उच्चस्तरीय एंटीऑक्सिडेंट से भरपूर होने के कारण नीम त्वचा को बाहरी पर्यावरणीय नुकसान से बचाता है. नीम में पाया जाने वाला एंटीऑक्सिडेंट मुक्त कणों को नष्ट करके हमारे त्वचा की रक्षा करता है. नीम के तेल में फैटी एसिड और विटामिन सी भी पाया जाता है जो त्वचा में पड़ने वाली झुर्रियों को रोककर वृद्धावस्था के लक्षणों को भी रोकता है.
3. घाव भरने में
नीम के तेल का उपयोग घाव को भरने के लिए भी किया जाता है. इसके लिए एक और पांच के अनुपात में नीम का तेल और वेसेलिन मिलाकर इसे घावों या कटे पर लगाना चाहिए, इससे घाव तो भरते ही हैं साथ ही वहां पर जीवाणु भी नहीं पनपते हैं.
4. मुंहासे हटाने के लिए
नीम के तेल में एस्पिरिन नामक एक यौगिक पाया जाता है जो त्वचा से जीवाणुओं को नष्ट करने का काम करता है. नीम में पाया जाने वाला फैटी एसिड मुंहासे के निशान को ख़त्म करने का काम करता है. इसके अलावा अशुद्धियों को हटाने के लिए इसे फेस मास्क के रुप में भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.
5. जूं हटाने के लिए
बाल के जूं हटाने में भी नीम के तेल लाभकारी होते हैं. इसके लिए नीम का तेल रात में सर में लगाकर सो जाना चाहिए. सुबह में जूं हटाने वाले कंघी से बालों को कंघी करना चाहिए.
6. पौधों के संरक्षण में
पौधों के संरक्षण में भी नीम के तेल का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. इसके लिए एक स्प्रे बोतल में बर्तन साफ करने वाले तरल व नीम के तेल के तेल भर लेना चाहिए फिर पौधों पर स्प्रे करना चाहिए.
7. रुसी हटाने में
अधिकांश लोग रुसी के समस्या से परेशान रहते हैं. रूसी दूर करने के लिए शैम्पू में नीम का तेल मिलाकर इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. नीम के तेल से बालों के वृद्धि और विकास में भी मदद मिलती है.
8. एक्जीमा के उपचार में
नीम में एंटी फंगल गुण पाया जाता है जो हमारे त्वचा से दाद और नाख़ून में फंगल जैसी समस्याओं को दूर करता है. एक्जीमा जैसी त्वचा की समस्याओं को दूर करने में भी नीम के तेल फायदेमंद होता है.
9. पिगमेंटेशन के लिए
नीम का तेल त्वचा में मेलेनिन का उत्पादन धीमा करके पिगमेंटेशन को घटा देता है और त्वचा को साफ़ व सुन्दर बनाने में मददगार साबित होता है. नीम के तेल के नियमित उपयोग से ऐसा हो सकता है.
10. मच्छर भगाने के लिए
मच्छर से बचाव के लिए भी नीम के तेल का उपयोग किया जा सकता है. इसके लिए जिस पानी से मच्छर उत्पन्न होने की सम्भावना रहती है उसमें नीम का तेल मिला देने से मच्छर नहीं पनपते हैं.
नीम के तेल का नुकसान

  • नीम का तेल कुछ कुछ लोगों में एलर्जी जैसी समस्याओं को जन्म दे सकता है.
  • कुछ हद तक नीम के तेल में गर्भंनिरोधक गुण भी पाये जाते हैं.
  • नीम का तेल छोटे बच्चों के लिए सुरक्षित नहीं है इसलिए इसे बच्चों से दूर ही रखें.
