उत्तरी चीन, कोरिया तथा साइबेरिया में पाए जाने वाले जिनसेंग को होम्योपैथिक दवाओं के पैकेज के रूप में जाना जाता है. एक बेहद लोकप्रिय पौष्टिक जड़ी-बूटी के रूप में इसे चीनी चिकित्सा में हजारों साल तक उपयोग किया गया. इसके औषधीय गुणों की महत्ता को देखते हुए अब इसे कई पश्चिमी देशों में अपनाया जाने लगा है. तो आइए स्वास्थ्य और सौन्दर्य को प्रभावित करने वाले जिनसेंग के फायदे और नुकसान को जानें.

1. पीरियड्स के दौरान
महिलाओं को पीरियड्स के दौरान कई तरह की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है. इन परेशानियों को जिनसेंग की सहायता से कम किया जा सकता है. जैसे कि इस दौरान होने वाले सूजन या ऐंठन को जिनसेंग कम करता है. ये मूड को भी स्विंग करता है.
2. संज्ञानात्मक क्षमता बढ़ाने में
संज्ञानात्मक क्षमता जैसे कि एकाग्रता, याद्दाश्त आदि को बढ़ाने में जिनसेंग की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है. यही नहीं इसके नियमित सेवन से आप न्यूरल गतिविधि भी बढ़ा सकते हैं. जिनसेंग में मौजूद एंटीऑक्सीडेंट मस्तिष्क में पट्टिका और फ्री रेडिकल्स का बनना कम करता है. इससे कई तरह से संज्ञानात्मक विकार दूर होते हैं.

कोलेरेक्टल कैंसर के खतरे को कम करने में इसकी भूमिका कई शोधों में साबित हुई है. जिनसेंग का नियमित सेवन कोलेरेक्टल कैंसर को फ़ैलने से रोक सकता है. जिनसेंग पर किए गए प्रारंभिक शोध इसमें एंटीट्यूमर गुण भी दिखाते हैं.
4. शुगर का उपचार जिनसेंग से
आज शुगर से बचने या इसे कम करने के कई तरीके मौजूद हैं. इन सभी तरीकों में जिनसेंग को सबसे बढ़िया आयुर्वेदिक उपचार बताया जाता है. इसके लिए जिनसेंग का इस्तेमाल खाली पेट या खाने के बाद भी कर सकते हैं. इसके सेवन से रक्त शर्करा के स्तर को प्रभावी तरीके से कम किया जा सकता है.
5. मानसिक अवसाद से राहत

2. ये काफी शक्तिशाली बूटी है इसलिए ये शरीर में नकारात्मक प्रतिक्रियाओं का कारण बन सकता है.

You should do some aerobics and also take low fat, low carbohydrate, moderate protein diet. Take more and more salads, sprouts and low calorie fruits. Water intake should be in between three to four litres.

Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat twenty times. Starting from 5 times---------------- drink plenty of water daily-----------------

Hi lybrate-user do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Use unrefined foods. Take plenty of watery vegetables, whole fruits etc. Take more fish, egg, lean meat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals.

For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Basic things required for weight gain: weight gain diet, exercises for weight gain, weight gain supplements. Important it is to gain weight without using steroids and other such chemical compositions etc. There are very good medicines like alfa -alfa, five-phos etc. In homeopathy. But simply taking these medicines is not that much helpful, it is very important that which time your taking this medicine is very important.

4 months ago I weigh 129 kg. But now with regular exercise my weight is 113 kg. Please give suggestion regarding any particular medicine or herb I will use to reduce weight with no side effects. You have reduced 16 kgs in four months, which is very good progress. Continue and Do not give up till you reach your goal. Do not try to deviate looking for some shortcut medicines or herbs or Drinks. Nothing works except your hard work and determination. Eat at least 3 fruits and 2 cucumbers and 3-4 liters of water. Reduce all junk food. Cut out all biscuits and juices/Colas. Stay confident and keep moving. You will get the results.

Hello, For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4 ) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your appetite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. 6) massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

There are many whey proteins available in the market - ON, Muscletech, Ultimate nutrition, etc. Building muscles requires eating more calories. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, so to decrease belly fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily
