Hello. Loss of weight and loss of hunger can be a sign of young onset diabetes. Pls do check his blood sugars before and after meals and can consult an expert as soon as possible. He needs more protein in the diet like fish and eggs.

Hi. I have a few suggestions for you regarding the usage of computers. Follow the rule of" 20" this means that every 20 minutes, take a gap of 20 seconds, blink your eyes actively 20 times and focus at an object which is minimum 20 feet away. This will help in relieving your eyes from the continuous strain that is caused due to staring. Staring at the computer continuously causes us to subconsciously blink less than normal. This causes the tear film on the surface of the eye to dry up. The result of this is pain, discomfort, etc. Another suggestions regarding the usage of computers is to maintain a proper posture. The computer must be positioned at the same height as your eye level. The neck should not be inadvertently flexed or extended. Roughly, an angle of 90 degrees should be maintained between your upper body and thighs. Likewise, a similar angle (90 degrees) should be maintained between your lower legs and thighs. Also the angle between your hands and arms should be roughly 90 degrees. This is the healthy ergonomic way of sitting while using a computer. Maintenance of proper posture would help in further relieving the symptoms of eye discomfort and pain. All these suggestions may take a while to sink in and imbibe in your routine. Once followed, they are sure to work wonders for you. Also, you could consider using a preservative free lubricant eye drop (use it 3-4 times daily). This would help in keeping your eyes lubricated and fresh. Hope my suggestions help you. Take care. Cheers.

Creatinine level is nearly ok but if you provide some details decision can be taken regard to your disease. Nodosis is the drug from digestion and gastritis related problems, it has nothing to do with kidney or creatinine.

Tips for Better Sleep 1. Power Down The soft blue glow from a cell phone, tablet, or digital clock on your bedside table may hurt your sleep. Tip: Turn off TVs, computers, and other blue-light sources an hour before you go to bed. Cover any displays you can't shut off. 2. Nix Naps You’ll rest better at night. But if you have to snooze while the sun's up, keep it to 20 minutes or less. Nap in the early part of the day. Tip: Overcome an afternoon energy slump with a short walk, a glass of ice water, or a phone call with a friend. 3. Block Your Clock Do you glance at it several times a night? That can make your mind race with thoughts about the day to come, which can keep you awake. Tip: Put your alarm clock I 4. Try a Leg Pillow for Back Pain Your lower back may not hurt enough to wake you up, but mild pain can disturb the deep, restful stages of sleep. Put a pillow between your legs to align your hips better and stress your low back less. Tip: Do you sleep on your back? Tuck a pillow under your knees to ease pain. 5. Put Your Neck in 'Neutral' Blame your pillow if you wake up tired with a stiff neck. It should be just the right size -- not too fat and not too flat -- to support the natural curve of your neck when you're resting on your back. Do you sleep on your side? You can also try ear plugs. 16. Turn Down Tobacco Nicotine is a stimulant, just like caffeine. Tobacco can keep you from falling asleep and make insomnia worse. Tip: Many people try several times before they kick the habit. Ask your doctor for help. 17. Beds Are for People A cat's or a dog's night moves can cut your sleep short. They can also bring allergy triggers like fleas, fur, dander, and pollen into your bed. Tip: Ask your vet or animal trainer how you can teach your pet to snooze happily in its own bed. 18. Free Your Mind Put aside any work, touchy discussions, or complicated decisions 2 to 3 hours before bed. It takes time to turn off the "noise" of the day. If you’ve still got a lot on your mind, jot it down and let go for the night. Then, about an hour before you hit the sack, read something calming, meditate, listen to quiet music, or take a warm bath. Tip: Even 10 minutes of relaxation makes a difference. 19. Use Caution with Sleeping Pills Some sleep medicines can become habit-forming, and they may have side effects. Ideally, pills should be a short-term solution while you make lifestyle changes for better Zzzz's. Ask your doctor what’s OK. 20. She is suffering from dysmenorrhoea which is very common. Also hypoglycemia is also very common during this time. It should be treated initially with meftal spas (pain killer) tablets. If the pain is too severe it should be further investigated with ultrasound, to find out the exact cause. She could be suffering from endometriosis or ovarian cysr or fibroid. You can use glucon-d for hypoglycemia.

A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. Eat more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables like carrot, cucumber, sprouts, and switching your cereal breakfast to bran. First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation. Hope this may help you. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one or two minute of sex, continuously several times with the same partner for over six months. There is nothing called premature ejaculation while doing masturbation. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Chicken Pox And Homeopathic Cure

Chickenpox is caused by the varicella zoster virus, which is from the family of herpes viruses. The same virus causes herpes zoster in adults. It spreads through the respiratory tract which includes mucous membranes of the mouth and the nose. It is an airborne disease and spreads through tiny droplets in the air. These droplets containing the virus come from cough or sneeze of an infected person. It can also spread through contact with the blisters of an infected person. A person can spread the virus even before he himself has developed the full fledged infection. This can happen for a day or two prior to developing the rash. The contagious period remains well through the time when the person has rash till the time all the blisters have formed crusts.

There is a prodromal period of about 14-16 days from the infection to the appearance of the symptoms. This means that if someone is infected today, he or she will start getting the symptoms around two weeks after the exposure. One is at a higher risk of getting chickenpox if one has never had it before and also if one has not been vaccinated against it.

  • The most important thing to take care is that one should try to avoid all contact with any infected person. The virus spreads through air when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Therefore it is important that one should not be too close to any person who is infected. Any person who is infected should be isolated to the maximum extent possible so that others do not come into contact. Coming into direct contact with the blisters should be strictly avoided. Using or touching clothes or towels of an infected person needs to be completely avoided. The contagious period starts a day or two before a person starts showing the symptoms of the disease and lasts till the eruptions turn into scabs.
  • There are many homeopathic remedies which can help in the treatment of chickenpox. As mentioned earlier, this is a viral infection and allopathic medicines are hardly able to treat this. Homeopathic medicines are very effective in the treatment of chickenpox just like they are effective in the treatment of other viral infections. Homeopathic remedies like antim crudum, dulcamara, rhus tox and merc sol are very effective in the treatment of chickenpox. Another little known fact is that homeopathic medicines are also good prophylactics. This means that they can help prevent you from contracting chickenpox.
  • Oranges and other citrus fruits are excellent for the immune system. It is advisable to have one glass of orange juice daily. One important point to remember is that you should stay away from additives in juices. Natural fruit and vegetable juices are good for you at this time. Fresh vegetables and raw fruits are recommended as well. Herbal teas such as cinnamon, basil and chamomile are good too. Other foods that will help are carrots, cashew nuts, tofu, walnut, egg, ginger, garlic, beetroot, and blueberry and so on. It is also advisable to consume raw organic fruits and vegetables. Foods which contain a lot of water are recommended as well since the body can easily digest such foods and process the nutrients in them. Cucumber, tomatoes, spinach watermelon, kiwi, sprouts, and so on fall into this category of water rich foods.

Foods to avoid

Chicken pox food to avoid includes dairy products, meats, bread or any other kind of heavy food that is difficult for the body to process. Stay away from processed and junk foods as well. They have little or no nutritional value to offer the body. Red meat and fried foods or other similarly prepared foods should also be avoided when following a diet to cure chicken pox. An unhealthy diet with will not help the person’s immune system to produce antibodies to fight the infection.
