kindly take mahamanjishthadi kshyam, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water, before meals, twice a day. Take Arogyawardhini vati, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals with luke warm water. Stop milk and its products. Stop tea, coffee, and restrict the intake of salt and sugar in your diet. continue the regime for 2 months. good luck

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

My age is 18 and am from kolkata. I never had acne problems before but from the last year I started facing acne problems nd these acne leave spots on my face which looks bad. I've consulted two doctors nd used their prescribed medicine nd lotion for a while but it resulted giving no help. So if you could please help me how to stop these acne or pimples grow on my face as they are also leaving spots. Please help me with this. Thank you.

Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in female are some of common cause in this also its found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence ointment does not serve your any purpose. So find out where you have to correct for better result? fresh juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be drink. Lunch: a bowl of freshly-prepared steamed vegetable, one or two whole wheat chapattis, and glass of butter milk or curd. 4. Mid afternoon: a fresh fruit or juice 5. Dinner: a large bowl of raw vegetable salad, with lime juice dressing, sprouted mung beans 6. Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help you:: 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab triphala guggul with luke warm water twice a day 30 min after meals. Revert back after 15 days.

I had a filling done in my right bottom last corner teeth. Off late, when I eat anything sweet, it pains in that teeth. My gut feel says that most likely some part of the filling has come out. Let me know if that is true and what is the remedy.

What u r describing is something like sensitivity and there are multiple reasons for it (one of it being broken filling as u said). Get yourself examined by a dentist. If its broken filling your dr will advice to do a refilling

Pain in tooth can be because of various reasons. If a cavity is there with no pulp involvement than you can go for simple filling but if the pulp is involved you will have to go for RCT. If the pain is due to hypersensitivity then you can use a desensitizing paste commonly available in the market.

Hi, I think, no solution will work on skin hyper pigmentation, except covering the affected portion of d body & homoeo medication which is gentle in use with no side effect there of. Hi, try to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and physical activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Avoid outside food. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water (10-12 glasses in a day). Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.

Hello the things that you can do to be physically fit are: 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is hepful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7.
