Hi I am 27 years male. My problem is I get excessive sweat whenever I am stress, worried, fear, tensed, nervous or anxious and also while eating I start sweating a lot on my forehead, face, neck, palms and foot no matter how the whether condition is either it is summer, winter or rainy still I sweat a lot even if I go to pay bills and stand in a queue or go for a temple, talk to a new person or if some one talking about me in front of every one or if I need to talk in front of huge public or on a stage (stage fear) as it is a social phobia or social anxiety and due to which I am unable to attend the face to face interview and also group discussion, the movement I enter the interviewers cabin I start sweating and due to which I am getting rejected. Now I am jobless and need to attend interviews and get job. I am suffering with this from last 3 -4 yrs. And also I have a habit of smoking (3 - 5 pieces of cigarettes daily) So I request you to please suggest me with a good and permanent solution for this.

Hi, Social awkwardness comes from a sense of not appearing" normal" or" socially clued in" under the gaze of others. Generated by our own fears and worries of what others think of us and by social expectations, social awkwardness can prevent us from fully interacting with others out of fear of being ridiculed or even ostracized by our peers. Once you realize that everyone is afraid of being socially awkward and that there are ways to move on from awkward situations with grace and confidence, you'll be on your way to embracing social interactions instead of dreading them. Some people can have serious problems trying to communicate with peers that are associated with feelings of anxiety or fear. If this is something you deal with, you may have a social phobia, also called social anxiety disorder. There are many steps you can take to help you deal more effectively with day to day interactions. Use self talk. Self talk will help you to shift the focus from worrying about what others are thinking of you and back onto calming yourself so that you can project a sense of ease with yourself. Some of the things that can be helpful in overcoming moments of social anxiety include" I’m going to be okay. My feelings are not always rational, so I can relax and calm myself" I am paying too much attention to my bad feelings in my body" People are nice and I'm having fun being around them" I am here to enjoy myself. Learn to relax. Learning to relax should begin at home, where you're most comfortable. Relaxing before you go into a social situation can help you open up more, be honest with people, and to let your guard down when you're in a social setting. If you're not feeling tense, you'll also be more likely to embrace social situations instead of fearing them. Plus, relaxation will help calm any anxiety you may be feeling. Practice deep breathing to overcome moments of anxiety. For your upcoming in particular interview and in general Rehearse the least anxiety-provoking activity mentally. Use your imagination to pretend that you are fully engaged in the activity. Visualize each step in the process. For example, if you’ve been invited to a party where you think you will embarrass yourself, this might be a great activity to rehearse. You could start by visualizing that you are arriving to the location. Next you can visualize walking up the driveway and knocking on the door. Imagine that you are sitting down next to an attractive person. Visualize yourself talking to the person, laughing, and both of you enjoying the conversation. See yourself having a drink or eating without soiling your clothing. Continue to visualize each step of the anxiety-provoking event. As you mentally rehearse the event, try to imagine the details in your mind’s eye. Pretend that you’ve teleported yourself there so that you can see all of the vivid details of your surroundings. Also, incorporate your other senses during the rehearsal. This will help it to feel more real. Change your diet. Stimulants such caffeine and nicotine can increase anxiety symptoms. Alcohol can also trigger anxiety attacks, so be careful when drinking. Know the difference between drinking to calm nerves and drinking in excess Lastly, reduce the concentration on yourself, engage with your surroundings. Observe the people around you and your environment. Focus on listening to what is being said, and stay away from engaging negative thoughts. When you notice yourself focusing on your thoughts or what people think of you, flip your attention away from yourself. There are many such things that you can follow and be anxiety free. If nothing helps anxiety goes out of proportion seek medication but therapy can help you way more than that. All the best:)

Hey I am 27 yrs old I have a acne problems but now from last 10 mnths having homoeopathic treatment which is giving positive results. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. Mr zuber, to improve constipation, you may have to increase fiber intake in the diet. So consume more fruits like apples with skin, pears, guava, melons and bananas. Also add flax seeds about 30 g a day and green vegetables (other than cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli) in addition consume more water and take a glass of warm water as soon as you get up in the morning. These measure may help to reduce the problem.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Hello, Disproportion of fat is very common, as you follow right dirt and exercise you will notice fat reduction. Blend of aerobics/cardiovascular with strength training will help. Hi, Believe me, if you are happy from inside, taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! For body, you can do the below mentioned scrubbing/ packs for glow. Daily Regime (for face): Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk (which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
