Stomach pain occurs during periods is due to contraction of muscles of uterus. For take relief follow these methods: * take i/3 rd piece of ginger boil it in one glass of water, when half glass water remain then take it with one teaspoon of ajwayin. * use warm water bottle put it on your stomach area with wrap in the towel. * take rest properly do not do hard work. congratulations and welcome to the wonderful heaven of motherhood ! for a healthy pregnancy, it is important that you stay relaxed, away from stress and be happy. diet should be of naturally available items, without any artificial processing or flavoring. light exercise for 10 to 20 mins and meditation for 30 minutes will definitely help to have a child who is a very peaceful minded individual.

I'm 36 years old. I had one daughter at 5 yrs. Before my conceive I had pcod. After my first baby till now i'm not yet conceive. I had irregular periods wt's the problem now wt I can do.

As you are already known to have pcos its best you try to reduce weight if you are overweight. Maintain a menstrual diary to help identify when you are starting and finishing periods. If they are irregular by more than 5 days its best to consult a gynaecologist so that you can be started on medicines to help you ovulate. Also start taking folic acid tablets.
