After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). 3) Avoid processed food, Maida (white flour), sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS 4) The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach 5) Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. 6) You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. It is said that the best time to consume dinner is before sunset, but it is not possible daily in the present scenario so it is strongly advisable that you do not consume anything heavy in your dinner and make sure your dinner is your lightest meal of the day while you can consume a heavy yet healthy breakfast. 7) The best time for breakfast is from sunrise till 2 and half hours, for example if sun is rising at 6: 00AM in the morning in your city than the best time for the consumption of breakfast is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM approximately. 8) Make sure you have a 4 to 6 hours gap only in between your main meals. For example if you consumed your breakfast at 8 then make sure you have your lunch between 12: 00pm and 2: 00pm 9) Eat jaggery (gurh), mishri (not from mill), boora (not from mill) instead of sugar and chemical substitutes of sugar and its products. 10) India is a tropical country and for such kind of atmosphere the most beneficial food we can consume living here is vegetarian diet. As non-veg diets decreases the amount of Hydrochloric Acid in the body which in turn decreases the power of our digestive as well as immune system of our body. 11) Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables (seasonal) 12) In between your meals have fruits and nuts as snacks but make sure they are fresh and consumed before they start losing their nutritional values. 13) Lastly I would suggest that make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while you are sleeping, these sleeping positions are accurate and retain your energy throughout the day. I suggest that you even do surya namaskar in the morning after you wake up it is a one in all exercise for a healthy body furthermore make sure you are following a routine and not having a sedentary lifestyle. you need rich iron,calcium,protein,follic acid,vitamin,minerals diet during fourth month of pregnancy. essential fatty acid diet contains sufficient amounts of Omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids by taking foods like fresh water fish, tinned tuna, nuts and olive oil ,high fiber foods like whole grains, oats and green vegetables. Opt for iron fortified whole wheat bread instead of regular white bread.have 2 glasses of milk or 500 gm of curd or 200 gm of paneer. These act as good supplements to your calcium medication.take dry fruits.

Hernia Surgery - 13 Tips to Help You Recover from it

Hernia surgery is performed for the correction of a hernia which refers to the bulging of internal organs or tissues through an abnormal opening. It is easy to detect hernia through any pain or discomfort while lifting heavy objects, cough and strain during urination or bowel movements or during prolonged standing or sitting. It can be found in both men and women. The Hernia can be congenital or can be developed over a period of time. If it doesn’t get better over time and also does not go away by itself, then surgery becomes the only option.

Types of Surgery
There are two types of surgery for hernia treatment. One is the conventional open method, which requires an incision in the skin directly over the hernia. The other one is the Laparoscopic hernia repair in which surgery is performed using a small telescope known as a laparoscope. In this type of surgery minimal invasions are made and the hernia is repaired with only small incisions adjacent to the hernia. Most hernia operations are performed on an outpatient basis, which means that you can go home the very same day.

Tips for early recovery

  1. Wear comfortable clothing with expandable waistbands.
  2. Keep yourself active by moving around as much as you can as it increases circulation, which further speeds up healing.
  3. Eat a diet rich in fibre, fresh fruits and vegetables.
  4. Drink lots of water and other fluids to avoid constipation.
  5. Do not lift any objects even if it is very light as it can bring back pain.
  6. Do not to pick up things from the floor as it will be difficult to bend.
  7. Hold a pillow against your stomach while sneezing or coughing to lessen the pain.
  8. Use stool softener for a few days before and after surgery to help you with your bowel movements.
  9. Avoid driving till the time you feel any pain and as long as you are taking narcotic pain medicines.
  10. Band-Aids which cover the incisions should be changed as and when needed.
  11. Refrain yourself from intercourse as it can be painful.
  12. Check with your doctor when to take a shower so as not to hurt your incisions, and make sure to gently dry your incisions and replace the Band-Aids after taking a shower.
  13. Do not consume any alcoholic drinks for at least 24 hours.

The tips mentioned above will definitely provide help to cope up with post surgery blues. However, in case of fever, excessive sweating, difficulty in urinating, bleeding or any prolonged pain consult your doctor immediately.

Hair loss is due to dietary deficiency, hormonal imbalance, stress, strong chemical effects, styling tools, dandruff.
Remove these causes first and also follow these steps:-
1. For hair growth eat healthy diet.
2. Include protein rich diet. Soya food, protein shakes, beans, pulses are good for hair. 3. Nuts are good source of omega 3 and fiber. Its also good for hair. 4. Drink lots of water. 5. Start herbal tea or green tea. Its good for hair growth. 6. If you are non veg then its also good for hair. Protein helps in fast growth of hair and also prevent hair fall. 7. Take all dairy products. 8. You can apply curd on hair before head bath. After that wash hair with normal shampoo and apply conditioner. 9. You can use homoeopathic oil arsenic hair oil. A good head massage is also helpful. 10. Avoid using strong chemicals and heating tools. Also avoid hair colouring. Use heena and amla for grey hair. 11. Onion juice is good in controlling hair fall. Take 3 spoons of onion juice and add one spoon olive oil in it. Mix this and apply on hair. Wash hair after 2-3 hrs or you can apply this at night time and wash hair next morning. If you want medicine for hair growth revert back.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.
