Hi. Homoeopathic medicines acts very well for increasing concentration and if combined with yoga, will give you great results! But practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1.Shashankasana: Sit in Vajrasana with hands on the thighs. The upper body is straight and relaxed. Inhaling raise both arms above the head. Exhaling keep the back straight and bend upper body and arms forward from the hips, until arms and forehead touch the floor. The buttocks remain on the heels. Breathing normally remain in this position for a while. Relax the whole body, especially the shoulders, neck and back. Inhaling keep the back straight and raise the upper body and arms. Exhaling return to the starting position. Practice the exercise 3 times in total. Remain bending forward for sometime and consciously perceive the movement of the breath on the spine. 2.Virasana: Sit in Vajrasana. Hands rest on the thighs and the body is relaxed. Bring the left foot beside the right knee with the sole of the foot flat on the floor. Place the left elbow on the left knee and rest the chin in the hand. Right hand rests on the right thigh. Tuck the toes of the right foot under. The right knee remains in contact with the floor. Transfer the weight onto the right heel. Concentrate on a fixed point in front. Breathing normally remain in this position for as long as comfortable. Return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. 3.Sit in Vajrasana. Body is straight and hands rest on the thighs. Relax the whole body. Inhaling stretch the arms above the head, then bring them behind the back and grasp the left wrist with the right hand. Exhaling bend the body forward from the hips, keeping the back straight, until the forehead touches the floor. The buttocks remain on the heels. Breathing normally concentrate on the whole body and relax. Remain in this position for as long as comfortable. Inhaling slowly bring the body upright. At the same time stretch the arms above the head. Exhaling return to the starting position. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Anacardium 200/ once daily.

Hi Lybrate User. 1. You should get a complete body checkup done with Thyroid/Sugar/Liver/Lipid/Kidney Profile +BP checks done. 2. As per your height you are about 20 KGS plus... At this age /stage it can result in several problems if you don't correct it now. 3. Don't look for 'easy' solutions. Look for workable and permanent solutions. 4. Life is a gift... it is best lived if you are free from diseases. 5. Simplify your diet. Cut down fried and sugary stuff 6. Get active.. walks..yoga..aerobics 7. Singers should remain in their own singing range….If you cross your octave you may injure your vocal cords…Sips of warm water in between two songs will sooth your throat. Also plain water vapour inhalation will help you.

Call now and get homeopathic remedy. Headache will become very less frequent within a week. Eye strain, poor diet, bad posture, frequent eating junk food, less water intake are common causes for headache in young. If it persists inspite of lifestyle changes, get cat scan.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. PIMPLE You need more than medicines and gels to deal with pimples. The issue requires lifestyle and eating habit changes. First start with increased intake of Vit A, C and E for flushing out acne-causing proteins and calming your skin. Eat nuts like walnuts and almonds and stop consuming dairy products. You also need to fight stress and depression for a healthy and glowing skin. Bring Yoga and Meditation in your lifestyle. Hi.Now a days many of them are fighting with overweight problem, but to the contraversy you are suffering from underweight problem. Increasing your weight is not a tuff process rather than decreasing the weight. Any way according to me, homoeopathic treatment with following tips will help you - Here are some tips to follow, *daily in the morning in empty stomach have a glass of cold water mix with half spoon of honey and few drops of lime juice. *you can add milk, ghee, butter, lassi and curd in your daily food. *also add dry fruits and nuts in your food. *have a sweet daily. *sleep well in night and also in day time. *you can also add bakery foods and jam. *you should be a lover of chocolates and icecreams. *weekly once have a cakes, pizza and burgers. Thanks for health questions eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily eat balanced diet and more protein rich diet drink plenty of water drink coconut water twice a day time avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night avoid fast food and restaurant food take less oily and less spicy food practice yogas and pranayamas practice morning and evening walk

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi, Diet for Obesity: Morning: 6AM: Brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 Marie biscuit Breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes, 5 almonds: Club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, ketchup or chutney (No Butter or Mayonnaise) 11AM: Orange or Apple Lunch: 2 thin chapattis, 1 katori yellow dal, Mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, Curd, Citrus fruit. 4 PM: Tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 PM: Soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. Hello. Kindly explain me in detail as many skin diseases do have similar presentation and it becomes difficult to diagnose them. Meantime, start taking homoeopathic medicine - Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily. Sulphur 200/ one dose only. Start drinking lots of milk and increase protein intake in the your diet. Make a mixture of amla+reetha + shikakai powder, all in equal proportions. Take 4-5 tsp if this powder, boiled in 3 litres of water till 1-1.5 litre remains. Let it cool and then wash your hair with this and not shampoo. Extract juice of onion and add few drops of olive oil to it. Apply in riots of hair and keep for 40 min and then wash off. Start eating 1 amla daily start taking 1 tsp triphala churna daily with water and night with water after food start doing pranayam for 20 min daily.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis.
