My son is 26 year old. He got internal injury in right knee n there was sprain. Dr. Has given some pain killer and advise mri. Mri report shows-1. Interstitial tear/mucoid degeneration involving anterior cruciate ligament. 2. Grade 1 signal of medial n lateral collateral ligament 3. Grade 1 signal in the posterior horn of medical meniscus. 4. Moderate joint effusion. Kindly advice whether surgery is must. Or ayurvedic medicine will help. Awaiting your early reply.

Hi, symptoms of dengue are high grade fever, headache, bodyache, retro orbital pain, skin rashes, v0mitting, abdominal pain, fatigue and restlessness. Avoid mosquito bites by using mosquito curtain, repellents and odomos cream. Avoid stagnated water in and around the house to stop breeding of mosquitoes take tab crocin 1-1-1 till the fever subsides and take complete rest. Drink papaya leaf juice everyday to increase the platelet count. You can even eat kiwi fruit.

I have to know that I have a skin problem like Eczema. The problem is more than a year please solve my problem.
1.Prepare a decoction by boiling 20 to 30 Neem leaves in 4 to 5 cups of water for 20 minutes. Let it cool and use this water to wash the affected area. 2.Mix one teaspoon of Licorice (mulethi) root with a small amount of Sesame (til) oil. Warm this in a pan and then apply to the affected part. Warp a bandage over it for 3 to 4 hours and repeat it twice. 3. Take 2 tab khadiradi vati with 20 ml mahamanjishthadi qwath twice daily 40 min after meals for 15 days. Plz tell other symptoms and send snaps of affected area for further medication.

Some times my heart get tightening and shocking in around the chest and my left shoulder is also tighning when I walk for 10 minutes my left hand small finger will shake my angiogram report is normal but my TMT report is positive BP is 180 my doctor told me to take ecosprin 75 mg daily for one time.

The condition of obesity is a troublesome epidemic that is spreading like wildfire. As you gain weight, you become more prone to a wide array of health problems. The main causes of obesity are sedentary lifestyle and excessive intake of food. It has been stated by dieticians, that individuals who are 40% overweight are at a higher risk of premature death in comparison to individuals with average weight.

Eating wrong foods can also causes blood pressure problems, which is further aggravated by stress. The medication provided for blood pressure has certain side effects. It is therefore, important to lose weight to improve your health condition in case you are suffering from obesity and blood pressure. There are surgical as well as non-surgical methods used for reducing fat from the body and that help in gaining the body contour.

Liposuction is a surgical method used to remove the excess fat from the unwanted areas of the body. But it is a painful method and an expensive procedure.

Non-Surgical Methods
Ultrasound Lipolysis: It is a non-surgical method that is used to reduce the fat cells in the body. The fat cells are killed by use of ultrasound waves, and it is a non-invasive method. The main areas where fat cells are reduced include thigh, abdomen, buttocks and upper arm. It is an advanced technique that is ideal for people who wish to achieve weight loss. It reduces the body circumference and improves the body contour.

Massage Treatment: The simple treatment that can be used to reduce cellulite from the body is the Endermology massage treatment. It is a mechanical massage therapy that makes use of a special machine and by which the blood supply in the body is increased by massaging the particular areas like buttocks and hips. It is a non-surgical treatment which is used as a substitute method for liposuction.

Therapies Used For Reduction of Fat: Another non-surgical method for removal of excess fat as well as tough cellulite from the body is Mesotherapy. The therapy involves the use of injectors for delivering the medication to the Mesoderm area and it also rejuvenates the skin. The given condition is corrected by injecting the medication in the Mesoderm, and the injector used for this purpose is known as the Mesogun. There are other therapies also made available for obese people to reduce fat from their body and these include heat therapy, vibration therapy and lipodissolve therapy.

diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

your b.p. is high. take medicines for high b.p., take tab. ecosprin 75 mg at night for headache.tab. pan 40 mg once a day. for 3 days. take protein powder 1 tsf with milk once a day. avoid stress.try to take good sleep, if not ok then checkup cbc, lipid profile, blood sugar,eye sight testing, and consult again. thanks.

The pace of modern life makes stress management a necessary skill for everyone. Many people juggle multiple responsibilities, work, home life, caregiving, and relationships. Learning to identify problems and implement solutions is the key to successful stress reduction.

The first step in successful stress relief is deciding to make stress management an ongoing goal, and to monitor your stress level.

Once you start monitoring your stress level, the next step is identifying your stress triggers. When or under what situations do you experience the most stress? some causes of stress are easy to identify, such as job pressures, relationship problems or financial difficulties. But daily hassles and demands, such as commuting, arranging child care or being overcommitted at work, also can contribute to your stress level.

Positive events also can be stressful. If you got married, started a new job and bought a new house in the same year, you could have a high-stress level. While negative events, in general, are more stressful, be sure to also assess positive changes in your life.

Once you've identified your stress triggers, you can start thinking about strategies for dealing with them. Identifying what aspect of the situation you can control is a good starting point.

For example, if you have a difficult time falling asleep because you're stressed out, the solution may be as easy as turning off the tv when the evening news is too distressing. Other times, such as high demands at work or when a loved one is ill, you may only be able to change how you react to the situation.

And don't feel like you have to figure it out all on your own. Seek help and support from family and friends. You may want to ask them what stress-relief techniques have worked well for them.

And many people benefit from the daily practice of stress-reduction techniques, such as deep breathing, massage, tai chi or yoga. Many people manage stress through practicing mindfulness in meditation or being in nature.

And remember to maintain a healthy lifestyle to help manage stress - eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly and get enough sleep. Having a healthy lifestyle will help you manage periods of high stress.

Stress won't disappear from your life. And stress management isn't an overnight cure. But with ongoing practice and incorporation of resiliency into your lifestyle, you can learn to manage your stress level and increase your ability to cope with life's challenges.

Hello ma'am. Puffiness under the eye can be due to many reasons. Since you are a diabetic and it's not under complete control, get your kidney function test done once. Then if it's normal show to a cosmetologist or dermatologist. But get your retina check up done by a ophthalmologist once.

1. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin 2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
