What kind of testicular pain go by themselves and does not require any medical aid?
Men who masturbate in excess see a depletion in blood flow and an increase of the inflammatory responses. When the testicles experience a reduction in blood flow along with inflammatory signals, pain can ensue. Men who over masturbate see a decrease in testicular circulation and an increase in stagnation that leads to pain and testicle soreness. Meanwhile the testicles experience an increase in testicular interstitial tissue edema that creates groin pain.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and to rule out pathological disorders do few investigations like -[Stool exam, Fasting blood sugar, TSH, ESR, T-Spot. TB test and do ultrasound whole abdomen]to confirm the exact pathological cause of underweight. 2) Do take treatment as per underlaying pathological cause and investigation report only. Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea (sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits (avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes.

Am newly married and next week planning my honeymoon. But my wife period time is on the same days. We can't postpone our honeymoon days because of work. So what should I do. She told me that she can have tablet's which will postpone period, is that safe, I can enjoy sex while having tablets. Please help me. Hello- Postponing the period by medications is not advisable as it can irregularize your partners menses in future and may also cause hormonal disturbances. Its ideal to postpone your honeymoon or to use condom for sex during periods.

Thanks for the query. It is difficult to give an opinion whether you should take Cardace 2.5 without knowing all the details like blood glucose control, HbA1c%, creatinine & urea level. Plus the blood cell counts. Only mentioning low counts is not the info I can rely. Thanks.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. You are very young and your needs are high for growth and development. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up especially since you are still growing. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Your intake depends on how intense your workout is. Ideally have a fruit before workout and eggs or curd and fruit or milk and steamed potato depending again on whether you did cardio or strength training. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 5 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
