Before going in for the treatment of the problem let us first discuss the causes of dark under-eye circles. Here are few reasons why someone has dark circles: lack of sleep? fatigue? pigmentation? excessive sun exposure? heredity factors? dehydration? constant eye rubbing? ageing? dark circles can be prevented or even reduced by following a healthy lifestyle. Apart from ageing and heredity factors, which are beyond our control, the above mentioned causes of under-eye circles can easily be put off. Tips to reduce under eye circles: now I don? t know how much these easy home remedies would help as I haven? t tried them all myself but they are surely worth trying. 1. Grate a potato and place it on your eyes for about 30 minutes then wash your face with warm water. 2. Use cucumber slices or juice on the dark circles to lighten them. Place thinly cut slices on your eyes for 20 minutes and then wash your face with cold water. 3. Mix two spoons of tomato juice with few drops of lemon juice. Soak cotton pads in it, squeeze a little, and place them on your eyes for 15 minutes. Wash your face as usual. Apply this twice daily. Apply sunscreen before going out? wear sunglasses to protect eyes from harmful uv rays? stay hydrated by drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday? eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin e? creams that contain vitamin c and e also help to reduce dark circles any queries inform me.

Eat more food more often.Take more fruits,vegetables.Do not skip meals.No water during meals.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use nutritional supplement in this purpose.These basic things are helpful

What medicine you are taking? Follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days Consult privately for further management

I have to get up at least three to four times at night to pass urine. I get urge for passing urine and at times I drop urine before reaching washroom. I get the urge immediately after getting up from bed, the tendency is more psychological than physical in nature. I do my PSA done once in 6 months and it is under control. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily practice skipping daily. Start with skipping for 3-5 minutes and then increase the time to 12-15 minutes. Dear mam, kindly take moong daal and khichdi in diet. Avoid any other diet for 5 to 6 days. Take Sanjivani vati, 2 tabs, twice a day with rice water, after light meals. Drink luke warm water. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. Dove soap is good. You can also use a good face wash. For pimples---- wash face often with plain water, eat lot of fruits and green veggies, exercise. Have less oily food.
