lybrate-user, It is not all in oil. What is required for hair growth is the nutrients at the hair root. Probably your food is lacking in most essentials minerals for hair growth. It is selenium, chromium, like trace elements. Ad stress and lack of proper sleep is another common major factor. Avoid using any kind of shampoos. Take Tab Fourts B once a day for 2-3 months and tab Biotin one tab a day for 3-6 months. You will have good hair growth. Hair fall will stop.

I am 22 years female. Yesterday I my ultrasound my report say "uterus normal size and echopattern. It measures 7.6*2.3*4.6 cm" please explain me what it means.

High density lipoprotein or HDL is the good cholesterol that diminishes plaque development. Plaque can hinder the blood supply to the heart, brain, legs or kidneys, leading to heart attacks, stroke or even death. To lower the cholesterol for a younger heart, you may follow the below steps:

  1. Reduced fats: Do without greasy meats such as bologna, salami, pepperoni and wieners; and greasy red meats such as ribs and prime cuts of hamburger, pork, veal or sheep. Likewise, you must abstain from skip skin on chicken or turkey. Stay away from full-fat dairy items including whole grain, cheese, cream, cream cheese and spread. These food items contain saturated fat and cholesterol. Both are connected with higher blood cholesterol and plaque development.
  2. Intake fiber: In particular, get used to food items which are high in dissolvable fiber. In the gut, dissolvable fiber can provide bulk to the bile and easily expel it from the body. Search for dissolvable fiber in oats, oat wheat, ground flaxseed, psyllium, grain, leafy vegetables, in addition to some whole grain oats.
  3. Go veggie: Pick no less than one meatless meal for every week. Substitute animal protein (meat, poultry, eggs, cheddar) for plant-based protein such as beans, lentils, tofu or quinoa. Consume these plant-based proteins with a plate of mixed greens, soup, panfry, or a burrito.

You have to improve your diet and exercise regime. Your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. Take homeo mineral pills as supplement.

As homoeopathy has wide range of medication, will need a detailed history of yours in regard to your nature, behaviour, likings, disliking, thermal reaction, appetite, thirst, etc. Management: increase your iron intake. The best sources of iron come from animal products - mainly red meat. However, we get a good proportion of iron from non-animal sources too. Iron sources include: red meat and offal - eg, beef, lamb, pork, kidneys, liver, heart, black pudding (note pregnant women should avoid liver). Fish and shellfish. Eggs. Cereal and cereal products. Nuts and seeds - eg, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, pecans, walnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts. Green leafy vegetables - eg, broccoli, spinach, watercress, kale. Beans and pulses - eg, baked beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas, black-eyed beans, kidney beans. Dried fruit - eg, raisins, apricots, prunes, currants, figs. Miscellaneous - eg, plain (dark) chocolate, cocoa powder, mango chutney. Meantime, prescribing you patent medicine - schwabe's millefolium pentarkan and biocombination- 1 - both thrice daily for a month. Revert me back after a month. Take care!

I have been found diabetic from one year. I consulted a MD and he prescribed metformin+ glimepiride tabs. After two months he prescribed only metformin SR 500. From then I am using them. After first report I never go beyond fasting 110 and PP 130 in several tests. I quit sweet taste from a year. My question is can I consume any fruit in some small quantity? Is there any problem if I drink tea with sugar occasionally?

Hello, Yes you can have results in fact high fiber content fruits will help you manage your blood sugar levels better. Tea can be taken by cutting down half amount of sugar, which you generally use. Add ginger, mint, cardamon to your tea, to compensate on the taste of sweet tea.
