Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Nux Vom 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Drink lot of water Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid fried and spicy food.

It's easy to improve your breath and keep your teeth and gums healthy at the same time. Try these simple steps to make your mouth feel fresh and clean.

1. Brush and floss more often.

Plaque, the sticky buildup on your teeth, collects bacteria that cause bad breath. Trapped food also adds to the problem.

Brush your teeth at least two times each day, and floss at least once. If you're concerned about your breath, do both a little more often.

Don't overdo things, though. If you brush too hard you can wear down your teeth, making them vulnerable to decay.

2. Rinse your mouth out.

Besides freshening your breath, a mouthwash adds extra protection by getting rid of bacteria. A fresh minty taste can make you feel good. But be sure the mouthwash you choose kills the germs that cause bad breath. Don't just cover up the smell. Rinse daily with a good mouthwash and stop bad breath at its source.

You can also help your breath if you swish your mouth with plain water after you eat. It can get rid of food particles that get stuck in your teeth.

3. Scrape your tongue.

The coating that normally forms on your tongue can be a host for smelly bacteria. To get rid of them, gently brush your tongue with your toothbrush.

If your brush is too big to comfortably reach the back of your tongue, try a scraper" they're designed specifically to apply even pressure across the surface of the tongue area. This removes bacteria, food debris, and dead cells that brushing alone can't take care of.

4. Avoid foods that sour your breath.

Onions and garlic are big offenders. But brushing after you eat them doesn't help.

The substances that cause their bad smells make their way into your bloodstream and travel to your lungs, where you breathe them out.

The best way to stop the problem? don't eat them, or at least avoid them before you go to work or see friends.

5. Kick the tobacco habit.

Besides causing cancer, smoking can damage your gums, stain your teeth, and give you bad breath.

Over-the-counter nicotine patches can help tame the urge. If you need a little help, make an appointment with your doctor to talk about quit-smoking programs or prescription medications that can help you give up tobacco for good.

6. Skip after-dinner mints and chew gum instead.

The bacteria in your mouth love sugar. They use it to make acid. This wears down your teeth and causes bad breath. Chew sugarless gum instead.

Gum stimulates saliva, which is the mouth's natural defense mechanism against plaque acids, which cause tooth decay and bad breath.

7. Keep your gums healthy.

Gum disease causes bad breath. Bacteria gather in pockets at the base of teeth, which creates an odor.

If you have gum disease, your dentist may suggest you see a periodontist, who specializes in treating it.

8. Moisten your mouth.

You can get tooth decay and bad breath if you don't make enough saliva. If your mouth is dry, drink plenty of water during the day.

Chew sugarless gum or suck on sugar-free hard candy. Also try a humidifier at night to moisten the air in your house.

9. See your doctor.

If your bad breath continues despite your best efforts, make an appointment with your doctor. He'll check to see if your problems are related to a medical condition.

Hi onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. Take about 5-10 gm root powder of Ladyfinger in a glass of milk. Add 2 tsp of mishri in this milk and drink it. This will prove helpful in improving sexual vigour. I am 22 years old female. I have pimples on my face along with pigmentation marks for which my doctor has recommended acne control peels. She said I have undergo 8 sessions to overcome this problem. Between each session 15 days gap. First two sessions were fine after third session something happened to my skin. My skin become slightly red and extremely dry, saggy and painful. According to my doctor it's normal, it happened as my skin was dry and not properly moisturized before peels. She gave me desonide lotion and asked to apply for 3 days and assured that my skin will return to normal state. But now almost one week happened. My skin (especially skin around the nose, chin) become red and skin is peeling off and looking flaky. Other parts of face also loosing skin in the form of dandruff. Whole skin is extremely painful and very tight and saggy. Worst of all I am feeling very embarrassed to step out of house as people are noticing that all of sudden something happened to my skin. I am moisturizing skin very nicely and applying sunscreen in the day daytime.

Please take rhus tox 12 - every 6 hourly. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Continue treatment.

Hello, You are suffering from phimosis, local examination to assess the exact condition be needed, please. You need to go for circumcision of prepuce to get your trouble discarded. This is a problem like nail biting, sadness, depression, anxiety and binge eating. Uncooked rice is full of bacteria.There may be some nutritional deficiency esp Anemia, so check your Hemoglobin % I suggest you to get blood test done and then meet a Doctor.

Normally male will get height growth until 21 and for female it is 18. Try with different stretching exercises like Swimming, Hanging exercise, Toe touching, Cobra pose, Pelvic shift, Dry swim and forward spine touch. With this exercises do regular cardio exercises. Take proper food with good amount of protein (Egg, chicken, meat, milk, all pulses, legumes and beans.) and don't stick with particular type of food. Include all different colored fruits and vegetables with different Millets and cereals. In between meals put minimum 2.5 hrs and maximum 3 hrs. Before and after exercise take protein rich foods, before one hour of exercise take easily absorbable energy and protein rich foods (Egg white nog, fruit milk shakes, mixed nuts shake etc) and after exercise take any foods with good protein source. Drink at least 2 to 2.5 liter water per day. Before exercise drink one glass water and during exercise sips the water, don't gulp as such, after exercise once your heart rate come to normal take sufficient water.
