I am pain in my legs & back. I cann't hold the heavy wait. I have taken several medicine but I don't get a relief.

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

If your knee is paining since 2 months, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

I have some physical problem which I want to share. My age is 31 year, and I am 6'3" tall. But I am not able to gain my weight. My weight is approx 55-59 kg only. Dear lybrate-user, Namaskar, Body form and physique is generally decided genetically. However your efforts can modify it substantially. Join a Gymnasium ,do exercises and take guidance of a nutritionise-Dietician for gainig body weight. Get proper treatment for eosinophilia from a Chest and allergy specialist. Take Tab. Carnitor (Win medicare) 2 tab. Twice a day for 15 days and then 1 tab twice a day for two and a half month for your sexual shortcomings. Take care.

Meri spine ke right side waist k pas hamesha dard bna rhta hai. Chahe aage jhooka ya pichhe ya chlne pr hr wqt. Agr train me continuously 7-8 ghanta baith jao to wha hlka sujan aa jata hai. Agar kabhi dard jyda bdh jata hai to phir pure right leg me bhi dard suru ho jata hai.

The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping. For nose block check if you are having nasal polyps - if so it will take sometime to get complete relief. You take ammon carb 30 - thrice daily for next 7 days and get back to me for further treatment. Also check if you are having any fever. Take mag phos 6x - twice daily for back pain.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Lybrate-user, madam, looking at her height and weight it is clear that she has (bmi 51.94kg/m2) morbid obesity, which is the main reason for her problems with joints and joint pain. Unless the weight is reduced joint pain will not go away. She may have to look the option of bariatric surgery, which can help in reduction weight.

Can you please specify which part of elbow are you talking about? is it at back of elbow, inner or the outer part? it will be better if you can actually mark out the site and send me a clinical picture taken form your camera. Is there any associated swelling, or any other s/s of inflammation of infection like skin redness, local warmth etc? do you feel any instability in your elbow? also lastly tell me whether your pain is restricted to your elbow region or it is a travelling or radiating pain coming from neck or shoulder region in whole upper limb region? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

I am suffering from severe both knee pain since october 2016. X ray report is showing loss of fluid in knees less gap between knee bones. Dr. Has advised to take the following medicines:- 1.nucoxia 90 one tablet a day 2.massage with oleum 3m oil thrice a day. Tablet nucoxia 90 is not suiting me and I not getting any relief form pain by taking it, while with voveran 50 tablet I get much relied in pain.

Hello! as per your X ray report, the changes in your knee joint suggest of osteo arthritis. Usually in this case, whichever painkiller you use, will give you temporary relief. Moreover, using painkillers again and again would give you adverse effects. So I suggest you to opt for a better option i.e, consulting a PHYSIOTHERAPIST who would help you in regaining a pain free lifestyle by teaching you exercises for your problem.

Hi thanks for your query. Frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which shoulder movements get progressively decreased, it is commonly associated with diabetes although association with other conditions is also known. Treatment includes intensive physical therapy, short course anti inflammatory medications according to one' s suitability and maintenance of calcium/ vitamin d metabolism. Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movemely walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Hi, Take homoeopathic medicine - Rhus Tox. 200/ twice a day. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Hello lybrate-user Fracture 10th rib: We need to discuss whether it is displaced or non-displaced fracture. Secondly, fracture of rib takes at least 1 month to heal and also pain persists for one to one-and-half month. You can sleep straight with soft pillow on your left chest to support fractured area. Also you can take right lateral position while sleeping. While bike riding, you need to wear RIB BELT to immobilize the area, otherwise bike riding will increase the pain. I am 64 year-old. I have been playing badminton for last 32 years. I play on un-cemented playground i. E. Kutcha ground. After playing for one and half hour, my right knee somewhat gets stiff. Sometimes somewhat gets swollen. My bone density is normal 114%. No pain at all. What should I do?

If it's just swelling, don't worry. Apply ice on knees. Do proper warm-up and cool down. Stiffness will go with cooling down and stretching exercises.
