Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

Please do hot compresses daily. Take balance diet. Also take mag phos 6x - twice daily 4 tablets. You should do x-ray of the spine/back to identify the cause. Take food on time to avoid motion problem.

1. Avoid direct contact with sunlight. use sunscreen. 2. Apply pure honey to your face, leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. This simple remedy will help remove dead skin cells, making your skin appear brighter and fresher than before. Do this once daily. 3. To make a skin-lightening mask, combine one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Mix them well and apply it. 4.Apply tamarind paste or raw tomato on affected area for 15 minutes daily.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hi, I used to be very much fit n active few years earlier but now my health is not same. I use to smoke regularly earlier but now its quite often and Drinks alcohol every week may be twice or thrice sometimes. Mai working in BPO from 4 n half years nw in night shift. My issue is I am very much tired all the tym , I feel very lazy n my stamina is not the same also suffocation is something which is very irritating. Need some tips and help !

Hi ajish tips for healthy life 1. Always eat your breakfast 2. Keep eating at regular intervals of 2-3 hours 3. Make sure to have 2 serving of fruits and 3 serving of vegetables 4. In between your major meals have nuts or roasted canna or fruits 5. Have salad before your meals 6. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water 7. Limit the intake of processed food 8. Include pulses, whole grain and lean protein in your diet 9. Go for brisk walk for at least 30 minutes 10. Sleep for 7 hrs for good health.

Here are some effective tips to increase penis size

If you want to improve your penis effectively, you should practice exercises every day. When you do physical exercise, your body will be in good shape, your self-esteem is also improved. Whenever you feel good, you will feel more satisfied with sex, and you will increase penis size accordingly. I will share with you several effective penis exercises as following:

1. Wally wally up
To start this exercise, you will retrieve the erect phase by sitting on a chair edge. Hence, hold a towel over the penis head, increase the penis head, and hold it for three or five seconds. You should do three or five sets with five to ten reps. If you feel stronger, you can rise up the resistance by wet towel, or by a larger towel over the penis head. Before you start an exercise, you can warm up by using a warm cloth with warm water and squeeze it correctly.

 how to measure penis:
For an erect penis, the measurement is from the base of the shaft to the tip of the penis. As for a flaccid penis, measure it soon after undressing, because the uneven temperature can distort your measurement.
 
 don't judge based on flaccid penis:
Never correspond the length of the flaccid penis to the length of the erect penis, because at times the small flaccid penis can grow much longer and vice versa.

 penis size depends on:
Your penis size depends on arousal level, time of day, room temperature, the frequency of sexual activity, and reliability of measurement.

 penis size:
The documented average size of an erect penis can go up to 6 inches while a flaccid penis can range from 3.5 to 3.9 inches. If an erect penis is less than 3 inches it is medically known as a micropenis.

 sexual experience:
Instead of measuring your penis, find the g-spot and toy with your partner's erogenous spots. Sufficient foreplay and arousal are key to the female orgasm.

Hi Seenu., Thanks for writing your concerns., Medication:- 1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

You can avoid negative thoughts by practising looking forwards and focusing on strength and not weakness/ solutions and not problems/ looking after others and not own and responsible to all around.This comes by practice. Anxiety disappears if you think and solve any conflict immediately. If not you will be in a fix. You need to exercise daily meditate for few minutes do power yoga and breathing exercises slowly and yoga nidra. Try these and you will be laughing.

It is better to alternate night shifts with day shifts on a weekly basis. If that is not possible, try doing physical exercise in the mornings so that you get physically tired and fall asleep. Sleep 8 hours minimum.
