Hi, to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello friends I am dr bhavna mittal , I am an infertility and ivf specialist . I am running my own ivf centre by the name of shivam IVF and infertility in east delhi . The problem of infertility is huge almost 10 – 15 % of married couples suffer from infertility , so what is this infertility if any married couple has been trying to get pregnant for more than a year and they have not succeeded that means they have some kind of fertility issues and we level them as infertile . the chance of normal conception in any married couple in a month is around 3% , so there’s a chance that over 12 months 90% of the couples who don’t have any problem would conceive . the remaining 10% are sub fertile that means they require further investigations . you yourself or many of your friends , family members may be suffering from this problem and you can guide them that you do need further help . this is the time that you should visit a infertility specialist .

The first visit is the foremost important visit in a infertility problem both the partners husband and wife should be visiting the doctor together that is the time that the doctor will ask your problem go into details of your history regarding your menses your sexual life and other things . there after the doctor might advice you some test related to ultra sound semen analysis some hormonal test tube test and test to rule out infections . now depending on what the problem comes out the further treatment will be done . sometimes the treatment may be as simple as giving a hormonal tablet and that might solve the problem or sometimes the treatment may be more expensive if you have a tubal block and you need further treatment like ivf . the range of treatment available nowadays is vast so there is a treatment for every problem . every couple has the dream of having a child there own natural genetic child and today science has the means to make that dream come true .

the treatments which are done are in the form of hormonal tablets given to induce ovulation , ultra sound follicular monitoring and thereafter timed intercourse to conceive the other treatments which are done are iui ie. The husbands semen is taken washed and inserted into the ladies tract . also some higher treatments like ivf may be required for couples who have either long stranding unexplained infertility severe hormonal problems or severe problems in the male partner or bilateral tubal block . some times you may require surgery suppose you have a small cist or a fibroid coming the way of pregnancy you may require even surgery for that so the doctor will advise you accordingly also some party require third party options like taking semen of another person donor semen or taking the eggs of another person . apart from these medical treatments there are certain things which are important gets ignored that is lifestyle .

The basic reason why people are landing up by infertility today is because of poor lifestyle changing social values delayed age at marriage delayed child baring more focus on career less focus on completing family . even if you are health conscious directly or indirectly you are consuming chemicals in form of pollution environmental pollution pesticides coated with our vegetables foods so all of us are consuming chemicals and pesticides indirectly and this is having an impact on our whole body including our eggs and sperms . one should deliberately try and have a healthy lifestyle if you wanting to conceive your daily routine should include at least 20- 30 mins exercise in fresh air that is god for both the partners husbands and wife the diet should also be healthy less consumption of junk food and outside food more of natural things with antioxidants like fruits vegetables soups and salads should be taken also if you are consuming any harmful thing like smoking alcohol tobacco any kind of gym medicines Ayurvedic medicines of which you are not sure of the content and the affect that should be discontinued also one should seek help timely because as the age advances the chances of conception goes down .

It might be due to impacted wisdom tooth. Get an opg done soo as to know the cause of pain. After then treatment can be decided. Secondly you can take painkiller such as paracetamol or ultracet or ketorol dt for your pain.

Take plenty of fluids do not squeeze the pimples do not apply cosmetics/creams on the face do not apply oils on the scalp wash face regularly especially when you come from outside to was away the dust and oiliness of the face avoid factors that you feel aggravate the lesions such as certain foods, medicines.

Belly fat is due to deposition of fatty tissues on the abdominal area. The depostion of fatty tissue on belly are due to * long time sitting jobs * lack of physical activities * intake of high calories food 1. To get the flat belly, fist take the food having high fibers contents such as fruits, leafy vegetables, oats, corns. Avoid refined carbohydrates & foods having rich fat. 1. Work out for atleast 1 hour in whole day. You can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes or 5-10 minutes running. 2. Practice the spefic exercises that directly stimulate the belly muscles to burn the belly fats. Such as - lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. 3. Do surya namaskar yoga everyday. 4. Eat foods on the time of taking foods like only 3 times or 2 times a day. Do not take food again & again in 1-2 hours. 5. Do not skip the breakfast any day. You can take some dry fruits and skimmed milk in morning for better result. 6. Avoid food containing animal fat such as butter, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. Instead of them, take plants derived fat such as soya milk, tofu, mustard oil.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I want to increase my height. I am 21 years. Mine height is 5 ft 10 inch. I want 6 feet.

To increase height running stretching and jumping may helpful. But most important thing is genetic. So be positive and take ashvagandha churna 1/2chammach +1 glass milk in the night and 4 badaam and 1 glass of milk in the morning may increase your height.
