Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3 days also drink plenty of warm fluids. Avoid cold/fan/ac/cold food and drinks. Stay warm. Take rest. Take a glass of warm milk with rasins.

hi dear empty stomach it may lead to acidity and gastric symptoms The tannins present in the green tea increase the stomach acid which may cause stomach ache, nauseous feeling, or cause constipation. Thus, green tea is not consumed on an empty stomach.. Green tea is mostly safe for adults when consumed in moderation. Green tea extract is also considered to be generally safe for most people when taken orally or while being applied topically on the skin for a short period of time. My she friend is of age 37. She was having headaches from more than a year. With headaches she also felt nausea. We consulted a doctor and he identified it as a migraine, but he also suggested us to to CT-SCAN. So we did that and in report apart from every thing normal, we got "Impression: Mild Senile cerebral Atrophy" I want to know is it related to headaches she was having and what should be the next step and how dangerous it is?

Migraine cannot be cured completely but treatment helps. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them. Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco. In general, establish a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals. In addition, try to control stress. Exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent migraines. If your doctor agrees, choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming and cycling. Warm up slowly, however, because sudden, intense exercise can cause headaches. Obesity is also thought to be a factor in migraine headaches, and regular exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight or lose weight.

Hello I am 28 years my weight is 48 kg. I am computer operator. My diet is overall right. My body is also active. But I am so thin. I am not going to latrine regular basis. After 1 or 2 days I relief better after discharge my latrine. I am facing same issue more than 5 to 6 years. Is it any big issue or What can I do for my body.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water per day. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help. A good diet and exercise routine should help your constipation issues. If the issues don't solve you might need a diet intervention for which we may have to go for a personalised diet plan.

2 spoon of cow ghee before meal 2 times a day. Avoid oily spicy food don't eat chinese. Water or liquid intake should be maintain well.

There is hardly any vegetable which is not good. Potato is high in calories but essential. Boiled potatoes can actually help in weight loss programme. Dried fruits and nuts and many fruits can be avoided due to high calorie content eg. Mangoes. Vegetables like potato need to had boiled, and you cannot consume it as guilt free as you would eat cucumber. Everything taken in balance is good and bad if taken in excess.

Following your body clock is the best thing to get a good night sleep. Get up early in morning, do some excercise whatever you feel like. Do not take a nap during the day. Keep yourself physically active through out day. Eat an early dinner switch off tv, mobile, laptop by 9 pm. Make the room absolutely dark and go off to sleep by 10pm it might take you a few days to come to this routine but this is a permanent solution to your problem.

My father is 51 years diabetic patient whose blood sugar is always high in both sugar levels and use to take insulin dose of 30 in morning and evening. For last couple of months he is always suffering from motion/ vomiting/gastric problem. He don't smoke and drink his weight is 70 kgs I want to know good healthy diet and medication because he is becoming very weak energy less person.

Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise. 1. Eat every two hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads. 2. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. 3. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. 4. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. 5. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange. 6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. 7. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. 8. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9. Go for detail Annual Health check up.

Hello lybrate-user! Conditions like Typhoid and Jaundice are accompanied with hair fall. No need to be worried. It will stop in due course and the hair will grow back. You can start taking 2 eggs daily (boiled or omelette) and A to Z tablet daily for 3 months. You will have good improvement.
