I snore so loud says my parents and friends. I don't drink much, am an occasional drinker, I am not even overweight. I got my thyroid test done too and the results are normal. I get my nose blocked very frequently. Like when I go out in pollution and also running nose while eating spicy food. My mom says I used to have asthma while I was a kid. Does all these reasons have a connection with my snoring? Or why do I snore and how to control it.

1.obstruction of flow of air through mouth and nose as in obesity, nasal obstruction due to polyp, DNS, Sinusitis, 2.alcohol, use of sleeping pill 3.smoking, consumption of tobacco. 4.It may be due to relaxed throat muscle in elderly and in children due to Tonsillitis. 5.Consult ENT specialist to exclude nasal causes of snoring 6.Reduce your weight if overweight 7.Keep the head end elevated while sleeping.

Dear user, strength of hair is related to health of bones as per ayurved view. it required detailed history you can consult me in private. you can use amla, shikekai, musta, powder to wash your hairs twice a week apply a good ayurvedic hair oil use cow ghee and milk in your diet you can use fresh amla juice to drink avoid spicy, deep fried food aviod backery products avoid travel in sun especilly in october heat season eat fresh fruits wish you a good luck

To reduce stomach fat don't eat sugar, sweetened juice like fruit juice, health drinks, tea/coffee with sugar as these increase stomach fat. Take more whole fruits, vegetables, these will help to reduce fat. Use whole grain, whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods etc. Eat more protein rich foods as these are helpful for long term weight loss program. Drink water 3 lit/day but not during meals. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups, plank etc.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

Wash hair with fuller s earth. Apply oil and steam your hair. Apply hair mask of banana mixed with curd and egg once in a week will help make your Hair softer.

If u have lack of time then when u eat then eat only nutritious diet fr ur hairs like protein rich diet,dairy products,fruits,juices,soyabean,pulses,head massaging from oil.use arnica shampoo and oil fr ur hairs.do meditation in the morning and exercise.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some centimeters of height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Habit of masturbation is not it related to face problems.snd it is safe . Best home remedy is to apply coconut oil on face and stand in sunlight for at least one hour and you will see effect in a few months . Or you have do laser therapy

Reduce your weight. Consult a good gynaecologist to find the reason of your dysmenorrhoea. You need a check up. Do not take nsaids frequently. It causes ovulation problem. So consult your gynaecologist.

I guess you use lot of topical medicines time by time. It may be antifungal and steroid combination preparation. It seems cure for somedays but actually it exagerated more than previous one. It need proper medicines. Purle antyifungal. Both oral and topical.

How to get reduce from frustration and stress? If a man want to successful with his dream then what to do?
He has to do meditation an yoga and get mind control and work to get his aims. Frustration and anger are fundamental emotions that everyone experiences from time to time. From a very early age, people learn to express frustration by copying the behaviour they see modelled around them, and by expressing frustration and angry behaviour and seeing what they can get away with. We all suffer from frustration, and being able to effectively deal with frustration is a very important skill to develop. Each person needs to learn how to control frustration, so that it does not control them. The following is a brief overview of types of frustration management programs and resources that have proved helpful in understanding and controlling frustration and anger. I have found several approaches to treatment that have been effective for my clients including: individual and group therapy for anger management. A therapist who can observe and analyse your behaviour from an impartial perspective, can help you with your reality testing. A therapist knows many effective frustration and anger management strategies and will be able to help you develop a personalized set of strategies for changing both your thinking and behaviour. Depending on your needs, your therapist may work with you on breathing or meditation exercises to reduce frustration, safe and appropriate emotional and physical techniques to release frustration, communication, or cognitive restructuring (a method for disputing and changing the way you think). Relaxation and exercise simple relaxation tools such as deep breathing and relaxing imagery can help calm down feelings of frustration and anger. Breathing deeply, from your diaphragm, will help while breathing from your chest won't relax you. While breathing, you can slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as" relax" calm down" or" take it easy. Non-strenuous exercise, like yoga, can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer. Strenuous and vigorous exercise can also help you to work off frustration and angry feelings. Frustration can have a highly damaging impact on our frame of mind. It can turn a positive person into a person who sees nearly everything as a problem. It can slow you down, inhibit your progress, and at times completely immobilize you. We can become so wound up with our frustration that we do not, and cannot, think or act rationally. Our frustration can often exacerbate a situation and create a vicious circle. If we are convinced that our actions are not working, no matter how hard we try, we are much more likely to reduce, rather than increase, our chances of success. Remember, you cannot eliminate frustration. In spite of all your efforts, things will happen that will cause you frustration and anger. Life is filled with frustration, pain, loss, and the unpredictable actions of others. You can't change that; but you can change the way you let such events affect you. If you feel that your degree of frustration is really out of control, if it is having an impact on your relationships and on important parts of your life, you might consider counselling to learn how to handle it better. Being a diabetic you can have a fruit such as apple, papaya, orange 100, grm per day and all green leafy vegetables are allowed just you have to stay away from ground vegetables. You should divide your meals in 5-6 portion in a whole day. A carb which are rich in fibers such as ragi, jowar, bajra and salads you can use.
