You should go for a walk first two km. Increase it slowly. After that you may do jogging slowly. Do massage of your legs daily at night. Take vitamin d.

These are formed by stretching of skin through exercise, weight gain etc. There are many treatments available for stretch marks. Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

the doctor has correctly advised you you may be having spasm o C neck muscles .you can muscle relaxant like volini spray or volini ointments. and have regular physiotherapy. for sometimes as and then follow the exercises yourself

During running ,One leg of my kid turns out what can can be done to improve his leg position.He is very good in sport and plays tennis well.Just wanted to check there is no harm in future.

Before advising you with what medications you will need, may I ask you to get some blood tests done empty stomach so that I can see the reports and then advise you on medicines: cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin d levels, thyroid profile. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I advise you to do virechana (medicated purgation) n basti (ayurvedic medicated anema course). Only they can help you. After panchakarma starts ayurveda medicine. Dear Lybrate user Rotate your head in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions, and nod the neck side to side from one shoulder to the other. Do this for 10 minutes 2 or 3 times daily. This will help the pain in your neck from getting severe. You can even rotate your arms in clockwise and counter-clockwise directions, and fold and unfold your fists at regular intervals to control pain. 2. Hot and Cold Compresses Another easy way to deal with neck pain due to cervical spondylosis is alternating hot and cold compresses on the affected area. Hot compresses will improve blood circulation and relax sore muscle.

Hello, There are actually many causes of swelling in the legs and if there is no histiry of any injury, etc then it needs to be medically evaluated. In some cases, swelling in the legs could just be due to posture related and soon as the legs are elevated, the swelling disappears. Also other causes could be cardiac, issues with kidney, liver , hypthyroidism wand all these need to be medically evaluated. I am having a minor pain in right leg. However my mri reports I am going to attach. Right now l4 and l5 disc is 13.3 mm. Is it too much? And is it good to walk 5 to 10 minutes everyday. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.
