According to your height your weight should be 68-70kgs. Start playing games do workout daily it increases blood circulation & also increases your appetite, appetite when increases your weight will also increase naturally. It is good that you are reading about BPD and want to improve your personality. You can consult a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist who is nearby and you can visit her/him often. Please keep the fees and availability time also in mind. Both of them can treat BPD with psychotherapy.

I feel now that I have been fighting with loneliness frustration not able to feel happy always trying to make others happy especially my parents since childhood. Now I am very disturbed n don't know how to come out of this there are many things which needs time. I have been in boarding since I was in grade 2 now my parents all the communication we have is of finding faults in me. Or teaching me. In front of my two little kids n husband. Which at times become very frustrating. Now I am very depressed n become quite don't feel like talking to anyone. Or get very rude in my behavior I don't even remember when I had laughed. All bad thoughts r coming n at a time see images. Cannot sleep. Not now n than feel like crying. All these r effecting me. N somewhat my kids. Please suggest me how to get rid off of such life.

I am a little confused with yoru profile details where it says that you are a male and of 67 years old! May be there was a mistake. Anyway, it appears that your parents have wanted you away from childhood to send you to a boarding school so early in life. I hope I am wrong and that there were justifiable reasons for thier action. This would have left you feeling unwanted and unloved and that now when you do meet with them periodically, they are very critical of you. You do display classic symptoms of rejection. I suggest that you make home visits with your parents as scarce as possible. You don't want to go to a place where you are not that much wanted, would you? You must take care of yourself and I recommend that you seek some professional help if need be. You must also keep fit physically by exercise and sound sleep, learn some skills about handling your emotions, and get as much love as you can from yoru husband and children. You must learn to accept yourself and to truly love yourself by being kind and good to yourself.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

No, no chance of pregnancy, this bleeding is due to side effect of I pill. You should not use I pill frequently it may cause severe hormonal imbalance in your body. In long term. So try to use other precautions.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hi everyone. I had gone through lipid profile in SEP 2015 after having lunch at that time my triglycerides were 325 (at that time I was unaware of procedure for lipid test) after that I started taking medicine for it. I took my medicine till last 5 months (SEP 2016) and did test for ever 2 month's after fasting for 12 hour's it was all normal till then. I stopped taking medicine then Again I did a test on dec 2016 for my triglycerides it was 400 and on Feb 2017 it was 365 without medicine after fasting for 12 hour's all times Now shall I take medicine again or can I reduce it with my food and proper exercise. Please help me out in this I am much confused and worried. If I have to take medicine till how many I have to continue it Thanks a lot for your help.

Engage in a variety of activities, including weight-training, cardio, stretching, and muscle endurance exercises. - Eat a healthy diet. Eat a variety of foods, emphasizing fruits, vegetables, whole-grain products, and lean meats. Avoid simple sugars, saturated and trans fats, excessive amounts of alcohol, and desserts. - Take care of obvious health problems. See your physician regularly for checkups. How To Deal With Back Pain?

Lower back pain is a very common discomfort causing condition that occurs anywhere on the back below the ribs and above the legs. The pain is very common and it is faced by most individuals at least once during their lifetime.

The most basic measures to cure your lower back pain.are exercising well, eating healthy and maintaining a good body posture at all times. Here are some of the common treatment options for reducing back pain.

Spinal Manipulation: It refers to an ancient form of therapy in which your back pain is treated externally. This form of treatment is quite similar to a massage treatment and helps to relax the muscles in the lower back area, thereby reducing the pain. It is usually done by osteopathic physicians, chiropractors, occupational therapists and physical therapists.

Neurostructural integration technique (NST): The main role of this type of treatment is to naturally reset the affected area of the body in order to allow it to regain its normal form. The results usually begin to appear after at least 2 sessions of the therapy and the effects are long lasting in nature.

Acupuncture: This is an old technique which uses small needles at strategic locations on your skin.
