Hello, being diabetic you should know what are normal f and pp sugar levels. Test normal fpg 80-100 2hr pp up to 140.

Hello, first thing is get your chest xray and sputum test done. Also do pft test to find out whether it is asthma or not. Accordingly you need treatment.
