Hi pain at calf region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance.

You are having problems with bowel movement for that consult with details so that I can help you through classical homeopathic remedies. Till then follow the suggestion given below Drink plenty of water. This can keep your poop from getting too hard and dry. Eat more fiber. Fruit, vegetables, and whole grains, such as oatmeal and popcorn, all add fiber to your diet. .Ask your parents to use olive oil and other healthy oils in their cooking. .Exercise.

Kidneys clear impurities from blood and remove the waste in form of urine ? There are two types of stones: o Uric acid stones o Calcium stones (90% of the stones) Urine turns brown or red in colour due to presence of blood ? Uncontrollable urge to urinate ? Nausea ? Vomiting ? As stones grow, they cause unbearable pain ? Crystallisation of chemicals and minerals present in urine leads to kidney stones Natural home remedy using kidney beans: 1. Take 60 gm kidney beans 2. Add 4 L of water 3. Heat for 4-5 hr 4. Strain the liquid through a fine muslin cloth 5. Allow the liquid to cool 6. Drink 1 glass of this liquid once every 2 hr in a day 7. Do this for a week 8. Do not use the liquid or the beans again 24 hr after the 1st preparation Tips: ? Drink a glass of apple juice every day

1.Mix equal proportions of Fuller’s earth (multani mitti), rose water, and sandalwood powder.Apply this mud pack to your face.Wash after it dries up.Repeat the process once a week. 2.Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water. However, this particular remedy is not suitable for those with sensitive skin. 3..Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Crush up mint leaves thoroughly, you can use a blender but a mortar and pestle works quite well if you happen to have one lying around. Rub the juice and crushed leaves on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly with cold water. 4. Take 2 tsf lalima/ shahi johar ushaba syrup twice daily empy stomach/ 1month. and apply fresh neem paste on face morning daily. 5. Drink 2 litre water daily.Avoid oily and spicy foods. 6. Do walk 2 km daily morning and evening and avoid constipation.

Smoking leads to chronic bronchitis causing recurrent bouts of cough and wheeze, which can worsen in cold conditions. There are drugs to provide relief but first quit smoking. Irreparable damage to the airways, once it occurs, leads to the stage of chronic asthma and subsequent heart failure.

Is excess consumption of toor dal (yellow colour) leads to excess pitta and uric acid levels in body?
Hi Lybrate user, according to Ayurveda toor daal is pitta kar means it increases pitta( acidity) & person who is having hyperacidity shoul avoid eating toor dal. Also proteins (dried beans & lentils) increases uric acid but these are cleared out of body by liver & kidney.
