I am a 41 year male and having two major disorders. First is my constipation as due to uneven sheduled routine of my professional life I am working in shifts some time day some times night. And due to this I dont feel hungry also. Second issue is in 2007 I met with an accident and faced internal injuries in my right knee joint and my pcl was broken then in the year 2010 I had undergone surgery of high tibial osteotomy in mumbai as my tibial bone alignment got disturbed. Now still I dont feel my right knee as same as my left knee. Just wanted to know how to get my right knee equally intact like left knee joint.

Human back is an amazing example of biological engineering. It provides the basic framework on which the skull, Ribs, Pelvis, and shoulder bones are attached. Can we imagine the human shape without a backbone? We would have looked like a gunny bag filled with some putty like material and would have had no shape of our own. It would have been impossible to lift or carry any object from one place to another.

When we speak of back, we usually mean spinal column which is extending from the back of the skull to pelvis in a graceful yet extremely strong double S shaped curve. This natural architectural masterpiece of human skeleton consists of 33 blocks of bones called vertebra. They are given different names according to the region of the spine they belong to.

In the neck, they are called cervical vertebra.

In the upper back (Chest) they are called Dorsal vertebra.

In the lower back, they are called Lumbar vertebra.

In the tail bone, they are called Coccyx

The vertebrae are hollow structures. The hollow of all vertebrae put together makes a long tunnel through which the tail of the brain (spinal cord) runs. The width of the spinal canal is almost equal to the thickness of a finger.

Vertebra resembles a house in shape and functions.

As a house protects its residents, so does the vertebra protects the spinal cord.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

Decrease activities that increase patellofemoral pressure (eg, jumping, squatting). Cryotherapy: apply ice for 20-30 minutes, 4-6 times per day, especially after activity. An elastic knee support that has a central opening cut out for the kneecap sometimes helps. A physical therapist can recommend exercises to strengthen the muscles. Exercises can also be used to stretch and balance the thigh muscles. In some cases surgery may be indicated.

Hi there are multiple causes for shoulder pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. Dear , fibular pain also called as fibular stress fracture. Pain occurs over time with excessive weight bearing activity such as running. Pain is experienced in the outer lower leg that increases with weight bearing activity. Contributory factor for fibular pain is muscle weakness, excessive training, poor foot mechanics, joint stiffness. First avoid long time sitting posture do back extension exercise (bhujanagasan) twice a day in morning and at bed time do knee to chest exercise touch your toes in sitting posture pelvic bridging exercise avoid heavy weight lifting avoid forward bending.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Try to find out the right diagnosis as its very important in avoiding permanent neural tissue damage. Consult a neurologist who can diagnose it accurately as it can be due to pinches nerve or spinal cord in low back or peripheral neuropathy and immediate treatment can help it from worsening. Check your chap pal or shoes which you r wearing. Is it hard or not. There r so many reasons like old age excessive walking long standing mineral deficiency and diabetes etc. 1.
