Homoeopathic treatment topi berberis cream (wilmar schwabe india) apply during daytime berberis aquifolium 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 2 drops in 1 spoon water /direct on tongue, 3 times daily aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night cleano face wash (lords) wash face with this face wash before applying creams 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily avoid fast food, junk food, fried food, chocklates, dry fruits, ketchups, cold drinks take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily natural method to treat acne- take 10 leaves each of mint (pudina, holy basil (tulsi) and chinchona off (neem. Now make the passte of all 3 in a chopper. Add a desirable amount of white multani powder (it is different from multani mitti, ask from any good, pansari shop, they have it) 1-2 spoons, and at lat add 10-20 drops of lime (nimdu) such that the consistenccy of this paste is semisolid and can be easily applicable on skin. Now apply on the acne prone skin until it is dry and wah it with cleano soap after 10-20 minutes. Do this procedure every alternate day.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

If after meal you are getting too many burps say 8-10 and if it is chronic. What does it indicate and how it can be recovered?

It could be because of acidity. Try taking tablet pantop empty stomach in the morning for 10 days. If it improves its OK otherwise stop taking medicine. Get an ultrasound done , if it doesn't show any abnormality just relax. Take a good healthy diet with fruits and salads and plenty of water. Go for a morning walk. Do some yoga.

I have dark circle since 5th standard .they do not go away even if I put cucumber or rose water. They do not go away even if I sleep for 10 hrs a day. I got it in 5th std and now im in 2nd year still they do not leave me .can you suggest me some natural ways of how I can treat that or natural fruits.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Most cases of hiatal hernias don’t require treatment. The presence of symptoms usually determines treatment. If you have acid reflux and heartburn, you may be treated with medications or, if those don’t work, surgery.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* in woman, body have a tendency to store fat. So body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. For arms, stretch arms upwards and rotate them clockwise and then anticlockwise for 5 minutes. Take a bottle of 1 litre water filled bottle. Hold it in hand and raise you hands without moving elbow. Repeat for both arms for 5-10 times. It makes your arms slim and in proper shape. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

It is not symptom of heart disease but a precursor, means high levels help in formation of thrombosis , blockages along with other factors. This is not given from outside but manufactured within the body. To reduce levels , take less of animal protein diet and inhale more oxygen , do more exercise to metabolise and help its manufacture less by the body. Drink lots of water + take more fresh fruits and vegetables.

Your LDL cholesterol is deranged. You should start exercising daily and target to 40 mins daily of brisk walking. Change diet to decrease carbohydrate and sugar in your diet, add vegetables and fruits in your diet. For detailed diet information, consult a dietician. Quit smoking and reduce alcohol. I am going to gym and I have been said to drink 4 litres of water daily .but I also want to gain weight and drinking lots of water leads to weight loss. So what can be done in this situation.

There is no need to over-consume water.. There is no rule to take 4 liters. Take as per Your need. and as per the weather. Usually one glass of water per hour is fine. When you work out you may need more. Let your body guide your water consumption. Avoid drinking water before meals since your are trying to gain weight. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. Currently you are not severely underweight so just focus on being fit and active. You will be fine.

I am facing man pattern baldness, from last 4 month I am using mintop topical 5% solution daily 1 ml, I can see some result but this much result is not satisfactory. What should I do to recover my hairs.

Hello dear, Androgenetic alopecia is also known as Male pattern baldness, it usually follows a pattern of receding hairline & is related to genetic makeup and male sex hormones. Management includes: 1. Minoxidil preparation to be applied directly to the scalp to stimulate the hair follicles. 2. Finasteride preparations that interferes with the production of male hormone linked to baldness. But these medications have to be used regularly under the guidance of a Dermatologist. As hair loss tends to return on stoppage of these medications. Those cases which do not respond to medical therapy, are managed by hair transplantation. So.
