Hi! hair loss happens due to various reasons and to treat it correctly the cause has to be known. There are temporary and permanent types of bair loss. You can try taking a multivitamin supplement with iron and zinc for a month to see if it helps. If your hair loss doesnt reduce with this you should consult a trichologist for further investigation as early treatment is the key to successful results in hair loss. Hair follicles once damaged or dead are difficult to be revived back so do not waste much time on trying shampoos or oils instead look for internal causes of hair loss. Have a healthy balanced diet and include sprouts, green tea, almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds and leafy greens in your diet. Avoid red meat, ghee, cheese, butter, smoking, fried food and sweets. Exercise regulary to improve the blood circulation to your scalp.

take 1 tab Levofloxine 500 od and 1 tab Sinarest at night for 5 days. Additionally steam inhalation, saline (salt water) gargles will help. Thank you.

Healthy Tips for Busy Life
Managing a hectic schedule is part of our daily lives. Our lives revolve around work, home and social life and the little time we get is used to relax. Due to this round-the-clock schedule our health suffers. With a little bit of planning and time management, we can certainly move towards the 'healthy-route'. Here are a few easy tips that you can incorporate in your daily routine to not only stay fit, but also be more energized while you’re at your daily activities.
1. Go for a walk - If you live close to your workplace then quit taking your two or four wheeler to work. Better still, even a public transport is a strict NO. Either ride a bicycle or simply choose to walk down the lane. While at work, avoid sitting for consecutive hours at your workstation. Take a break and walk in your office complex after lunch with friends. When at home, avoid being a couch potato. Head for an early morning walk to the nearby park. You may even take a leisure-walk in your garden area or in the street nearby post dinner. Walking is indeed the easiest way to stay fit!
2. Replace the elevator with stairs - Use the stairs instead of the elevator. You don’t waste any time and you don't have to go out of your way to work on your health! At places with escalators, walk up the stairs it's no harm. It's easy and can be done daily.
3. Simple Exercises - Spending a lot of time in front of the television or desktop? Why not utilize it with some stretching exercises. While you're at home do some yoga, stretching or sit ups and during your office hours, simply do some eyes, legs, wrist and neck rotation exercises. This way, you will keep yourself distracted and at ease.
4. Use music as a stress buster – Music keeps your brain relaxed making you more energetic and lively. Have some fun while doing your daily chores at home and work. Play some peppy music and dance to those tunes. Not only will your mood be elated but this will also help you burn some extra calories. While at work, its best to put on your headphones and bid work-load stress goodbye. This will calm your nerves and will help you focus better!
5. Don't outsource house work - You can start doing more of high energy things like washing your car, getting a cup of coffee/tea from the office cafeteria, digging the garden or reorganizing the closet to include physical activity in your lifestyle! Usually you have someone to help you with these little home and office chores. However, if you chalk out some time and do these simple things, not only will you save on money but also add a really healthy practice in your schedule.
Now that you have these smart tips, include them in your lifestyle and prepare for a better and healthier future!

Use antidandruff shampoo daily. Use keshkanti oil from ramdev at bedtime it is really effective do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet keralego men daily for six months.

Hello, Your incontinence would have to be differentiated first between stress urinary incontinence or over flow incontinence and accordingly treatment has to be planned. There is no other natural remedy than keel's exercises for tightening of perineal muscles unless surgery is opted for.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan /mri of brain to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 3 drops of scleranthus + 3 drops of mimulus + 3 drops of star of bethlehem + 2 drops of rock rose. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every night. Well you might have dark circles, in case if you have any underlying conditions such as thyroid, anaemia - iron deficiency, and also, sleeplessness due to various conditions. In any case we have to rule out also the deep set eyes. You can have good sleep and relax your eyes if you are closely watching the monitor of your system.

Lybrate-user, it is good to know that hypothyroidism is in good control. Usually all symptoms like tiredness and fatigue disappear on good control of hypothyroidism. Since you still feel tired and less energetic, it better to get hb checked. Get a cbc done, which will give full blood cell details. Plus take healthy diet and exercise daily for 1 hour. Also do pranayam. Most often tiredness is more a mental problem. Once you start exercising you will start feeling better. For back pain to there are specific exercises to strengthen those muscles, I am sure once you start doing it you will feel better. Thanks.

Hi, you seem to be having a sensitive skin as it reacts to changing the soaps as well. In that case however, you should avoid changing the soap you use and continue using the brand that suits to your skin. As far as possible, use a mild soap for your face or may be a face wash for your face and a regular soap for rest of the body. As about the dust, dust particles settle on oily skin and block the pores which gets infected and leads to acne. You will have to wash your face at least three times a day to reduce the oiliness of the skin and in turn decrease the pimples.
