You have to reduce frequency of masturbation. Twice per week is ok. Here are the best ways on how to quit masturbation. Remove all the sources that trigger the urge to perform the act of masturbation such as block the websites which allows access to pornographic content. Some toys which trigger the body sexually to perform masturbation must be removed. Try to avoid staying up until late night. Avoid taking hot showers which may also trigger the urge to perform masturbation. Getting socially active is one of the important factors for controlling and quitting masturbation, as living alone promotes the activity of masturbation especially if a person is heartbroken with his relationship. Getting in a social group fills up the leisure time so that the person can optimally control such thoughts. One of the most important things is to try not to touch the intimate part of the body. To ensure this, spend more time in good company and not alone. If any other friend is also experiencing the issues, then it is always a good idea to quit the relationship or friendship. Masturbation also results due to excessive body stress or tension. Exercising regularly helps in relieving the body stress and tension. Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, you have take a low protein diet (0.6 g to 0.8 g/kg per day), avoid strenuous exercise, drink more fluids. Also reduce potassium and phosphorous containing foods. Achieve strict sugar control. All these measures will help in reducing creatinine.

He is a Type 1 juvenile diabetic with uncontrolled disease. If he is already kept on Insulin his doses need to be re planned. He needs better management under the supervision of a diabetologist.

Yes they are good in loosing weight. But take them after your breakfast (after 1 hour, till 09: 00 am.(not after that) In evening, can have aroungv04: 30- 05: 30 pm. If you don't have time for gym. You can opt for self massage as per your convenient time. Do massage with Sesame oil at your problematic areas. As per the books of forensic medicine" masterbation is a perversion" and compulsive masterbation is a disease which needs counseling and treatment. At this age you are bound to be aroused by so many stimulii, try to find out and avoid e. G. Watching prone, continuously thinking about sex, going to places where you are aroused must be avoided. Don't remain alone, increase your social involvement make more good friends and give your time to them, spend more time in public. Engage your mind in other things. Some simple measures like exercise and meditation may help. But still if you are not able to overcome the problem you must consult a physician or a sexologist. Regards.

Follow following diet chart plan for weight loss Early morning (as soon as you wake up) – Detox your body with stomach cleanser like lemon water with honey, amla juice, aloe Vera juice etc. E.g. Have glass of lukewarm water along + half cup of aloe Vera juice. Breakfast (within half an hour of waking up) – source of high fiber cereal like, oats, wheat flour, bajra, wheat flakes with high protein source like milk and milk product along with one fruit. For e.g. Bowl of oats porridge + one fruit Mid-morning (Three hours after breakfast) – 5 almonds Lunch (around 1-2 pm) – start your lunch with the bowl of salad + one roti with bowl of vegetables + half bowl of rice + bowl of dal Post lunch (one hour after lunch) – glass of buttermilk + one fruit Evening snack (Three hours post lunch) – cup of green tea + sprouts be, one bowl Dinner (2-3 hours post evening snacks) – bowl of soup or bowl of salad 2 + grilled paneer (40-50 g)+ bowl of vegetable Post dinner (half – one hour before going to bed) – one fruit (preferably papaya) For 70 kg weight follow that chart only for 3 weeks after that you can eat light meal and avoid taking sugar for further increases weight.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Whey protein won't help increase bicep size but if your workout is good in intensity whey can be added to help post workout recovery and avoid breakdown. (this can help muscle gain) of course the amount will depend on your present food intake and activity level.

1. Normal fasting blood sugar level is 75-115mg/dl and post prandial (2 hour after breakfast/ meal) is <140 mg/dl 2. A person is considered diabetic if fasting blood sugar is>. 140mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar is>200 mg/dl 3. A person having fasting blood sugar between 115mg/dl to 140mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar between140mg/dl to 200mg/dl is considered to be suffering from igt (impaired glucose tolerance) and is prone to develop diabetis if adequate precaution is not taken 1. Do regular exercise 2. Reduce weight 3. Control diet, 4. Avoid sweets, sugar, oily, fatty, excess calorie, cholesterol, saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet, 5. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian if you are diabetic 6. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly

Hello lybrate-user, Include Calories In Your Diet eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. Add vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol. You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don't cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. Foods rich in calories and proteins easily help people gain and maintain weight as opposed to other foods Increase The Number Of Meals, Have six meals a day – three big meals and three small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be heavy and calorie-rich. A heavy dinner adds weight to your body as your metabolism is not as active when you sleep as compared to when you are awake. Yes it is harmfull to bear more weight on single leg. There may be so many reasons in this case. May be you have weak left hip joint or may be your left knee has arthiritis that's why your left leg is not taking equal weight. Or weakness of left leg muscles can also be the cause. So first you should visit some orthopedician and get yourself checked and diagnosed properly. A proper diagnosis is must for a proper treament.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hi, at 25 years I guess you shouldn't be having these problems. Your weight may be responsible. To lose weight, you will need to follow a strict diet and exercise regime. You will have to avoid some small dietary pleasures to make your present & future better. This needs a detailed dietary plan. Moreover, for knee pain, as long as it is weight related, you need not do much except occasionally use simple pain killers. But it needs to be established whether this is not an early form of inflammatory arthritis. Eat foods rich in calcium to strengthen your bones.
