Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost. ***If you do not get results with this treatment then please revert me i will suggest you to go through some tests.*** Thanks.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

Preventing Sexually Transmitted Infections

Preventing Sexually Transmitted Infections

Abstinence is the only foolproof way to avoid contracting an STD. However, there are ways to make sexual contact safer. When used properly, condoms provide the best protection against STDs, and have the additional benefit of providing contraception.

Using latex condoms or other barriers for anal and oral sex can also reduce your STD risk. Numerous STDs can be spread during oral sex, including:

Condoms and other barriers are generally very effective at preventing STDs that spread through infected fluids. However, they can’t fully protect against STDs that spread from skin to skin. If the barrier does not cover infected skin, the STD can still be passed to your partner.

Hormonally based birth control options, such as the pill and the ring, do not protect you from STDs. Intrauterine devices (IUDs) also do not prevent STDs.

Before having sex with a new partner, it’s important to discuss your sexual history. In addition, you should both be screened for STDs before having sex. As STDs often have no symptoms, testing is the only way to know if you are infected.

When discussing STD test results, it’s important to ask a partner what STDs they have been tested for. Many people assume their doctors have screened them for STDs as part of regular care. However, that usually isn’t true. People need to ask for the specific STD tests that they want. Urine or blood tests are available for:

If you wish to lose weight under professional guidance with diet plans which have food of your choice, you should opt for a customised diet program. We cannot draft and send a diet plan here as it needs lot of information, needs calculations and is a time taking process. You can consult me directly through Lybrate Private Consult if interested. However, you can start with avoiding simple sugars as far as possible, Eating Out' less, avoiding junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Combine these dietary changes with 30 -40 mins walk.

I easily get angry on small small things but why my nature has drastically change after marriage.

Ph. D - Psychology, Professional Certified Coach
Psychologist, Ahmedabad
If you have started getting angry after your marraige, if this is what you mean then.. it may be due to moving to a new place, leaving the comfort of your known environment and friends and family. Adjusting to new life, taking much more responsibilities etc. all might be creating lot of pressure on your. and when under stress being angry is a very normal respose. As you havenot given much details it is difficult to give you situation specific response. but you may try follwoing stress management and resilience building tips for few months and you will see the difference. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Let me. Know if you need any further help. Hope this helps wishing you very best.
