What is the difference between melasma and lichen planus? How one could differ between both of them.
Lichen planus is a reddish rash over the skin and usually goes away with treatment but melasma is a dark patch seen over the skin and does not go with medication.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. .Homoeopathic medicines acts as a catalyst in increasing the production of these hormones. I think if you are doing yoga and Pranayama in the right way and at the right time,it's sufficient to achieve glowing skin and healthy mind. You can also reduce weight by doing yoga. You should avoid oily spicy and junk food . Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. Follow all ayurvedic principles and you can achieve what you want.

Hello, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater ? apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines ? Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day ? for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Welcome tablet colsprin 100 mg -3 tablets to be chewed at chest pain many more medicines. Not advised to take without consulting a doctor. If you find any problem ask again. Thanks.

Can I get it cure without operation, I am 26 I have piles from past 6 years, it's half inch out of my anal no bleeding and no pain, but motion problem and gastritis, and excess of gas release and I have reduced 9 Kg from past 8 months due to improper food because I work in night shift job, my question is can I get it cure without operation, if so how.

avoid constipation. avoid straining on stool. take fiber diet and green vegetables. use tab pilex one tab 3 times daily for one month. use anovare cream on anus. consult surgeon for clinical check up.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To reduce pain do regular exercise like walking for 15-20 min daily - do hot fomentation twice a day - apply pain relief gel twice a day - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, protein foods like eggs, milk & milk products to provide the body with all the essential nutrients - have 7-8 glasses of water - take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more.

U r having folliculitis due to escessive hairs. Maintain hygiene. Use antiseptics while bathing and do not try to irrittate those pimples. Leave them as it is.
