Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions (like kachory, samosa aalubada, etc.) sweets, cold drinks, strong sugar tea, coffi. Take less sugar tea, coffi will help to reduce weight. Take simpal veg food with salad both times. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking, after dinner walk slowly 1 to 2 km. Daily. Take dinner 2 hours before going to sleep.

Please do treadmill at least 30-45 minutes daily. Try to be on your legs most of the time as far as possible. Avoid sitting too long in one place.

Hba1c is the test reveals your average glucose levels that is how well your diabetes is controlled. Fasting and postlunch tests are day to day based and hence may vary according to diet taken that day, exercise n even medication. Some may even have superb fbs/ppbs and yet high hba1c. At such times, it denotes that your current medications are falling short to control yur diabetes and yu may either need higher doses of insulin or stricter diet n exercise. If one could somehow take steps to arrest further progression of diabetes that is stop further drop in pancreatic function i. E. Insulin secretion n action - stability can be achieved, as is with homeopathy. Also diabetes has been linked to stressful lifestyle. Hence here what you could do to arrest further progression. Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, etc. And have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups will be helpful. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial.

The overall calorie count is not too bad – 35 calories per momo – as long as you don’t go wild with your quantities, and if you don’t have any heavy side dishes in the meal. Usually we just have a salad or brussels sprouts with our momos. But the truth is that we regularly eat about 10 momos at a sitting. You get full quite a while before that, but there’re just so dang good that it’s hard to stop. Some people eat a lot more than that. It isn’t unheard of to eat 20 or more, and of course some perhaps more civilized or restrained people eat less ;-) But for us, a standard serving is about 10 momos. Also, you need to take into account any pickles or hot sauce (sepen) or soy sauce you eat with your momos, and this had some surprising and disturbing values. The carbs and fat are okay for the amount of dipping sauce you would have for a meal of momos, but we were shocked to see that the sodium count was sky high! There’s the same amount of sodium in just a bit of dipping sauce as for 10 momos! We may have to rethink the Patak’s and soy sauce, though we love them so much! Or only eat the hot sauce we make ourselves, which will be MUCH lower in sodium.

I am feeling so tired. Lack of sleep. Frustration. How can I be normal? I have stammering. Is there any remedial process which can make me cured? please help me.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. If weakness persists get your haemoglobin and blood sugar and thyroid and vitamin b12 and vitamin d levels checked.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hye. Thankyou for the query. It is possible that he may be suffering from burning skin sensation due to anxiety or stress. This can happen in certain areas or the whole of the body and may or may not be a regular occurance. You need to check if he is on any medication that is causing this reaction . You can also get his blood sugar levels tested.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. For that much weight, you need to first loose weight with diet and after loosing some kilos, you should start a work out plan. Diet: -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule. If you can, start doing yoga, even if you can do it for 20 minutes, it is fine.

Sedentary lifestyle has become a common cause for obesity. 1. Take stairs instead of lift & walk/cycle instead of hiring transport 2. Brisk walk daily for at least 1/2 hr 3. Drink 3 litres water daily 4. Avoid junk/ processed/ ready to eat/ canned/ street/ outside/ fried/ sugary foods, soft, hard & energy drinks, glucose, chocolate, ice cream, sweets 5. Replace simple carbs- white rice white bread, sabudana, potato, sugar, noodles, cornflour, biscuit, cake with complex carbs- whole fruits, vegetales, whole grains (brown rice, atta bread, atta, dalia, suji, barley, oats, jowar, bajra, ragi, quinoa), whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, peas) 6. Eat slowly chewing each bite 15 times. 7. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals & do not lie down within 1 hr of a meal. 8. Avoid sitting continuously for an hr. 9. Use less oil for cooking

Endura Mass is not bad but not a permanent solution for weight gain. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn.
