Safe period is calculated on the basis of cycle duration. Day 1 is first day of the period start. If monthly cycle is regular each month and of 30 days, then day 8 to 18 is unsafe for sex and of them day 11-16 is most unsafe. Other days are usually safe for sex.

Yes definately. Baldness can b due to many reason. It is nevcesary to know the reasonof hair loss like heriditory, life style etc But definately homeopathy will help.

Hello Sir/mam, I am 25 years old but my weight is 52 kg. I had tried a lot of formula to gain weight. I do not know what problem is in my body. One of my friend using dexona for weight gain & he gained. I have doubt about it. Will he lose after 3-4 months or will be forever. Please suggest.

Dexona is a steroid and after stopping it he would definitely loose his weight and it decrease the function of bone marrow and in near future he can suffer from diabetes and I will suggest you to never take it and for a healthy weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Sir I am 23 year old male and area nearby anus is red and probably piles so what is remedy for piles and what should I do? Stool colour-yellow Area nearby anus-red, small piles, little bit paining, little fat on stomach, last 3 days constipation problem, bowel system is probably not working, generally I eat too much oil in vegetable, please help I am very much disturbed.

Just do some work out and relax go for sleep. Sleeping disorder may be due to stress/strain/fear/any long term illness/tension/uncomfortable bed/mattresses etc. Find out reason from above and over come from this. You will definitely get good night sleep. All the very best for exam and sleep.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15-20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

I am suffering from low back means exactly at the end of the spinal cord. I did all types of tests and MRI scan also. Doctor told that I don't have any problem and due to lack of muscle strength am getting pain. Am using medicines prescribed by him. But am always feeling pain and it is not reducing. Somepeople are mocking me that I am facing some sort of psychological disorder. Can I do gym even though I am facing this problem? Please someone help me how may I relieve from this pain or may be if am in a psychological disorder or anything somebody please help me to get out of it. Literally am in he'll with this problem.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. Most women with PCOS grow many small cysts on their ovaries. That is why it is called polycystic ovary syndrome. The cysts are not harmful but lead to hormone imbalances. Early diagnosis and treatment can help control the symptoms and prevent long-term problems. The cause of PCOS is not fully understood, but genetics may be a factor. PCOS seems to run in families, so your chance of having it is higher if other women in your family have it or have irregular periods or diabetes. PCOS can be passed down from either your mother's or father's side. Symptoms tend to be mild at first. You may have only a few symptoms or a lot of them. The most common symptoms are: •Acne. •Weight gain and trouble losing weight. •Extra hair on the face and body. Often women get thicker and darker facial hair and more hair on the chest, belly, and back. •Thinning hair on the scalp. •Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. •Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility). •Depression. Abdominal sonography and blood tests of hormones should be done for diagnosis. Ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatment regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain.
