Yes you can regain normal hair after pregnancy but that would require a little care. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Follow healthy diet. Avoid oily spicy sour food. Stop eating junk food m outside food. Take. Purodil syrup 2-2-2 mahamanjishthadi kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water. Jaishor guggul for 3 months.

Is it ok to do push ups, pull ups and planks with mild buldging intervertebral disc(L4-L5, L5-S1) on MRI with back and flank pain?

Is the disc bulging acute? Any exercises that gives you back pain should be stopped immediately. Start with static abdominal exercises and bridging which doesn't stress your back. Slowly progress with experts advice.

Please follow the below for your condition: 1. Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them. • Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies. Note – If you eat French fries regularly, limit your potato consumption to twice a week. 2. Midday sleep plays a crucial role in gaining weight. Take a nap of about 45 minutes to 1 hour, post afternoon meal or lunch. 3. Exercise Regular workout boosts up your metabolism and stimulates your appetite that will automatically increase your intake of food. Being skinny doesn’t mean that you have to stay away from exercising. It is very important to complement your diet with some regular exercises. • You can do light aerobic, stretching, strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Brisk walking, cycling, dancing, swimming, etc., will also aid weight gain. • Various yoga poses can give you a balanced body mass. Note • Supervision of a trainer is mandatory. • Eating peanut butter before exercising is also beneficial. • Don’t perform excessive workouts; just focus on growth of muscles.

Have pleasant meals: meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore, research conducted by professors brian wansink and koert van ittersum at cornell university suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

Hello, your are over weight resulting in shedding under eyes. Scoliosis is likely cause for the protruding ribs. Kindly get xray of the whole spine ap & lateral views. Do not go for surgery in a hurry. It must be worked up in detail before a final decision is made.

Acne skin care — Skin care is an important aspect of acne treatment. 1. Skin hygiene — Wash your face no more than twice daily using a gentle non-soap facial skin cleanser (eg, Cetaphil, foaming face wash, or Dove bar) and warm (not hot) water. Vigorous washing or scrubbing can worsen acne and damage the skin's surface. 2. Do not pick or squeeze pimples because this may worsen acne and cause skin pigmentation and scarring. 3. Sun protection — To minimize skin damage from the sun, avoid excessive sun exposure and use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Dear user please follow the following dietary instructions avoid fried foods avoid packaged foods colas n bottled beverages to be avoided as they will further weaken your bones go out for sunlight if you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken n fish in your daily diet. Green leafy veggies specially cabbage and other veggies like cauliflower n brocolli should be part of your daily diet include soya, tofu, soyamilk and nutrella in your daily intake caffeine n caffeine containing products like coffee n colas to be avoided take small n frequent meals also include walnuts, flaxseed oil or olive oil in your daily diet.

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert. Investigations required: Hemoglobin, total iron binding capacity, serum ferritin (S. Ferritin), serum calcium (S. Ca), serum iron (S. Iron), vitamin B12, and vitamin D3 and TFT.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management
