How to remove hair on hands and legs & how to see the booms without letting her know.
The best treatment to remove hair from hands and legs is laser. There are other creams which can remove hair and reduce growth rate but have side effects when used in long run. Consult a Dermatologist in person.

Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time.  Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce.  Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice.

Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Eat your five-a-day Fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone. Vitamin C Vitamin C is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. They all help to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin. Cut out crash diets Repeatedly losing and regaining weight can take its toll on your skin, causing sagging, wrinkles and stretch marks. Crash diets are often short in essential vitamins too. Over long periods of time this type of dieting will reflect on your skin. Stock up on selenium Selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It works alongside other antioxidants such as vitamins E and C and is essential for the immune system. Studies suggest that a selenium-rich diet can help to protect against skin cancer, sun damage and age spots. One way to boost your intake is to eat Brazil nuts. Just four nuts will provide the recommended daily amount . Mix Brazil nuts with other seeds rich in vitamin E as a snack or salad sprinkle. Other good sources are fish, shellfish, eggs, wheatgerm, tomatoes and broccoli. Vitamin E Vitamin E protects skin from oxidative (cell) damage and supports healthy skin growth. Foods high in vitamin E include almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils. Drink up Skin needs moisture to stay flexible. Even mild dehydration will cause your skin to look dry, tired and slightly grey. Drink six to eight glasses of water a day - all fluids count towards your daily allowance, but water is the best. If you work in an office, keep a large bottle of water on your desk to remind you to drink. Herbal, caffeine-free teas are good too. Try to avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, both can age the skin.

Importance Of Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Importance Of Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Let me begin writing about this topic by saying that omega-3 is probably the one nourishment complement you should take. Over the years numerous medical studies have been made to evaluate the benefits of omega-3 body fat. The bottom line of the majority of these trails is that taking omega-3 will be beneficial to your health whether you are healthy or suffering from various health conditions.

Omega 3 comes from both animal and plant source, thus both vegan and non-vegan can consume it. Health experts stress more on fish based omega-3 which was first discovered and has become million dollar business. Other than animal source it is seen in flax-seed, chia, hemp and other land plants.

Animal source has EPA – eicosapentaenoic and DHA – docosahexenoic acid whereas plant source offers alphalogic acid – ala. This, ala is then further converted to EPA and DHA, which aids in the learning and behaviour. So what this epa and DHA do to our body.

Well, studies have shown that sufficient intake of omega-3 benefits to your heart. It marked decreases the risks of heart attack and stroke. Omega-3 has the potential to normalize and regulate the cholesterol triglyceride levels in the body. Studies have shown omega -3 are anti-arrhythmic, anti-thrombin, anti-atherosclerotic and anti-inflammatory. Apart from the omega – 3 there is also another essential fat in the body termed as omega -6 which has to be taken into 1: 1 ratio and corn, soy, canola, safflower and subfloor oil are its rich source. For bodybuilder so, omega-3 has seemed to be gold material. Sufficient omega-3 in your body aids in muscle building, DHA and EPA increases the synthesis and decrease the delegation. Apart from the muscle building, it can also be used for reducing belly fat when combined to exercises. It's best results are seen over the belly region. This is done by the property of omega-3 being sensitive to insulin. Omega-3 is also good for joint thus improve the joint cartilage and minimizes the joint stiffness. It also aids to joint recovery.

12 Tips For Anger Management!

Master of Clinical Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling

12 Tips For Anger Management!

Anger is good. It protects you. But intense, uncontrolled anger may destroy valuable relationships. Anger is a result of anxiety and fear. When we assume that our expectations will not be met, we become anxious. When we feel unsure about our own capabilities we become anxious. This anxiety creates fear. Anxiety comes from our beliefs. All beliefs can be modified.

Anger has lots of energy. Avoid arguments/confrontations when you are very angry. When you are very angry you are likely to use rough language which may damage your relations and you are likely to behave impulsively. All this you might regret later on. Following are a few techniques which will help you to manage your anger in difficult situations :

  1. Sit down and have a glass of water, slowly. This will help you to calm down a little.
  2. Avoid or go away from that room or situation. Tell the people concerned, that you are angry and would like to discuss it some other time.
  3. Deep breathing exercises help a lot. Close your eyes, take 10 deep breaths, turn your attention towards your body. See what is happening to your body. Tell your body muscles to relax. If your heart is beating fast, if you are breathing fast, continue deep breathing, till it normalises.
  4. Now understand what is making you angry. Understand your own anxiety and fear related to the issue.
  5. Let the other person know how you are “feeling”. Start your statements, “I feel hurt/insulted/let down/neglected etc. when you do this”, instead of saying “You hurt/neglect me”. When you express your feeling in this manner, the other person does not feel blamed, which makes the other person more receptive.
  6. Focus on the current issue, don’t bring in past situations.
  7. Tell the other person, what you want or expect, instead of telling what you do not want. E.G. Instead of saying “I don’t want you to go out now”, say “I would like you to stay at home today”.
  8. Listen carefully what the other person wants to tell you. Give others a chance to voice their opinions.
  9. Make an eye contact and be firm but polite while communicating your point of view.
  10. Understand everyone’s responsibility in the situation. Try to see, what is your share in the problematic situation? Work on that.
  11. Understand what change you want.
  12. Have realistic expectations from others and also from yourself. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.

Hello, I am 36 year male & having type 3 hair loss. So how PRP treatment will help me. And what is the effectiveness period for this PRP treatment.

Hello, I am 36 year male & having type 3 hair loss. So how PRP treatment will help me.
And what is the effectiveness ...
You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Please call me or contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.
