Bad breath from the mouth can be of various reasons. Like accumulation of plaque and tartar, decay in teeth, dry mouth, smoking and tobacco chewing, consumption of caffeinated beverages and alcoholic drinks, sore throat, bad digestion. I suggest that you get thorough professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist, and use antibacterial mouthwashes thereafter. You should also clean your tongue twice daily with a tongue cleaner. Following all these measures will solve your problem. Hope that helps.

Hi lybrate-user, thank you for seeking help, its very important to know what kind of fear is she actually going through. The thoughts and emotions that she is experiencing which is keeping her awake all night. When we explore that in more detail treatment guidance can be better. One of the body's natural anxiety coping mechanisms is sleep. When you sleep, your mind and body relax, so the next day you're sharper and able to withstand some of life's daily stresses. The irony is that anxiety can actually make it harder to sleep. Sleep problems are extremely common in those with persistent stress, and in many cases it can actually cause a cycle that makes it harder to overcome anxiety in the future. Yet there are tips and strategies you can use to get more rest with anxiety. Consider the following: journal writing the first, and arguably most important strategy to try, is journal writing. People see journal writing as important for kids, but writing your thoughts in a journal has an effect on your ability to sleep as well. Your brain is a fascinating thing, and when your mind knows that you have written a persistent thought down (one that keeps you awake), it will feel better about letting the thought go, knowing that it's in a permanent place. Any time you have a thought that won't leave your mind, try writing it in a journal. Herbal sleep supplements depending on any medicine - including herbal medicine - is not ideal for those trying to overcome anxiety. But herbs like valerian root, kava, and passionflower are very popular for those that need to get more rest. It's still a good idea to talk to your doctor before trying any herbal supplement, but you may find the results to be a big help. Daily jogging at least 3 to 4 hours before you go to sleep (and possibly as early as the morning), try to get out for a long jog. Jogging is actually a natural anxiety reduction strategy, and one that releases endorphins that calm the mind and body. But beyond that, jogging tires the muscles, so when you go to bed they will be much less tense. Mental distractions can also be beneficial, especially for heavy sleepers. Some people find that turning on radios, podcasts, or television sets, and putting the volume as low as possible so that you can barely make out the words can be helpful. Your mind tries to listen to the distraction, causing it to stop focusing on the stressful thoughts, and ultimately you're able to fall asleep. Take warm water bath or glass of milk before going to bed. Consult for same with detailed symptoms. All the best.

For weight loose to lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Dear Lybrateuser, -At your age your problem could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit -do not skip meals, have meals on time, avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea/coffee, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for at least one hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion -do regular exercise like jogging, brisk walking, swimming for 20-30 min -take syrup Gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an hour after every meal three times a day -if not much relief then consult a doctor as you will require investigations to be done to find out exact cause & its treatment.

Kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also discontinue the habit of taking nicotine in any form.

I'm 23 years old. I have a very scaly skin, especially on my legs. I have always tried keeping it oily by using olive oil but that doesn't work for long. Also, after waxing my legs, a lot of black spots remain (where the hair was, most probably the undergrowth of hair). What can I do for treating these both problems.

That is the only way out, to hydrate your skin with thick moisturiser or oil. You can avoid using soap on the dry area as it further dries it, use a shea butter body wash instead which will keep your skin from drying too much (you do not need to apply body wash or soap on legs everyday, as you can rinse them with plain warm water.) use body butter or any thick moisturiser time to time. For in/growth, you need to avoid removing hair for a while. Too much waxing/shaving /hair removal causes ingrowth. Laser hair removal can be considered if in-growth is a major problem.

Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 F (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal Dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever

I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma.

If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Surya Namaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikonasana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikshasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth.
